I can see that you hate her. I can also see anybody that disagrees with you is Hitler reborn. But, keep thinking you're the normal one... As mentioned, I'd like you to scream your message from the rooftops. Be sure everybody hears you and knows your position...also be sure they know exactly what you think of those who vote differently than you do. You and Faith...closer than you think. Which is probably why you hate her, eh? But, hey...my dollar store psychology...worth a buck...right?3 points

Antifa and leftist by definition are also hateful people, who tend to paint anyone not of their group with one paint brush, they tend to trigger easily when you question immigration or other topics that they hold near and dear.... and they goto their favorite your a Racist , or white nationalist/ supremacist...U tube is full of them , getting triggered , their heads turning red to the point of exploding, spittle flying every where , lets not forget the masks . yes they believe in their cause, but don't want anyone to know who they really are....Thats what I call a true believer....hiding behind a mask.... Thanks For that little bit of compassion Jacee, did not think you had any..... now that I think about it, not all liberals, green ,NDP are gay, most, but not all....but they sure like to pander to those types of groups...2 points

So in your world everyone can fight for thier rights and traditions but white people. You know why we are so great of a country, because of who we are and where we came from, and Islam has nothing to do with it. And once the white lose the power in this country, 3rd world status here we come. Now everyone on the planet can live in misery.2 points

Canadians have become so stupid. Just a bunch of sheep bending over for the enviro crowd. We are carrying the load and cutting our own throats so trudeau and his minions will look good to the UN. The only problem it is the american big oil that is running the enviros ,just to destroy our oil sector while growing thiers.2 points

Yet trudeau can travel the world with indian terrorists with blood on thier hands. There is a reason white nationalism is on the rise, and it has nothing to do with conservatives.2 points

It's actually pretty irresponsible to have as big of an investigation as this was and at the end say "we're not saying he didn't do it". I mean really, if a government spent this amount of time and money to investigate anyone and left that kind of caveat without ever processing an indictment...c'mon, there is no limbo area here, either you found evidence or you didn't, just man up and say that there is no evidence to indict, let alone impeach or convict. Mueller seems content to suggest that Trump may still be guilty, but his team is too dumb to find evidence. Mueller would rather admit defeat, admit that Trump is smarter than him, instead of just saying they were all wrong - whatever. Mueller is a douche bag.2 points

I was ready where all Inman had sermons saying you must vote if you want to complain, and also there is a populist party that could win,(cons) and we must not let them win. In other words vote for trudeau because he will give us everything. This is the most important election ever in this country. If canadians want to save thier country , you must vote scheer if you like him or not. Because give trudeau one more term and our country is gone forever.1 point

Yes they are, but your hysterical ravings painting a group of people with one brush which you would never tolerate if someone used the same rhetoric on say Muslims. I know a lot of conservatives and have for years from various walks of life, none are as you describe them and are rightly appalled at the misuse and liberal interpretation of 'white supremacy and racism' as if it's running rampant in Canada. (it is not) Who is 'they' who are making sure all 'white supremacists' vote conservative. All I can say is that such ravings are insane and cartoonish; they are driving people away from the liberals. This is American but you get the picture https://thehill.com/opinion/civil-rights/351159-liberals-abandon-logic-to-weaponize-white-supremacy1 point

I believe that Jesus, Muhammed, Sidartha, and similar figures existed. It’s a matter of how much importance you ascribe to such figures. I simply recognize that, whether or not you believe that any of these figures had any kind of supernatural power, their stories are powerful and persuasive, some more powerful and healthier than others. If God exists I don’t think he/she/it is what we think, nor do I think such an entity requires us to suplicate. The importance of such stories, I think, is in providing wisdom. We learn from ancient collective wisdom how to treat others and ourselves. As to the question of whether God exists, that’s a matter of faith, which no one has been able to prove or disprove. Bravery? Well, since none of us knows what lies ahead, I suggest living each day as if it’s your last and “living in the world of ends”, as philosopher Immanuel Kant said. Atheist philosopher Nietzsche said something similar when he talked about “eternal recurrence”, living your life as though it will be eternally repeated. I know, way off topic at this point...1 point

Agreed...Canada should never have let itself become so dependent on the U.S. export market and American foreign direct investment. The U.S. is far less dependent on Canada as has been discussed many times before. The U.S. is the same as it ever was....long before Trump.1 point

Self hating white person. Seems that your knowledge of history is so Eurocentric that you don't even bother looking into the history of non-white nations, and that's why you think white people are extra guilty of racism and other historical misdeeds. You accuse white people of not knowing the history of other cultures, because you project your faults on them.1 point

Agreed...Trudeau is weak on trade and Trump is a fabulous jerk for upsetting the trade status quo...one reason he was elected. Trudeau and Freeland unwisely chose to pick and choose tariffs on products they thought would bring the most pressure against GOP states/exports, only to realize that it has been very ineffective. Canadians can focus their anti-Trump ire against steel/aluminum tariffs, but Americans are not so concentrated on the impact of tariffs on 229 products, from strawberry jam, pizza, whiskies to an arcane list of plated metal products and ingots. https://qz.com/1318475/the-full-list-of-229-us-products-targeted-by-canadas-retaliatory-tariffs/ So now we learn that Trudeau's tariffs are having far less impact than desired, and more may be necessary, even as exemptions are granted. Trudeau and Canada are learning by empirical means just what the CanAm trade relationship is and has been for decades. Advantage Trump....1 point

No, Taxme. That's not what I mean at all. We live in a world of 7 billion people. Many of them are barely literate and follow all kinds of superstitions. They live as common people did in the 18th century. *** We in the West, after much strife and tragedy, have created "civilized societies". We now confront the problem of dragging billions of people through the Enlightenment, quickly. (Note: No one is born with the knowledge of calculus. Someone older must teach calculus to someone younger.) At present, we seem to do it by having people wanting to move here. That's not sustainable - particularly when it is now easy/cheap to travel. (Canada has the advantage that it's cold here and many people don't like the weather.) **** Last Point: I know that knowledge of calculus dates from the 17th century. And I've made mention of ignorant common people from the 18th century. So, knowledge of calculus is not a measure of being civilized. But to me, IMHO, IME, ordinary Americans understand the principles of the Enlightenment - even if few can take a derivative.1 point

This whole thing is political driven, answering to special interest groups who just look at the demographic make up of each dept....and want to make changes because of the optics it has to the rest of the country....Nobody was even given a thought to "maybe we should just hire the best man or women" but that was not complicated enough now we have to bring in race and religion...What is more important to Canadians, having a soldier that can actually soldier, and meets ALL the standards...or having the right colors and groups on a number chart on the office wall....todays standards are what ever they need to be in order to meet the quota.... Today the standards have been lowered to the point it may be considered a safety issue, all in the name of diversity, the article already mentions lowered IQ standards for people of the north....But there is also a 350 lb man can pass they basic PT test, which can easily be done....they are in the CF... Ever try and lift or drag a 350 lb man who is injured on the battle field, not to mention soldiering takes a very physically fit person, you think a 350 lb person is fit, think they could march 40 kms a day, run 10 km into battle ….carry a 110 lb rucksack for prolong periods in the mountains, in 55 degree heat, in Afghanistan this was a regular routine, even the very fit had issues doing this day after day..... Once again politics set the standards not the military....1 point

Maybe this global warming has nothing to do with man/woman living on it but more to do with natural global weather occurrences. On planet earth, nothing remains the same. Nature has done more damage to the environment than people will have ever done to the earth. From volcanoes, earthquakes, floods, fires, hurricanes and other natural causing disasters the earth and life on it still exists today and survived it all. So what if the temperature are rising in the Arctic? There is nothing that man/woman can do about it. So, a few islands in the Pacific may end up going under water, but that will should not be anything to worry about. Islands have disappeared under the water for centuries. Those people living on those islands will either have to learn to adapt to the situation handed to them or leave. They will have to adapt and accept what is happening which humans have been doing since time began. I do not loose a minutes sleep over climate change. Only paranoid people do. A carbon tax will not do a thing to stop anything. It just makes some people rich and taxpayer's poorer.1 point

Trudeau government is granting more tariff relief to import American products, undermining his campaign against Trump tariffs against Canada. Further than that, the Trudeau government is far less transparent about tariffs/process compared to the U.S. Dept. of Commerce. https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/retaliatory-tariffs-remissions-thursday-1.51031681 point

Average house prices downtown are headed towards $800K so you need a hefty downpayment, which is hard to muster up when you're making $500 a week and paying $1500 in rent.1 point

GHG emissions have been reduced more in the United States without a national carbon tax. Canada is not Australia or the U.S. Conflating energy taxes and rebates with climate change policy only increases conclusions that it is a tax grab.1 point

And you can see how it's fueled paranoia from the weak minds of the Left, who suddenly think white supremacists are under every bed and getting ready to take over the country. Even if they can't actually name any white supremacist groups.1 point

Actually, that type of rhetoric doesn't really require a response as the obvious stupidity lies in the accusation. If you are stupid enough to believe in guilt by association, than there's nothing anyone can say that will make you any less stupid We know of course that this was always going to be the Liberal re-election strategy---Sunny ways was just a smokescreen for what will be a very negative campaign with Liberals calling anyone (as usual) a racist for disagreeing with them. But.... if you believe in guilt by association then here are a few names for them: Joshua Boyle Jasper Atwal Omar Khadr. Hamas Using the Liberal definition of association, Justin Trudeau has some interesting associates.1 point

You wouldn't. His "Logical fallacy" is illogical as my link proved and he ignored. Furthermore absence of evidence is very much evidence of absence. Put your hand in your pocket, pull out a florin. What? No Florin? Evidence of absence.0 points
