If the alternative is Kamala, I think the world is in trouble.  An article by Con Couglin in Newtz says she does not have the foreign affairs experience.  She was a disaster when Israel's PM Netanyaho visited Washington the other day.  She was given the job of Czar of the southern border and illegal migrants have continued to pour in.  He says Russia, China, Iran and N. Korea will be happy if she is elected.  I doubt if she has the diplomatic skills to deal with these troublesome countries.  The position contested is not just the President of one country.  The person in it is the leader of the free world. Therefore the candidate must know how to deal effectively with the whole world.  That's a tall order.

That is not how that works exactly. They only get a certain amount vetoes to remove jurors without cause and the same goes for the prosecution. The judge decides whether cause based removals are justified. If you have a judge that is pro-prosecution they could let a number of jurors through by saying there is not enough cause even if they know there was and force the defense to use their vetoes.

And for a crime which is completely a joke.  The whole premise is "This is a misdemeanor crime, unless it was done in order to commit a more serious crime.  BUT!!! -  We don't have to PROVE there actually WAS another crime. In fact - you don't even have to agree on what that other crime was.  As long as everyone agrees that some other crime took place WITHOUT EVIDENCE PROVING IT then he's guilty of this crime. 

It's the most ridiculous thing in the entire world.  IT's so obviously contrived that most of the public think less of the dems for doing it than they do of trump.

It was the Attorney General of the State of New York who got Trump convicted. Biden stayed out of the fracas and remained uninvolved, which is what a President should do. 

Biden’s AG appointed a special prosecutor to prosecute Donald Trump… and a Trump-appointed prosecutor was retained to investigate and prosecute Hunter Biden. We all know that there’s 0% chance that Donald Trump would keep any Biden Administration prosecutors employed if he came into power; at least, not any who had prosecuted Trump or his children. Trump is far too corrupt to permit that.
