The opposite is true. The government would get the hell out of the way private industry would be happy to step up as I posted several times before they've come right out and said the impediment is the regulatory environment

Well that might be a 'lapse' for the media or the like but i'm not sure it' s a lapse in criminal justice. It was the political types and the media types who blew it up, not the justice system . You called it a list. But i'm loving that your argument is "I wasn't' THIS kind of wrong and stupid, i was THAT kind of wrong and stupid!" Sure kid isn't that part of investigation? How would you interrogate someone unless you're investigating something? Just randomly ask questions? "Chicken or beef, which is better. Answer me! ANSWER ME YOU SICK BASTARD!!" So in other words you've realized what you said was stupid and that I was correct and rather than address it in a more adult fashion you are having a bit of a hissy fit and desperately trying to weasel on technicalities And you accuse others of being argumentative and focusing on details

Installing speed bumps while bragging how they just increased the speed limit to 120. That's it exactly, great analogy. Oh we LOVE the idea (impediment) of more pipelines (impediment impediment) and we're doing everything (pisses off first nations, calls their mothers fat) that we possibly can (impediment) to facilitate that!

Don Lemon going to be charged under KKK Act!
CdnFox replied to User's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
But you told us the doj was uncorruptible! He brought this up when we discussed Clinton running across the tarmac etc. It's amazing how the doj can't be possibly corrupted when someone you like is in power and how it can be completely and easily totally corrupted when someone you don't like is in power You get this is why nobody takes you seriously right? -
Sure, or the facilities or the materials. But we have all that. I'm sure it will not take us very long at all to assemble some moms and that's if we didn't buy plans from somebody like Britain or France or Israel or India or Pakistan or any of the other nuclear powers. And it's not like we don't have plenty of nuclear test Facilities or processing already up and running. Really the only thing holding us back would be delivery systems and that would not be that hard to figure out

That's RIGHT!! Why if i were facebook i would be SUING @Nationalist for DARING to suggest someone being as dumb as you is THEIR fault! (the horror!!!!)

A blip. When he gets lots of media he gets a blip. But at the end of the day people still can't afford food and they can't pay rent and nobodys' going to remember the speech in davos in a month. At the end of the day he'll still be vunerable to an election. That doesn't mean they're going to call one, just that he will have a tough time stopping it if they do. On the flip side he may do a preemptive strike and call one before they can on his own terms, which a lot of people are saying is likely given his campaign like announcements. That's why they asked him straight out and he studdered and fumbled before saying no he isn't, which makes it pretty obvious he was thinking about it.

OK, i'll give you points for that, it was mildly amusing and got a snicker

All of which can be laid at the federal government's feet And it was never designed to solve the problem by itself. They're not grateful because the government then trashed the other pipeline which was necessary and has done everything you can to hurt the industry The thief breaks into your home and steals $1,000 but leaves five bucks on the table for you you're probably not that grateful But they won't. Because carney is actually blocking any new pipeline while pretending that he'd really like to but it's not his fault they can't.

Really How is this the biggest lapse in history? How is it even a lapse? There is no list. This is another little fantasy that's been floating around for ages now, but somehow there's a client list with all the names of anyone who biked an underage girl along with their current phone number and email contact. That is not the case. This is just a compilation of every scrap of paper the police found or came up with or wrote down or had an idea about including a whole bunch of stuff that has absolutely no relevance to the investigation but they thought it might so into the pilot went. The police have already suggested that they investigated everybody who is actually suspected of wrongdoing. And when you say 'should investigate everyone' do you also mean going back to harass the victims? They're in the files too. In fact some of them had their nude pics and info posted when the files were published. Which is precisely why the cops have said it's bad to publish those kinds of things. Get a clue, THEN talk.

Then why don't you define it yourself instead of being a useless twat who's only purpose in life is to show up and criticize others while failing to do anything yourself. You do this all the time. Why don't you contribute meaningfully instead? Offer an opinion of what term would be more appropriate if you prefer. Honestly I don't know what the hell is the matter with the left these days
-
Yeah. And that's the first time this has ever happened in our history, Only over the last few years have we seen this. We've had periods we're investment slowed down but this is the first time we've looked at actual outflow But of course it's all harpers fault🙄

Don't tell him to god until we got them I doubt they'd start a nuclear war over it. And we no longer care what the Americans think. If they don't like the idea they are absolutely welcome to come talk to us about a whole range of issues we have with them right now and maybe we can work something out Absolute 100 percent bullshit. There is EVERY reason canada would respond to an invasion with nuclear strikes, and if the US struck back it would be dropping nukes right on the doorsteps of it's own cities. Nobody would risk it. You think russia would be in ukrane right now if they still had nukes? Nopers.

The vast majority of our food inflation is caused by government regulation and taxation, and the FEDS are the responsible party for the lion's share of that. There are other issues such as climate change and so on and so forth but when you look at the main contributing factors which, incidentally, includes raising immigration faster than our food industry can adjust as well as the carbon taxes etc, the feds have a great deal of control over how fast that's going up and they're choosing not to exercise it. Instead they give a gst rebate which will only spike inflation harder
-
Sure, can be in many cases. The cities and districts have become drunk on developer fees and such for example so there's a trillion inspections and hoops, which makes it hard as hell to make a project worth it. And excessive regulation as you mentioned can be deal killers. But mostly they look to the feds.

First I've heard of anything like that but honestly I haven't been following all that closely Anything that was ever in the file will remain in the file. So if the police did investigate and decided it was nothing then they'd still leave it in the file anyway. That's why cops and prosecutors and legal people in general generally don't like to see these kinds of files released, they often name people that turn out to have nothing to do with it or make accusations that turn out to be dead ends or the like and you can ruin someone's life real easy obviously. But if it was investigated and nothing came of it the investigators can tell us that in this case

The problem is traditionally the left isn't huge on hatred. They can get worked up and they can get very organized but usually it's kept with in control. However starting approximately 2011 they started to get away with murder. Destructive protest, cancel culture, all of these things slowly became more and more real and nobody stopped them. Pretty soon we saw the formation of groups within the left that are professionally outraged. We started talking about social justice warriors who we're driven by anger and hatred to an irrational level That continued to grow until we saw things like the Floyd riots with billions of dollars in damage, and taking over entire sections of cities in the northwest and turning them into little commietowns. And still nobody sent in the national guard Now these groups Eat breathe and sleep hatred and bigotry to an irrational level and their leaders are not interested in resolutions but rather simply chaos and destruction. And they've run into somebody who just won't take their crap. So now the irresistible force has met an immovable object and it's kind of spiraling a little I honestly do believe in the right to protest even though I'm not a big fan of protests, but I think that both Canada and America really need to sit down and come up with a legal definition of protest that is a little more sane. When you're interfering with a cop it's not a protest. When you're harassing politicians and surrounding them and screaming at them and behaving in a threatening manner that's not a protest. If you're pulling down statues or damaging property or burning things that's not a protest.

If they're so useless why did the other nuclear powers bother? If you are saying that nuclear weapons have no deterrent effect then you're stepping outside of your military knowledge and entering into political knowledge which is something that I have a lot more experience with than military. Nuclear weapons are absolutely a deterrent. And they absolutely do limit the size and nature of attacks. I would refer you to the attacks we saw in the 60s and 70s where their opponents attempted to destroy Israel in a very serious fashion. Since acquiring nuclear weapons that has never happened. They will harass and pressure Israel but they make certain never to threaten its existence for fear of retaliation. Russia and china, are two biggest components, but certainly be very reluctant to set foot on Canadian soil if they knew that there might be a nuclear exchange We absolutely can afford to have a small nuclear arsenal. And it should be considered.

This is one of the things that's always kind of been a bit of a head scratcher for me. To listen to the media and people discuss it it sounds like there were hundreds of children and grossly underage girls who are handed over to rich people by the bucketful. If anything it sounds like a relatively small number of underage girls and by underage I mean by a few years, not children. I don't think there's actually been an accusation of real pedophilia which only involves prepubescent kids. The whole thing kind of sounds like a tempest in a teapot to me. Epstein very obviously tried to get close to any famous person he could. He obviously liked recruiting young girls for his own pleasure as well as Gislaine's pleasure. There is some indication he prostituted some of the girls to some of the wealthy people he sucked up to, and a small bit of indication that a few of those girls may have been underage involving at small number of actual cases None of that's good, it's all pretty terrible especially seeing as the girls work for him and then he turned them so to speak. But it just doesn't sound like the international earth-shattering crime syndicate that it's often portrayed as. Was probably 10,000 pimps in America that do worse daily

Are Alberta Separatists Committing Treason?
CdnFox replied to TreeBeard's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
It's not actually relevant. The charter doesn't allow Alberta to leave regardless, however it is internationally recognized that if the majority of a population wants to leave then that should be supported. So if they actually want to leave as in completely leave the first nations claims become irrelevant. What would be relevant Would be a free and clear vote showing a strong majority of people supported it. The exact number that represents a strong majority is, of course, a hotly debated subject in Canada. But for example if 65% or 70% of Alberta voted to leave then that would probably happen regardless of any first nations land status. As we saw with Quebec Canada would much rather enter into negotiations for a sovereignty association where more power is given to the province but they remain a part of Canada. It's hard to say which version the people of Alberta would go for -
Carney Articulates The New World Order In Davos
CdnFox replied to Zeitgeist's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Heh well i don't think we'll need AI to figure that question out... -
Actually that was me telling you (and the left wing voters stupid enough to fall for the guy ) you supported him and continue to do so till this day And were always defending the other useless twat who was arguably even worse before him, tho frankly it's getting harder to say.
