  1. Interesting. In another thread we discovered that...although you claim to be a Conservative...who listens to CBC radio all the time no less...that your interest in stats is...rather as selective as the CBC's. Go figure. Libbies howl "People could diiieee!" Constantly. Yet when these deaths are caused by the wholy vax...that needs to be minimized and misdirected. People...faux conservatives and panic driven nonses are dangerous. Identify them...challenge them... And watch them immediately resort to name-calling and assorted accusations...but drop fact-based discussions completely.

  2. Oh? There are quite a number of treatments available. How often does the press tell you about them? Do you hear or read how many deaths Omicron has caused? Or do you have to go looking for that data? The press needs a good spanking for its willingness to propagate fear and selectively report only that which causes concern and fear.

  5. Then there's the news they won't tell you: " New data released today by the Robert Koch Institute, a research agency run by the German government, found that though 71% of the population is fully vaccinated nearly 96% of Omicron cases are among the fully vaccinated."Robert Koch Institute report released today states that 95.58% of the #Omicron cases in Germany are fully vaccinated (28% of those had a "booster"), 4.42% are unvaccinated," Disclose TV reported." http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=62769 Similar in Denmark:

  8. Some good posts here. Good points of view. Some of you ain'-a-gonna like mine. I have been lucky I suppose. I haven't noticed stagnant wages. I started my career at a modest wage, and make 3 times that today...roughly. I also did something years ago that scared the livin' hell outta me, but my wife insisted was an imperative. I bought a couple "investment homes". They've appreciated in value a lot over the years. My point is...you can complain and...nobody doubts the truth of much of the complaints. It is what it is. I've always been a believer of the adage, 'Ya gits wut ya pays fer'. Time and circumstances change from generation to generation. My Mom and Dad bought their first home in Calgary for $25,000. Their mortgage was low and Dad had a good career. They did fine and we grew up wanting for nothing important. I realized that if I didn't do something about it, my kids would not be able to afford a home for their families. I was going to have to help them. I needed to work my ass off so I could gain more income and invest in properties that I can hand the kids...at a modest retirement fee of course. 'Ya gits wut ya pays fer' people. You can spend time and effort complaining...or you can figure a new way to build the life you want because... Time and circumstances change from generation to generation.

  9. I love this country. Even the winters. I think both the Quebecois and the Natives need to have their cultures and languages protected. Its part of what makes Canada...Canada. Hell I even like the Newfies... What I don't like is wasteful stupidity and I certainly can't abide any influence that dilutes Canadiana and national unity in any way. Thus I am forced to admit that how Canada has bent over backwards for both Quebec and the Native clans, has been both a tad embarrassing and way too expensive. But on the topic of abuse in foster homes, I would grant a one-time financial settlement, or psychological treatment should the case warrant it, or even both. But I can't accept hanging that burden of taxpayers indefinitely.

  12. Nonsense. My experience on both sides of the climate debate goes way back to pre-Gore and I've had a little with you. No offense Bud, but you're pretty clueless. You just know the basic narrative of the one side. The rest is all Google and their first page on anything climate panders to you guys. Don't brag and I won't have to pop your bubble. Now as to the subject of this thread - anti-vaxxers. There's something I've noticed about what the OP would call "anti-vaxxers. They differ from what he would call "experts" by the phenomena of them continuing to be right in their predictions. Here's another one. Not so much a prediction as more an observation of the obvious (something the OP is unfamiliar with). This originates at the British newspaper The Telegraph, but they have a paygate so see it here: Use of fear to control behavior in Covid crisis was 'totalitarian', admit scientists BTW if anybody's interested in what - for lack of a better term - "anti-vaxxers" actually sound like here's Dana Loesch interviewing a couple of them: Doctor Robert Malone Doctor Geert Vanden Bossche

  17. This is such a huge piece of the puzzle that's missing from all of the stats we get. There were 11 kids in Canada under 12 that died of covid: did they all share a certain condition? Parents of those kids should be alerted. Were the kids who died shortly after vaxxing already extremely unhealthy? Eg cancer/CF patients... Were any of them healthy? That information is extremely important, but we just get some raw, nearly useless data. I just hate that information that is extremely important is denied to us.

  18. When vaxxed people get sick the vax nazis suddenly take notice of factors like age and co-morbidities, but when it comes to vaxxing kids the nazis ignore everything and shriek "JUST VAX THEM!" The sad fact is that the vax manufacturers really want the 5-30 year olds vaccinated because it pumps up their success numbers. It's supposed to be protecting them, but it doesn't. If the only people who were vaxxed were the ones in the at-risk categories then the vaccines would be exposed as a total flop. More dbl vaxxed people died (981) during the brief period of time when there even were dbl-vaxxed than people under 50 (794) since the very beginning of the pandemic. https://www.statista.com/statistics/1257040/number-covid-deaths-canada-by-vaccination-status/ - 981 dbl-vaxxed dead https://www.statista.com/statistics/1228632/number-covid-deaths-canada-by-age/ - 794 people under 50 What's worse is that the timeline for dbl-vaxxed is extremely short by comparison [there have only been a significant number of dbl vaxxed since June] and there were ZERO dbl-vaxxed people during the 2020-'21 flu season. The timeline for 0-50 goes right from Jan 2020 through to today, and has one full flu season in it and parts of two other flu seasons.

  19. What colour is the Communist flag? Red or partly red. What is the colour of the Liberal Party of Canada? Red What is the flag from the old USSR (now Russia)? What is the flag of Communist China? What is the flag of North Korea? What is the flag of Angola? What is the flag of Cuba? Finally, what is the flag of Canada and is there any similarity to the Communist flags? Red symbolizes blood and the Communists have killed about 100 million people in the 20th century.

  21. 1. Yes 2. It is dumb, yes. And we unfortunately partake in almost the same justice system in Québec. 3. Québec maintaining its identity or expanding its autonomy barely hurt its economy at times, it made it prosper more as a whole. Hydro-Québec is the best example of a "socialist agenda" that went through in spite of English Canada and made Québec rich and in demand worldwide for expertise in hydro-electricity. We have 3 universities for a population of 8 million ranked in the top 100 worldwide. I know you might have an inferiority complex, especially since we outclass you intellectually but we also invented the poutine first of all, and we make up 70% ot all maple syrup production of Canada. We thus control you by the balls and you should bow down to us. Thank you.

  22. I'm not sure if you saw Ontario's hospitalization numbers today but there were 605 total with 399 being fully vaccinated. That makes for 66% fully vaxxed and 30% unvaxxed. For these numbers to have any meaning to the lay person, you would need to see an 80/20 split to represent the vaccination percentages. However, like I have said for months now, the change in these rates have been trending this way for a while now. First it was the case numbers, which are completely skewed towards the vaxxed at this point, and now its the hospitalizations leaning towards to the vaxxed. Soon it will be heavily skewed as well. Only the ICU numbers still show the unvaxxed as being the issue however I'm guessing that will change soon too. At that point the mandates need to end immediately. https://covid-19.ontario.ca/data/hospitalizations

  23. So the two points I'm getting from your study (and please feel free to correct or add more): 1. A good percentage of breaktrough hospitalizations cases occur in elderly and those with pre-existing conditions - is this exactly who the vaccine is supposed to be protecting????? 2. Some people with Covid hospitalizations may actually be there for other non-Covid related reasons - i posted in this thread last night a link showing that Ontario is going to start breaking out these numbers to show who is actually in the hospital because of Covid. The UK has been doing this for a while now and it is shown that 20-30% of the hospitalizations were people in the hospital but happen to have Covid too. With Omicron that number could be substantially higher as a lot of people are presenting asymptomatic or very mild cases. I am fine with the restrictions I have had to put up with. If I really want to go out to a restaurant or a game then I'll get a rapid test. Luckily my employment has not been affected by this however I know a few people that have lost their jobs. What is despicable is people thinking its ok take away people's jobs (ie their way to provide for their families) and then compare it to having to stop at red lights. I clearly remember you whining numerous times about how Ottawa handles the fisheries where you live. Yet you have no problem with governments cramming health choices down our throats. I get it. You clearly find yourself on the losing end of this debate which makes you hold on tight to the one semantical argument you think you have. However, until a month ago kids under 12 weren't even allowed to get the shot. At this point only 14% of American kids in that age demographic have had their second shot (which is where we see the majority of myocarditis occur). It will take months of continued vaccination in this age demographic for a study to be able to show results. The study I showed took the age demographic 12-17 and found highest incidents of adverse effects in 12-15 males. They also found high enough adverse effects in the 16-17 range among males with no preexisting conditions that made the vaccine riskier than not taking it. This study did take into account ALL kids that were at that time allowed to take the vaccine. The reason you keep coming back to is to stop transmission. I would have been first in line to get the vaccine if it actually stopped or significantly reduced transmission but it doesn't. And this isn't just based on Omicron but on Delta which was hitting Israel and the UK before vaccines were available in my age group. It was clear from the data that ensued that breakthrough cases kept rising as the vaccines waned meaning the idea of transmission was short lived and therefore the vaccine was not going to stop anything but only delay the inevitable. I too hold hope for Omicron. Hope that hospitalizations stay low and people can finally calm the F down and stop being so scared of living.

  24. I read the report you posted. Given 110 Million+ Injections were reported, these numbers are not concerning to me at all. As a side note, raw numbers look scarier than percentages.

  26. What we are seeing today, with this new Omni"con" covid variant, is a mad rush on by our useless bunch of lying politicians, and that lying fake MSM, to try and get as many people as they can to get their booster jab. Why? Why is that when we have all been told and is well known that this Omnicon covid variant is not at all that dangerous to anyone. It is a very mild virus. But thanks to those Marxist politicians and the Marxist media they have hyped this Omnicon virus up so much that they have millions of gullible Canadian people rushing off in a hurry to get their booster jabs. How can we ever get rid of this medical tyranny madness when there are so many of those gullible fools out there who have again been conned and convinced into believing that they will need a booster jab to keep them from pretty much dying. When will these buffoons ever learn? Already in Israel the people there are on their second booster jab, and I do believe that this will be coming to Canada also. Expect to be told that around six months from now everybody will need to have another booster jab to be able to go into a restaurant. Sadly, the gullible peasants will go and get their 2nd booster jab. The forcing of these experimental vaccines on they the gullible peasants whom have been fully vaccinated already will not be enough for our dear Marxist leaders. They will have to take another vaccine booster jab with the eventual aim of forcing everybody that they will need a booster shot or they will not be bale to participate in society. Their first two shots don't count anymore. The biggest con job in history is happening today and the gullible peasants will still never get it. Those buffoons are the reasons why this scamdemic may go on forever. Shocking indeed. ?

  27. The odds of a healthy child dying from covid is 0.001%, which is statistically zero. Stop your panic porn. Statistically the flu is more dangerous to children than covid is. It’s child abuse to submit children to a vaccine that has a higher risk or severe consequences than the virus you’re trying to protect them from. I noticed that your cut abs paste job included they and they’re children. I’m not suggesting that adults not get vaccinated. Your cut and paste job is based on emotion and feelings, and not logic and reason.

  29. This is all just a move away from qualifying teachers based on their ability to teach the sciences and towards qualifying them based on their SJW/CRT dogma proficiency (aka racism). FYI people don't send their kids to school to be subjected to the social/political opinions of people that they don't know. They send them to learn the sciences, language skills, plus a few electives. People who don't want to see kids earning credits for a course called "Winning 101: The Trump Years" shouldn't be advocating for the politicization of schools because it's just a matter of time before their kids start being indoctrinated with subject matter that they don't appreciate. The most racist thing in all of this is the theory that blacks, FN people, latinos, etc can't qualify to become teachers because they can't learn math. Why should we care if stupid people aren't allowed to teach our future generations? Do population projections show a shortage of Liberal Party of Canada toadies in the future if we don't dumb down our teachers? I don't even understand the theory that certain groups of people can't do math. For every Katherine Johnson or Douglas Cardinal there are plenty of people just below them who might not be able to teach rocket science but are overqualified to teach grade 8. Leftards: "Let's start hiring people to teach our children based on the merits of their skin colour!"

  30. 1. Please, enlighten me. Is there another reason to why there are discrepancies in math results across races to explain the gaps in between them? Because I really thought a math exam was related to whether or not you may answer a mathematical problem. For me, the gaps between successfullness between races is easily explainable; in statistics, in order to have valid data, you need sample size which are to the least proportional between comparison groups. There are much fewer applicants in the study shown to the courts pertaining to certain ethnicities than others, thus making the sample size for the Black applicants 10 times less than the number of whites. For certain ethnicities, such as 'Latinos' and 'middle Eastern', they account for a tenth of the number of White applicants. Look at this, the data from a study presented to the trial; This is not a tangible proof of discrimination. The data is just bivariate, and doesn't control for outside factors such as the level of instruction of the applicants and many other variables we could discuss gladly. 2 Having mathematically literate teacher is a plus for the students. Having a teacher with browner skin isn't a plus, it's neutral. At least in my view as a non-racist person.
