It was anticipated to be the most spectacular comet in years. What we saw was a dull smudge. For a while, any over-hyped disappointment was called a kohoutek. So far, that is what Mr. Mueller's report seems to be. Everyone is disappointed because it doesn't give the President's enemies the excuse to burn him at the stake but is doesn't quite give his supporters reason to celebrate either.
