Well, that’s what happens when you listen to news people that are spinning nonsense, you haven’t got a clue. The Trump legal team has lost 3 cases. But 40 sounds more to your liking, doesn’t it? Not other private citizens filing suits on their own. Though now the count may be up to 4. Quote

Argus Posted December 5, 2020 Report Posted December 5, 2020 You seldom see judges as dismissive of lawsuits as the ones dealing with Trump and his allies. Issuing a response to Ms Powell’s lawsuit on Thursday, judges for the City of Detroit said the lawsuit contained “warped logic”, and dismissed claims that vote machines had been tampered with, among other conspiracy theories. “Few lawsuits breathe more lies than this one,” said the 45-page court document, which was shared online. “The allegations are little more than fevered rantings of conspiracy theorists built on the work of other conspiracy theorists”. Judges went on to eviscerate the former Trump campaign attorney and her allegations, saying that some complaints had already been dismissed in Michigan’s courts, and others had not been considered by the president’s team because they were “off the wall”. https://ca.rogers.yahoo.com/news/few-lawsuits-breathe-more-lies-174503187.html Quote "A liberal is someone who claims to be open to all points of view — and then is surprised and offended to find there are other points of view.” William F Buckley
Infidel Dog Posted December 5, 2020 Report Posted December 5, 2020 Giuliani explains what he's doing - as opposed to what the left's media want everybody to believe he's doing: Quote Mr. Giuliani explained his recent strategy of having elected Republicans in state office hold meetings to hear about his claims. “The reason I went to the state legislatures, Sean, is because I saw what the courts were doing, and I wanted to go around them so the facts could get out,” said Mr. Giuliani. “A Georgia court wouldn’t have allowed us to put those witnesses on. The legislature did it. In Michigan, the same thing. We had two Democrat judges and they weren’t allowing us to put witnesses on,” Mr. Giuliani added. “But I was able to get some of the witnesses you use there because I went to the legislature.” Mr. Giuliani, a former federal prosecutor and New York City mayor, argued that nation’s framers would prefer to see the presidential race finally determined by the legislatures of the country’s states. “In fact, if we go back to the Founding Fathers, they would tell us we’re making a mistake. This should be thrown right to the House of Representatives and the Senate in each state, and they should hold hearings, they should make factual determinations and they should decide what the right voter count is,” declared Mr. Giuliani. https://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2020/dec/5/trump-lawyer-rudy-giuliani-says-courts-not-needed-/ Quote
Infidel Dog Posted December 5, 2020 Report Posted December 5, 2020 And something is going to happen in about a half hour in Georgia that's going to be worth a watch. Trump wants special sessions of the legislature to do the unthinkable and examine the evidence rather that just say it doesn't exist. Pretend Republican, Governor Kemp won't agree to it. The other pretend Republican, secretary of state 'Ratsinburger' goes through the motions of pretending to investigate but won't do a real audit. Trumps gotta be pissed at these two but so far he hasn't really let it be known yet. In the meantime there's these two Republican Senate candidates due to decide who's going to run the federal Senate for the next couple of years (or maybe forever.) This matters. Trump has to back them or Argus would be right about him not being a republican. So in a few minutes Trump is holding a rally in Georgia. I'm suspecting (quietly hoping) it's all going to hit the fan. Wanna Watch? Quote

I think Trump supporters should definitely show the Georgia Republicans who's boss by refusing to vote in the upcoming Senate runoffs. That'll teach them! Edited December 5, 2020 by bcsapper Quote
Infidel Dog Posted December 6, 2020 Report Posted December 6, 2020 Here's what you guys deprived of the full information don't understand about that one. The push on that one can end in a few minutes when Trump walks on stage. That's a push from lawyer Lin Wood. He wants people to hold back the voter unless the two Senate candidates, Loeffler and Perdue push for a special session of the Georgian legislature like what Trump wants. Loeffler and Perdue are at the rally with Trump that starts in a few minutes and is linked above. Another interesting thing about that one though is a Commie was putting up billboards supposedly as a friend to the strategy of republicans refusing to vote. Quote

Biden can't hold a candle to Obama, btw, whose cult following was probably second only to President Trump. He's one you'll never forget, that I can promise you! 1 Quote
