Tucker's Interview With Putin

Recommended Posts

You see, the problem.is, if Tucker does ask uncomfortable questions and continues to do so after Putin says stop...well, he's not in America where there is Freedom if the Press, he's in Russia, an enemy of the U.S. A. and in Russia the ONLY word that counts is Vladimir Putins....and he could just order him chopped or shot.

Yet I heard good...informative conversation. No softballs.

Get over yourself, you are not morally superior because you are for war.

All that.. don't stand up to Hitlers. And see what happens. Something interesting will happen if we just wait for them to come and hug. Why use your brain when you don't have to, it's freedom, right? Ooh the eternal story of intelligent humanity.

And who's "we" by the way? Some of the great allies want to have good relations with Putin and Xi. Will you go to fight if Putin drives into Lithuania? And who will come to help you, if Xi happens to like your Pacific coast? They thought in Europe, 1940 that they were so safe let those Polish deal with their problems. Some just wouldn't learn no matter what just doesn't click. A tough task for representatives of intelligent species. That's just too bad.

Putin and his bunch of dictator buds is after nothing less than eliminating the international law. The New Old World. Might is right. If I'm doing it, there's the law and the reason. No matter what I do.

He advances there through your mindless brains. And if he gets there, you will have only yourselves to blame. No explanations, no excuses. You had it, the brain and they eyes, the senses. Using it, the intelligence, is a privilege and responsibility.

You know which side the Nazis are on, right? I know that you probably don't, this all seems really difficult for you... They're a part of the Ukrainian army. Ukraine is the only country in the world with a Nazi battalion in it. The Azov soldiers sport Nazi tattoos, wear Nazi insignias, and call themselves Nazis, and they're the ones who get to decide if they're Nazis or not, you have no say in it. They're Nazis.

There are still statues of famous Nazis all over Ukraine.

FYI "Nazis" aren't a punchline to Russians any more than they are to Jews. The Nazis went into Russia killing everyone and burning down houses. They treated Russian POWs like lab rats.

You don't personally "hate" Nazis because they didn't do anything to you, and our Canadian soldiers were't treated very badly as POWs. (I get it, all POWs are treated 'badly', but not the way Russians and Germans treated each other. It was a new level of bad)

You just have a rational aversion to Nazis, like all non-LPOC members in Canada. Russians and Jews hate them on a different level. If Nazis killed your grandparents and your aunts and uncles, your family would have a personal, deep-seated hatred towards them, not just a textbook hatred. It would have been one of the central themes of your life, like the muslims' hatred of Jews.

One can be memory impaired, retarded or just dumb but they can't lie their way through making up an alternate reality. The situation now is exactly as it was back in Europe 1940. A carbon copy. Yes there were those who called not our business. There were folks who thought that brutal totalitarian regimes can be pacified. Others just believed that nothing bad could happen: to them.

The consequences, and the costs are well known. They were all a part of it. Because when and if you're facing a brutal bully, showing weakness to them is the dumbest possible strategy. It will only convince them that you can be a good victim and press on.

Will Putin and his bunch, Un, Iran mullahs, Belorussian jerk and Xi in the vague background, just stop doing what they do and being who they are? Not a chance; that just doesn't happen with aggressive bullies. That's a fact, and by denying obvious facts you only force yourself in some neverland and deep trouble in the reality.

All of that has been tried already. Nothing new you can say here. Dumb or short of memory were never valid excuses to the reality.

LOL you're soooooo close to understanding why Ukrainians sided with the Nazis.

But what's harder to understand is why you, a far-right anti-communist, have a problem with Azov et al who are also far-right anti-communists, merely because of their, uh, problematic branding.

Sure - the right has always supported communism, everyone knows that. Harper was a famous communist.

See this doesn't make any sense but it is another data point showing you are illiterate.

More of a data point showing you a) don't understand sarcasm b) have no sense of humour and c) are a disgruntled virgin teen living in your mommy's basement who gets mad at his betters on the internet as a result :)

Trump is very selective about the dictators he likes.

some... he doesn't like:

2017 Shayrat missile strike
Death of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi

Assassination of Qasem Soleimani

its just something his base can't answer. because they let others think for them (like the extreme left). when Fox told them that Iraq had to be invaded then they yelled it at the top of their lungs. now they talk about "forever wars" but in a selective fashion. the wars that Trump wants are not "forever wars".

Putin needs a bullet in the head because he is a dictator. end of story. all dictators are bad news. this is a historical axiom that Trump wants to convince his followers is not true. because he is one.

and the extreme right are ok with that.

I'm glad Finland finally joined NATO but the reason we joined was a bit embarrassing since obviously Russia wasn't going to attack other countries after it thought the job was done in Ukraine.

Well put it this way - they're even less likely to now :)

And yet there is at least one Jew posting here (that I know of) defending Ukraine's fight for freedom.

Maybe the Azov's are not advocating Hitler's NAZI policies. 💡

Unlike the neo-NAZIS here in America.

If we capitulate to Putin's aggression, we are just INVITING Xi to invade Taiwan.

And if that happens, good luck buying a new car for at least a couple of years.

Historians say the litany of claims made by Mr Putin are nonsense - representing nothing more than a selective abuse of history to justify the ongoing war in Ukraine.
