Poor Poilievre.  I almost feel sorry for him.

What can the CPC do to turn around their down slide?  Maybe less slogans and more concrete answers?   Appeal more to the mainstream voter and stop with the fringe nonsense?

OMG, stop it, child.

Do you think that Canadians suddenly all know about a bunch of Liberal "concrete answers"?

The Libs just got an after-Trudeau bump, and an anti-Trump bump, but tehir new loser isn't going to be able to reverse all the damage that Trudeau did to the LPOC.

If CNN gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

@TreeBeard

1) Polls are always fake, and the polls in NA are all designed to make the Dems/Libs look good. Whatever they say, it's pretty standard that you flip them by 5% in favour of the conservatives.

That's Feb 23.

With any luck, the Bloc will shut the LPOC out of Quebec, and the NDP will sap enough votes away from them to keep their overall numbers in the low single-digits.

I think the NDP will win a few seats in BC and Ontario, that's it.

If this country is going to survive, we need a strong majority for Poilievre.

Carney has already stumbled out the gate ,and this is just a leadership contest. Once People get to know carney and what he stands for ,I think it will change back. Country wants change, carney is not change. Just more of the same.

Maybe it's the Pc's who need a new leader.

The PCs are dead.  That moderate, big tent party is long gone.

Is that maybe part of the problem?

You don’t think the Cons need to do anything but wait?

Isn't that what they’ve been doing?  Why would you do the same thing and expect a different result?

Cons have a plan, they've been consitant about it. The libs contenders have all done a 180°. They are saying what PP been saying for quite sometime.

The Cons were up 26 points.  They absolutely prayed that Trudeau would keep going as PM.  Were they only ahead because of Trudeau's lack of popularity?

It sure seems like that was the case.  There will be an election in March.

There are some pictures of Carney with Ghislaine Maxwell floating around, but she denies that it's her.

It's really telling that the LPOC had 157 seats in the HoC and not even one of them was a serious candidate to lead the party. They had to look for someone who wasn't tainted by their relationship with toxic tinkerbell for the last ten years.

Carney is a carbon-tax cuck, and he's a leftist so he was also in favour of the jab-mandates and the Emergencies Act.

In a time when patriotism is more important than ever here, no one is going to actually vote Liberal.

The Liberals will get a bump because they are the only story in town at the moment but it is making the upcoming election far more interesting.

I agree that’s part of it.  But I think Canadians are desperate not to vote for PP.

A good start.  PP has an image problem of his own doing.  He's a slimy used-car salesman and people don't trust the guy.

PP is a dink, and so is the Liberal Party sans Carney who just joined.  Going to be a close election because there's no true ideal options.

PP is the only hope the country has. Carney will sell us out to the WEF  and the environmental freaks. And he is going to continue the spending.

I think the pc's will win but what if it's a slim minority? Who would enter into a coalition with them? They'd have to move to the left to stay in power. They wouldn't be toppled right away but give it a year or so...

So, if it is that close and the Cons win a minority...will they beg Singh to prop them up??? LOL

I think PP has been a one trick pony for too long. He has to up his game.... a lot.

I’m starting to think dumb ass Trump could hand our next election to the Liberals. Wonder what PP is thinking about that.

It's not Trump ,it's the not overly bright Canadian voters. This Gov doesn't deserve to be in again. And if we do, our country as we know is gone forever.

It's a funny old world. If the Dems had won or even if Trump had kept his big mouth shut, the Conservatives would probably be coasting to a majority. Instead, the dumb fvck threatens Canada and gives the Liberals the biggest gift they have ever had. In my life, I have never seen a party's fortunes change so fast. I'm starting to believe the m0ron actually believes a majority of Canadians want to be Americans.

Canadians drink the Liberal Party of Canada Kool-Aid

Trudeau was a ridiculous fop whom came to be despised for it

but that doesn't mean that Canada has actually shifted to the right

with Trudeau out of the way, just watch Canadians go back to their affinity for the socialist nanny state

Alberta should just get out while it has the chance

it's not realitic for all of Canada to join America

but Alberta could do it, Alberta could be the 51st State

why not ?

the Liberals are the nationalist party in Canada

and in a crisis, what are the Normies actually going to be clambering for ?

massive big government intervention ; which is what the Liberals are all about
