You don’t seem to know history well.  Stalin and Mao called themselves Marxists or communists.  We know they ran their states similarly to dictators on the right.  When so much power accrues to the state and individual rights are removed, it’s totalitarianism, fascism, abuse of power. Just do your homework on what’s unfolding.  I’m throwing you this bone of understanding even though I think you’ll probably remain somewhat blind to the oppression underway.  Again, I understand denial.  This is a lot to process.

The courts decide whether people will have criminal records, not the government. People with criminal records don't get into the US.
