Tesla, we make them here and also make them in china.

They're advanced but they're not cheap. And they're heavily subsidized in many markets.

Now many of those are expiring or being taken away and guess what?

Yes but your generation of Canadian separtist are dying. The younger blood aren't so incline to be apart from the US as obstinately as your generation. You got another 40 years top then you'll croak and your children or grand children will join.

Why would anyone want to join a country of people who don’t care about them?  It’s a clear admission that Canadians and Canadian cultures and policy priorities will be disregarded if Canada becomes part of the U.S..

that’s nice and all but your kids want to be able to afford keeping the heater on and a place to live. It’s not America that is the problem, it’s you Canada. We gave you plenty of honey but you all just refused. So here’s a letter of  35% coal from your soon to be presidential president.

Honey?  Please enumerate your beneficence to Canada. If it wasn’t for the oil we sell you at a discount to give jobs and money to your Texas refineries, we would have a trade deficit with you. Thanks for the kind gesture of your 35% tariffs to offset this supposed advantage that we have.

OMG Glorious Yank as much a braggart bullshitter as his President. Canada is so uncompetitive they have to throw 19th Century tariffs on us to protect their own industry.
Those same industry that realized domestic production was uncompetitive decades ago and farmed it out in the first place.

Gee sounds like someone else is the financial 1diot dreaming about the glories of yesteryear. Oh boy, maybe Rambler, RCA and Marconi and dial landline phones will be back!

Says here on the docket , fentanyl. Your fentanyl will be tariffed 35%. We didn’t tariff the USMCA. You all need to blame your drug dealing Canadian colleagues for your own predicament.

That’s the dumbest excuse for tariffs yet.  There’s almost no fentanyl coming from Canada.  Maybe addressing the cartel in your country would help.

Trump is merely the executioner of American justice. We both know the real reason you got tariffed. Your greatest sin of all, Canada, pride.

Canadian pride? That's what you think our greatest sin is?

So that sound you're hearing would be the sound of your credibility being flushed down the toilet :)   LOLOLOL

Canada thought it could go without the US. Canada thought that there were no consequences of breaking US drug law. Canada thought it was a free and sovereign nation. These are your crimes. Repent now and may Donald J Trump deliver your salvation.

Sounds like envy and resentment. Canada isn’t necessarily better or worse than the U.S.   The countries have different priorities.  Canada has prioritized safety over the right to bear arms and taxes citizens at a higher rate in exchange for a stronger social safety net.  The U.S. could do any of the same things. I don’t like all the policy choices in Canada or the U.S., but these are democracies with different histories, though there’s overlap.  I think there’s a self-righteous aspect to Canada that’s annoying, especially when it can’t back up its lofty rhetoric with hard power.  However, Americans tend only to see themselves when they look at us and they generally can’t understand why anyone would want to do things differently from America.  How many times have I overheard Americans in Europe compare things to the US and complain loudly.  It’s a stereotype but the “ugly American” can be a thing.  So what?  Arseholes are in every nationality.

Fair enough. It’s not like we can tell each other apart at first glance anyhow. Of all my overseas trip, I’ve ran into many Canadians thinking they were fellow Americans.

Believe me, at times I prefer the American way, but then there are two Americas these days, blue and red.  I credit the Republicans as being the only force in North America to really push back against the pandemic restrictions. The Dems have brought us some pretty radical woke nonsense.  Both parties have been war mongers at different times.   The Liberals in Canada really blew it under Trudeau.  I don’t understand why Trump didn’t favour the Conservatives in Canada unless he figured he could manipulate the Libs.  I think that was a mistake. Poilievre has good ideas and is a necessary correction of reckless Liberal policies, but the 51st state rhetoric revived Liberal fortunes.  Anyway whoever is in office is getting a rough ride from a president who has surrounded himself with yes people and isn’t worried about popularity or trying to get reelected.

Good for Honda. As long as this buffoon of a PM in Ottawa is allowed to run this country, and not give in to Trump, what else did you expect. Trump has Canada by the balls. If we had a real and true leader like Trump in this country, and would cooperate with Donald Trump, this Honda move might not even take place. Just my opinion. What say you?

If we really had free trade in Canada we would probably not be in the mess that Canada has found itself in to today. Canada cannot win with Trump. Trump holds the best hand. Canada needs to play Trump's game or it will be more problems for Canada. I do not see as to how Canada can win against America especially when we have an imbecile of a leader in Ottawa running this country. Globalist Carnage only wants to create more global carnage for Canada.

I would love to see the day when Canada becomes a territory of the USA just like Guam and Puerto Rico are. Both countries working together will make us all become a world power house together. Both Canada and America have all that we need to prosper and became two great again countries. Works for me!

You hate your country so much I don't know how you and WCM can stand to live here and why you haven't moved already. Maybe it's because no one else would have you.

Their members in the House of Representatives don't have a vote. They have no representation in the Senate and can't vote in presidential elections.

They are far worse off than citizens of Canadian Territories who have voting representatives in both houses and can vote in all elections.

Wake and woke up, stunned. I despise as to what the Marxist lieberals in Ottawa have and are still doing to try and destroy the old Canada that we all once loved and felt great living in are trying to turn Canada into a Marxist 3rd world communist hell hole. Try and show me that i am wrong here, if you can?

The country that i want to see for the old Canada that i once grew up in is either that the west separates from Marxist eastern Canada or that Alberta separates from Canada. That should end the life of the old Canada which is pretty much dead already. RIP Canada.

Thanks to liberalism/socialism, multicuturalism/diversity and massive 3rd world non-white immigration invasion the Canada that i once knew and loved is gone. Those three things i mentioned above is what has caused Canada to become a failed state. All thanks to the imbeciles that keep voting in the Marxist lieberals.

While Trump is getting rid of all that Marxist globalist agendas nonsense i mentioned above, plus getting rid of woke/DEI nonsense also, our new Dictator in Ottawa globalist Carnage is still going to keep pushing for all of those things mentioned above. The old Canada is pretty much gone. Live with it. 🤡

Wishing your country ill because you don't like a political party is as dumb and immature as it gets.

The more you babble on about Marxism the more you show that you have no clue what it is. The only constant in the world is change and nowhere are you going to get to go back to your childhood. You sound like the kid in the schoolyard having a tantrum because the rest of the kids won't play the game by his rules.

Yes, i would. They are a protectorate of America and they do have their own elections. But as i have said already, what is needed is for the four western provinces to separate from the eastern lieberal Marxists french elite in Ottawa. We would be much better off without the east. We would be much wealthier and we the people would be free from Ottawa's anti-growth and anti prosperity agenda and will be free from Ottawa's WEF globalist tyranny.

As Danielle Smith has said many times is that Canada has lost trillions of dollars in new investments because of Ottawa's control and destruction of the economy and who are very anti growth. Environmentalism and a massive bloated lieberal bureaucracy and massive amounts of red tape have caused Canada to be in debt for trillions of dollars and have pretty much killed any potential for Canada to become filthy rich.

Canada must cease to exist as it is today. For the west to continue to stay in lieberal french corrupt Canada will result in more job losses or no new jobs being created at all and poverty and housing and health care problems will only get worse. Massive 3rd world immigration is killing Canada but the lieberals could care less about that or Canada or Canadians.

God bless America. RIP Canada. 😇
