Republicans on the committee SAID YES. Duh

1. Apparently.

2. They did. The law has nor indicted though. I'd bet that's because there's no proof. Just accusations.

Hmmm looks to be more to the story. They tried to extort Matt Gaetz. Dems are worse than the mafia. Sad

But someone said these things about a conservative, so they're 100% true in the eyes of any Dem-appointed judge.

crazy. The leftists are relying on a whacko who is currently in prison's testimony to peddle this delusion.

Here you go:

Fox News, multiple allegations from multiple witnesses...

https://www.foxnews.com/politics/house-report-accuses-matt-gaetz-of-paying-women-for-sex-using-illegal-drugs-accepting-improper-gifts

But it was a single Democrat prosecutor using information from someone in jail for false accusations?

Doesn't compute.

Fox must be lying

So overlook the guy that's doing prison time for falsely accusing someone of child rape? Gotcha

A successful smear campaign? You're basically saying that unproven or even baseless allegations are a fait tactic to deny someone a position.

OMG, I can't believe that the Demis managed to found a way to sink their standards to a new low🤣.

The 6 levels of less and less substantiated allegations that MUST BE BELIEVED!!!! (only when the accusations are against conservatives though 😉)

  1. A random woman somewhere made an accusation with no evidence and no witnesses, she has to be believed!
  2. A woman somewhere made an accusation with no evidence and no witnesses and she can't even guess when the alleged incident occurred, she has to be believed!
  3. A woman somewhere made an accusation with no evidence and no witnesses and she can't even guess what year or name the place where the alleged incident occurred, but she has to be believed!
  4. A woman somewhere made an accusation with no evidence and no witnesses and she can't even guess what year or name the place where the alleged incident occurred, and by her own description it wasn't even a crime, but she has to be believed!
  5. An anonymous person made an accusation, their story has to be believed!
  6. A person in jail for making false accusations just made another accusation, they have to be believed!

Can anyone guess what #7 will be? It doesn't seem like there's any level of evidence that's too low t be considered incontrovertible by leftards.

You cannot be arrested for saying you’ve done drugs in the past. Which is why that never happens despite so many people doing it.

You cannot be arrested for being under the influence of drugs which is why cops regularly bring high/stoned/doped up people to the hospital but don’t arrest them.

You only get arrested if authorities find the drugs in your possession

Bullshit. I posted the law right there. There might be areas that don't prosecute the crime of consuming illicit drugs, but it is a crime. That is called prosecutorial discretion. Saying we choose not to enforce the law is not the same as making it legal.

Matt Gaetz - alleged drug user

Hinter Biden - known drug user who was pardoned by his daddy

Matt Gaetz - alleged to have slept with prostitutes

I think that the party of "doing drugs and sleeping with prostitutes is legal:banana:needs to stop saying "OMG THAT GUY DID DRUGS AND PARTIED WITH PROSTITUTESQ796QSn.gif!!!"

Or was your point that, if Gaetz had also used his connections to the US gov't to rake in millions of dollars in partnerships with foreign oligarchs and hostile foreign gov'ts then it would be ok? Just wanna be clear on what's up.

1) Hunter Biden isn’t a congressman and wasn’t appointed attorney general

2) Nobody said drugs and prostitution is legal

Nope. Sworn testimony from witnesses to Gartz CRIMES.

Nowhere has anyone been arrested simply because they were found to have used drugs in the past. Many celebrities have based their entire careers on talking about their past drug use.

I guess you didn't get my main point. Why did the DOJ not charge him if there is all this supposed evidence?

The laws the report refers too are all state laws so you should ask DeSantis.

Okay. Let's say you arrest a celebrity that talked about that time they were high at a party on a talk show. How do you prove it? The celebrity can say theynwere performing a bit. Then what do you have? A statement on a staged TV show and no hard evidence. No, they arent arresting anyone for that.

Now, take that same celebrity that killed someone in a DUI accident and they say, under oath or while being interrogated, they had done drug xyz right before the accident. Yes, they can be arrested for the drug use and any charges from the accident.

If Gaetz was using illicit drugs while committing statutory rape, ues he would have been arrested.

^Texts from Gaetz’s convicted pedo buddy Greenberg setting him up with a hooker

My favourite was when Gaetz and his pedo buddy were short on cash and asked the girls for free sex for “customer appreciation week”  And then later the texts where he refused to pay a girl in full because she “only gave him a drive-by”

robomarx is still in denial over the democrat party; it's the worst collection of human beings the world has ever known.  Some of those dirtbags may not even be human, but he doesn't care, because it's all about straight democarcy for these cultists. It's why they want to wipe out the electoral college and replace it with a straight democratic mob majority rules kind of vote.

Of course you want many more votes for YOUR PARTY, because you're AGAINST AMERICAN DEMOCRACY. 🤮

Don't worry. I have a sneaking suspicion the Trump team is gonna drag a whole bunch of people through the courts. It won't matter if anyone gets convicted. It'll be the "Flynn Play". Drag them through court, bankrupt them and ruin their reputations.
