  1. Then Obama failed miserably! He gets a big..... F

  2. I don't dislike Judaism, Islam and Christianity because I recognize the range and the variety that they come in. Anyone who tries to put Christianity, Islam or Judaism into one category, has very little knowledge of these religions, the people and the cultures. There are sects, groups, sub-categories, whatever you want to call them who have adopted their own interpretation and way of doing things which can be easier to distinguish. Wahabism is one of those. A Wahabist Muslim, who is a Sunni, when you look at the thoughts, beliefs and ideology and what they may deem 'acceptable' is on a different level than, let's say, a Muslim in Syria. Syrian Muslims have different groups and subgroups. Majority are Sunnis. But a Sunni in Syria has a lot more in common with a Shia in Syria, than they would with a Wahabist in Saudi. The point here is that you can't paint a picture with one stroke. It's a shallow and uneducated way of thinking. You're obviously not looking for that answer, because if you did, you'd understand how wrong you are. It's like asking why it's not okay for the white apartheid South Africans to hate the blacks, since the blacks are resisting them. If you want to play the tired old victim card, like the settlers and occupiers are the victims, then you have your b.s. argument. You've been duped and you have accepted the b.s. narrative that the occupiers and aggressors are the victims. It's a very simple formula; You go into a place, take over another people's land, humiliate them, treat them like shit, kill their people and deny them justice and you will see resistance. The resistance can come in all forms. Some types of responses are not okay, but at the end of it all, it's a reaction to something that the occupier is doing. If there was no occupation, land theft and deny of justice, there would be very little chance there would be ugly reactions. First of all, you need to be able to separate different areas from each other. Palestinians are not Egyptians and Egyptians are not Iranians and Iranians are not Saudis and Saudis are not Jordanians. You need to go beyond this superficial and uneducated way of looking at people. Also, not sure where you have been, but mosques and houses are being burnt and vandalized daily in Israel and the Occupied Territories all the time, by Zionist extremists. Not only that, but did you miss the whole carpet bombing in Gaza, times three?

  3. Remember this is a thread about a unite the right rally sponsored by Nazi's and racists who hate Jews/Israel Muslims, blacks and of course the Commies (read, left-wing Americans) who opposed the rally. Why would you equate these Commies with Nazis and Islam along with me and just about everyone else who's also spoken out against this unite the right rally? It seems you're not actually wearing a uniform at all. Are you just a confused shell-shocked combatant wandering around shooting at whoever happens to be in your sights? Perhaps this is what too much passionate hate and fear does to logic, reason and perspective.

  5. Oh you innocent you. You are not taking into consideration how ignorant so many people can be of history, the ability of a startling number of people to believe in conspiracy theories - and thus disbelieve what they read or are told about history, low IQs, and the issue of exaggeration which we have to deal with. For example, if I am called a racist a lot for having some fairly non-racist beliefs then someone telling me Bob is a racist is not going to be much of an issue to me. If groups can call professor Peterson can be described as a fascist for refusing to use made up gender nouns, then are fascists really so bad? And what are nazis but fascists? So yes, it is entirely possible to claim ignorance about Nazis.

  7. I'm glad you're able to step up to bat for the chief rabbi for the IDF and try to cover what he has clearly stated towards a clear question about the IDF today. Yes. All religions say some really stupid things. In fact, many of these things are shared by the 3 top religions, Judaism, Christianity and Islam. But when you elect a person, who is part of the government, who says some really backwards things, then you have to call them on it. I mean, are you seriously going to try to cover and justify that the IDF booklet stated: “the concept that non-Jews have equal rights with Jews in Israel goes against the opinion of the Torah, and the state’s representatives have no authority to act against the Torah’s will." Seriously? How low can you go? Just like we call on Iranian clerics and Saudi clerics who are part of the governing and policies of the country. We don't see Canada or Canadians making excuses for them. Why should we make excuses for Israel? Because they have gay pride parades in Tel Aviv? That washes their hands for the increasing fanaticism and zealotry? The occupation? The murdering and maiming of civilians? The racism and human rights violations both in Israel and in the Occupied Territories? Look Argus; If our country and other western countries supported any bigoted country both politically and economically, then you will hear it from me. If we had people on this forum, coming in trying to excuse blatant racism, violence and human rights violations against other people, you would hear it from me. Why do I need to debate something, when there is no one to debate the topic with? To some point, I do voice my opinion about Canada and West's increasing support for Saudi Arabia. Where majority of the 9/11 hijackers came from. Where most of the money and support for ISIS comes from. Where they have some of the most outrageous policies inside the country. Where they are attacking and killing innocent people in Yemen. Speaking out against our government's silence against them, because they want to score a few contracts happens. Fortunately, there are very few people who try to excuse Saudi's actions. So there is no one to debate. Same thing goes for Iran and its policies inside Iran towards Bahai's and their policies towards freedom of speech and expression. You let me know if you find someone on here who tries to excuse their actions and I will be more than happy to have a debate with them.

  8. ...I don't think anybody is. You see, we all know what they're about, that's not and has never been this issue. Their belief system has not been defended here. What i'm seeing is questions as to why the police stood down when Antifa showed up and why the defence (or denial) about Antifa's/BLM's motives for the day. The only defence I have seen is the defence of the right to free speech and assembly - even though it may distasteful speech and the questioning of lynch mob justice in the face of free speech. NOBODY THAT I'VE SEEN, ESPECIALLY ME, ARE DEFENDING THE WHITE NATIONALISTS AGENDA

  10. People are entitled to defend themselves and instigators of violence should be condemned no matter which side they are on. However, the denial that Trump and others aren't engaged in moral equivalence is laughable. A: Good people do not march with Nazis for any reason. B: If you lie down with dogs you will get up with fleas, and every other cliche which states you should expect to be associated with the people you associate with. C: Whether someone is a "moderate" white nationalist or an "extreme" white nationalist, both believe that whites are entitled to a special status in society that no other race can ever attain. The only difference might be the lengths they are prepared to go in order to attain that status. Arbeit Macht Frei.

  11. If a student has some sort of learning disability that requires accommodation from the educational system they can get a diagnosis that will carry them through elementary school, high school and post secondary. At least here in BC. That may include extra time to complete exams, assignments etc. It's been around for a very long time and there have been no complaints that i can see in BC. As i say, this is a stupid and poorly written opinion piece. I guess they were desperate for material. Who knows.

  15. No more of a threat than they were ten or twenty years ago, or thirty years ago. These groups are all thoroughly penetrated by the FBI anyway. I would be surprised if at least one or two of those guys from the militia groups which showed up weren't FBI informants. Some of the clowns carrying the torches and shields, too.

  21. If any country went in and took out ISIS what would your reaction be? Are you prepared to call out Muslim extremist terrorism and who is funding it and support what it would take to wipe it out? Get real. . because if you do...the answers and solutions to effectively disengaging such terrorists probably won't be to your liking. Of course these attacks will continue. Who will stop them? You? Your Prime Minister who pays 10.5 million to a terrorist and panders to Muslim extremists to get their vote? . .

Our PM's office no longer bears the name Langevan for instance. But following all things Canada as you do, I'm sure you knew that.
