Who said I support any of this stupidity? The Ukraine should cut a deal and be done with it...before NATO engages directly.

There is no way Ukraine should have to cut a deal, it is the the one who was attacked. Russia should just FO back to Russia.

The only way NATO will engage directly is if a member is attacked.

No way huh...how nice of you to condemn them. If NATO does not engage, Ukraine is lost.

Ukraine seems to be doing pretty well, much to your disappointment.

I'm now even more confident that it was either the Ukraine or the USA (or both) that blew up the Kakhovka dam.

I was trolling through Google and cannot find anything from anyone after June 9th...

Except this below.

https://efe.com/en/latest-news/2023-06-22/russia-raises-death-toll-from-kakhovka-dam-explosion-to-46/

You'd think if the Russians did this, that the Ukes and the MSM would be all over it like a wet T-Shirt. But they're ignoring it completely. Interesting...

You convince yourself of whatever you want to, and the search engines will show you exactly what you’re looking for, which is more mind warped nonsense.

The dam collapse is still in the news daily for people that live on this planet.

Unconfirmed reports that Wagner is surrendering their weapons in Russia. Will provide confirmation, i am not one @Nationalist ?

I have a feeling the Wagners are going to be folded into the Russian military. But its just a feeling.

This little revolt shows what? That the Wagners want to finish the Ukes off while they have them at a disadvantage. I'm very curious to find out just what happens next in the war. What concessions did Putin give, to get the Wagners to stop?

This could get wild quickly.

This is why Blinken of the Department of State state is not over, a lot of Wagner will be forced to sign contracts. Will they agree? I think they will be like Erdean that went to prison for Trump and then felt sorry forry for it:

We will see. But I wouldn't put any stock in what Blinky Blinken says. This is the guy who sat there speachless while the Chinese tore a strip off him. He's a spineless twit.

The news from the front is mixed and we should prepare ourselves for setbacks in the offensive. Russian advances have been reported by Ukraine:

https://www.aljazeera.com/news/liveblog/2023/7/2/russia-ukraine-live-moscow-launches-drone-attacks-on-kyiv

Long-term the Russians are headed for disaster. As the US found out the hard way in both Vietnam and Afghanistan, more territory means more problems.

So far it looks like they just don't have the gear to break out. Russian aviation is giving them grief, they don't have enough tanks to push everywhere, they're short on ammo just like the Russians, and while they've definitely had some success it's nothing remotely close to what we saw last year. I think they'll gain some ground but I don't think it's going to be terribly substantial.

As far as russia goes - the war is putting a huge strain on them. They say it takes 18 months for this kind of thing to really fully affect the economy and we're around about there, and people are unhappy in russia and the cracks showing up in the system now are getting serious.

I tihnk russia may be headed for some tough times internally.

There isn't a lot of territorial gains yet, and the lack of air superiority IS a problem.  You'd struggle to find many examples of successful maneuver warfare on open ground without air power.

More problematic, however, is that the entire front is a WW1 trenchwork with hundreds of miles of minefields.  Russian air power isn't impressive on its own, as evidenced by last year's advances.  When targets are funneled into narrow corridors (where the mine-clearing vehicles dig lanes out for advancing columns) and are moving slowly, however, it makes things easy.

The Ukrainians have shifted to much slower, more deliberate advances, and it won't be until they push 20-30 km forward that they can actually breakout anywhere (if they even can at all).  Once/if they do get pas the prepared defenses, I suspect Russian forces will be in for a bad time.

Ex-Canadian Leopard 2 in Ukraine has tank-watchers buzzing after it appears on the battlefield wearing Russian/Soviet style add-on explosive reactive armour. As most NATO forces don’t use ERA, the long debate over using ERA on NATO tanks has been reignited at least online  The driver’s thermal sight, unique to Canadian varieties of the 2A4 is what gave it away as one of ours

Ukrainian Leopard 2 Tank Seen Covered In Explosive Reactive Armor

Seeing explosive reactive armor that traces its roots to the Soviet era on a Leopard 2 main battle tank is certainly different.

That accounting of the destruction and damage inflicted by Russia must have filled your Putin-loving heart with glee. But remember your beloved Russia is also in really bad shape and Putin is desperately clinging to power.

The article is from May 2022.  This clown doesn't even check or read the stuff he posts.  He scrapes it off his twitter feed and if the title says something that he thinks he wants to hear, he'll repost it.

None of this fills my heart with anything more than disgust that its even still ongoing. Putin may be in trouble at home. We will see.

Sucks when people use your own dumb words against you, doesn't it?  What was that context that you figure explains this away, again?

That's right...you never provided any.  ?
