Where did you get that from? An apartment in the city in China cost about 4,029.03 ¥ ($600 - 1 bedroom) to 4,238.40 ¥ ($1200 - 3 bedroom), prices outside of the city are about half of those. Many third world countries that produce cheap goods for westerners to use have a high rate of child labour. Child labour isn't a problem. Just different standards. Probably, more realistic standards.
