GostHacked
Trump just put tariffs on 200 B worth of goods from China. Looks like Trump's plan is to get the USA into a depression. You can bet China will do some of the same in retaliation. All of this tariff stuff is simply going to put the USA in a more difficult position. The USA has worked hard over the last 70+ years to integrate economies, and now it feels like it can pull out of those trade deals without being affected all while claiming to have the upper hand in negotiations. Can anyone tell me how Trump imposing tariffs on other nations are going to work FOR the USA??

No....tariffs by themselves will not cause a U.S. "depression", as the U.S. is not an export driven economy like China's...and to a lesser extent Canada's. The U.S. economy and world's reserve currency (USD) is actually stronger now than before the 2008-2009 recession.

What further tools will be available to stimulate the economy? Hope that the trade war ends soon.

Defense and infrastructure spending. I hope Trump keeps pushing hard, if only to win a fraction of concessions on previous tariffs, non-tariff barriers, dumping, transshipments, and IP theft. I think there are far more downsides to the tariffs than benefits. Our cost of living is higher in Canada, but so are our wages and benefits. Most products will remain low-cost in Canada. We’re also expanding free trade. The US is facing counter tariffs from multiple countries. We face tariffs from the US, like many countries. The trade wars will impact costs in many countries, especially the ones that put tariffs on popular low-cost consumer goods from China and similar low cost jurisdictions. Trump's tariffs are a short term strategy to force changes to trade imbalances and barriers. The USA is already far more diversified for export trade than is Canada, cost of living is lower, product/services access much greater. Far more Canadians cross the U.S. border to shop in the USA than Americans going north.

Now what you have is a trade war, and those tend to evolve into actual war. But since the US is only good at one thing (war) it may have a chance. Boges
How fast did DT look for a Kitten to punch after this? https://sports.yahoo.com/trump-touts-achievements-u-n-laughs-153255266.html Quote President Trump on Tuesday strode to the podium at the United Nations General Assembly in New York City to “share the extraordinary progress” the U.S. has made during his time in office. The reaction he received from the assembled world leaders wasn’t what he was expecting. “In less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country,” Trump proclaimed. There was a smattering of audible laughter from the assembled diplomats, representing 193 countries. The president paused his prepared remarks. “So true,” Trump said with a tight-lipped smile, adding: “Didn’t expect that reaction, but that’s OK.” More laughter and applause followed. Trump soldiered on in remarks that seemed more like a campaign speech than an address to the world, touting America’s economy, stock market, his border wall and U.S. military, which he vowed would “soon be more powerful than it has ever been before.” I guess that happens when you only listen to sycophants and enablers. Remember Trump said the world was laughing at the US. Well now, under him, that's literally true. Edited September 25, 2018 by Boges

Netflix moved to Amazon's AWS cloud services 2 years ago, so it can actually be hosted anywhere (and is hosted on all continents) as Netflix does not run their own datacenter anymore. And Youtube has several major hubs all around the world. So the answer is, possibly being hosted in Canada via the AWS cloud servers and actually spread across all major regions and not solely hosted from the USA.
