Who was the last PM from Alberta?

Wow... that's quite a theory you've got... you really crawled into the creepy mind of Trudeau....

When does he surround himself with young girls? Are you insinuating he's a pedophile? Or are we talking about 20-something young girls?

Harper was from Alberta, I take it you think he is from Toronto. lol . And he has had many photo ops surround by college girls ,especially on his Washington trip. He loves to surround him self with admiring young girls. Time for Trudeau to grow up and act his age.

I was born in Ottawa. But that's not what I say when someone asks me where I am from. I tell them where I'm living now. What's your point?

Surely, neither the bad-sweater-wearing suburban dad nor the creepy bearded uncle you see at family reunions will run again. So who's up next?

I would like to see a true Conservative like Donald Trump to run for the PC leadership, and who is not oh so politically correct. Someone who will take on the marxist leftists social justice warriors that are ruining and running Canada today. A leader who believes in more freedom, less government, and less taxes. As of now. there appears to be no one out there who would take on that challenge that I believe is needed in Canada today. All I see out there right now is nothing but politically correct wimps and cowardly politicians whom just want to look good and please the wrong people.

Donald Trump isn't any kind of conservative.

He's from Toronto. Don't kid yourself.

Etobicoke, not Toronto proper. When I first moved to the GTA I lived in Etobicoke for 3 months and then quickly moved out.

Note the Etobicoke also produced the Ford brothers.

Wow, Is there something wrong with the water in Etobicoke? :P

I've lived extensively in both Toronto and Montreal. When asked where I'm from I always said Vancouver.

ETA - I get your point, if say I was on vacation and someone asked where I'm from I'd say the city I live in, but where someone is from generally refers to where they grew up.

Harper is from Ontario.

Folks,

Stop the thread drift.

Tony Clement just declared running for leadership.

It was treated as a joke on the CBC and I suggest it will be treated the same by Conservatives.

What'd CBC say?

I didn't notice them saying anything yet, but the closest thing to policy in Clement's announcement was his promise to defund the state broadcaster, so you can be sure that battle lines are being drawn in the CBC newsroom and boardroom.
