pay offs to silence porn stars and playmates then declaring them to be legal expenses could well be tax evasion.

Lol. I’m pretty sure that would be tax evasion or it would basically amount to legalized prostitution, and pave the way for writing off all kinds of sex paraphernalia.

“If Trump can write off a playboy bunny I can write off a blow-up doll and my subscription to Biguns.”

Then again, Hillary just made it legal to destroy evidence that the FBI subpoenaed. I guess anything can happen now.

Actually, Clinton's staff requested the emails be deleted months before they were subpoenaed. If the law required that those emails had to be retained, then they would have done something illegal, but apparently it didn't. The optics were really bad and rightly so.

She says that she requested them to be deleted before the subpoena, but we all know that Hillary Clinton's word is not actually proof of anything because of all the lies that she told throughout this entire story. The emails were there on the server when the FBI sent an subpoena instructing her to preserve her them under penalty of law. Her employee also received an email saying that the FBI ordered them to save the emails, and Hillary was responsible for providing them at that point. When the employeee were aware of that they deleted the emails AND used BleachBit on them, which she never even asked them to do according to their own garbage story.

Hillary IS responsible for those emails, and they were intentionally deleted after everyone knew about the subpoena. End of story. There are thousands of people in jail for doing far less than Hillary is known to have gotten away with.

It's ridiculous for the FBI to allow a precedent to be set where their subpoenas become utterly meaningless. If I received a subpoena from the FBI right now and then my cousin destroyed all the evidence they asked for a week from now do you think that I'd get away with it? Well, I should, because that right there is the new definition of how to legally destroy subpoenaed evidence.

Hillary Clinton was a bad candidate with no message except how bad Donald Trump and his supporters are.

Accordingly, she lost the election and President-Elect Trump with be #45.

Indeed, but the United States is not a democracy...it is a constitutional republic.

Trump is not welcome to McCain's funeral. On the other hand, Pence, Obama and Bush have been invited.

Nor should he be, as Trump chose to slay John McCain's reputation and many other "old guard" Republicans to gain the GOP nomination and presidency.

The Republicans hated Trump for doing it at first....now they love him (80+%).

RIP Senator John McCain...a man who was hard to kill.

The article mentions that her server was checked for signs of being hacked. It was not. At that time the White House network, including the state department was hacked. Ironically, she was deemed as being "extremely careless" . Many of the emails she sent ended up on servers that were hacked anyway.

One article I read explained that attempts were made, and she didn't have any special encryption going on, but I guess she didn't fall for any phishing scams.

The article doesn't mention what happened with her blackberries, iphones and ipads either. Hannity often throws "smashed cel phones with a hammer" in with his rant about post-subpoena evidence destruction, but from what I've read the only things that she was known to have smashed were smashed before the subpoena. I think that she may have said that she lost some devices, or removed the sim cards from them, after they were subpoenaed but I'm not sure.

Quite.   So don't go around the world prating about what you know nothing about.

Yes...only nations with monarchies born from the selective mating habits of rich Europeans should do that.

Here's a picture that tells 1000 words: Trump refuses to comment McCain.  You could also tag it as 'obstinance incarnate' or 'somebody needs their poopy diary changed'.

Still better than praising Fidel Castro upon his death like another "leader" we know of.

So to distract people from his immature display yesterday in refusing to comment on John McCain until he was shamed into it later in the day, Trump tweets that Google is rigging it's searches to only show Left Wing news sources.

Did it ever occur to the Alt-Right that sites like Infowars are really crappy at SEO?

Are you sure DT wouldn't have done the same? His appreciation of autocratic dictators seems pretty consistent.

We don't know, but we do not that Pierre and Justin Trudeau loved to kiss Fidel Castro's autocratic ass.

So now Trump tells his minions that unedited footage of him admitting that the firing of James Comey was due to the Russia Investigation was doctored.

This would be an indication that he thinks his supporters are stupid...which they probably are.

I'd rather be a stupid Trump supporter than a stupid Trudeau supporter.
