  1. It's not an opinion, I'm referencing what you posted is supposed proof and they're findings. So here's what appears to have happened. As is often the case with you you started with an answer and tried to go to the web to find data that supported your answer, instead of starting with a question. You read some headlines and thought "That sounds like it proves my case" Without bothering to actually read it. Now you're mad that it doesn't say what you thought it said There is no evidence that the mental distress individuals feel is from anything other than the gender dysphoria they are experiencing. Gender dysphoria is a negative mental health state that is present in most transgender people. There is no Substantial evidence that points to transgender people killing themselves With any significantly more frequency. There is substantial evidence that they think about suicide more and feel severely depressed and suicidal more but that is a result of their mental health problem and simply proves my point about it being a serious mental health issue I know you want it to be everybody else's fault but it just isn't
  2. Sorry kiddo but this goes Way Beyond what we've had in the past. Think about it. If we were already doing it why would they need to sign an agreement to do it?
  3. But the benefits still don't add up to 90 billion. Not for the amount of traffic it's likely to support. Never mind the 120 to 150 is likely to actually cost And even you, arguably the fiercest proponents here, haven't made a business case that makes sense for it. Thousands of people will have their homes and property seized and be forced out, and for what? So a handful of people can make a Transit between one city and another quicker? There's no universe where that's worth $90 billion 90 billion dollars can fix almost all of our Healthcare problems. 90 billion dollars added to our military budget would allow us to properly equip a modest military with top of the line gear in planes, AA, vehicles etc. And because we have to borrow the money every single year it costs ANOTHER 2.7 BILLION dollars in interest!! Every FCUKING YEAR!!! And that's if interest rates don't go up. AND if it comes in on budget AND if it can be operated without a loss which it can't. There is NO universe where this makes sense in the slightest.
  4. The liberal definition of a 'real' leader is somebody who can't do the job but can swindle his way into power, pretending. then once he gets in he bends or breaks whatever rules necessary to stay there. I think we're probably going to go with trying to find someone who can do the job and then once he gets in bends and breaks every rule to stay there. The pendulum always swings. Count on it
  5. In essence. She was trying to argue what the words" have jurisdiction over' mean. Basically the US constitution refers to ctiizenship at one point has 'Having allegance ' in essence. If a person is born to parents to who have allegiance to the state then they must be citizens. Some interpret that to mean the country to which you hold your allegiance or citizenship. If you are 'beholden' to a country or a citizens of that country then that country has jurisdiction over you, even tho you may be subject to the laws of another country while you are there. There is a strong argument for that. She is arguing that because the state can impose it's legal powers on you while you're visiting, you are therefore in that state's "jurisdiction", meaning that you are subject to it's laws and that this equates to 'allegiance' albeit temporary. And she argues that because of this any child you have while you are in that state must therefore be a citizen. Hence the rebuttal "does that mean if i commit a crime in japan and i'm subject to their laws i'm japanese?" Basically the argument is silly, if it were accepted as true then any tourist visiting the us would be a citizen. She's trying to argue that while they're in america they're under american jurisdiction and the constitution would recognize that as being the same as having allegiance and therefore any births while in the US would automatically be citizens as well, being the children of temporary citizens so to speak. Basically she's a dumb binch.
  6. Pretty much. Although it can be said that trump is the latest in a very long line of presidents who have pushed the boundaries of the power of the office. Many who have come before him have put their finger on that scale a little bit. Obama did quite a bit. Some might rightly say it feels a little bit more lopsided these days with the president being slightly more empowered than the founding fathers originally intended. But you can't pin that on trump, of dems and republicans have been allowing that for ages But as you say, regardless trump will come and go and the earth will continue spinning its diurnal travels around the sun
  7. Veeerrrryy suspicious. Lets see.... which is more believable.... dems setting someone up on fake sex charges to ruin their political career...or dem politician is pervert who abuses women. Yeah there isn't a lot of daylight between those two choices, we're gonna have to see if more info comes out.
  8. Cool story! Now do 'cognitive dissonance"
  9. Well I've noticed you talked to yourself quite frequently here so I can only assume you're an extremely Pious man First thing I thought when I saw his post
  10. Well that makes him dumber than a dyslexic snail that's been run over by a cement truck, but that doesn't mean he's abused women. I'm always slightly skeptical when a gaggle of women come out and accuse a political figure all at once many years later. That does not by any stretch of the imagination mean that what they're saying is not true but we should probably remain slightly skeptical till we see a little bit more of the evidence and the story. Like I say, the fact that a brain worm would starve if locked in this guy's cranium doesn't mean he's a predator or pervert
  11. Here's the thing. With the left anything they don't like is terrible awful lowbrow no good very bad. Anything that came before the thing they don't like was very good much appreciated super better. In fact many on the left have criticized Lincoln tremendously I said what a terrible person is, yet here we go watching a person on the left to try and praise the same person because they decided they don't like trump more Trump is hardly the first president to swear. And as far as his vision for America we'll see how enlightened it was or wasn't when the dust settles.
  12. Translation - I saw some stuff from somone I liked and i was happy and then i saw stuff from someone i didn't like and i was sad. Cool story.
  13. Don't really know of the man but we'll have to see if the women's claims are credible or likely. Can't condemn the guy just yet without more info even if he is a dem.
  14. Nobody knows what you're talking about now but it sounds like you are the one making up crap Sure kid 🙄🙄🙄🙄😏 Precisely what you said Precisely what you said I get it, I'd be embarrassed as shit if I said that kind of crap too. But the allies are quite correct not to assist America in this war and that includes airspace. It's also true that they've been fantastic allies whereas you claim otherwise Sorry if that hurts your feelings
  15. For god's sake kid nobody is claiming you said they were the same thing. But you are saying that they involve similar logic and for the last bloody time the point is they are not remotely similar in logic or reality. Don't make me get crayons and explain it to you again And my logic works everywhere. When something new is created that never existed before then it doesn't have a past history prior to its creation. That's true of countries, that's true of children, that's true literally every single thing that is created. When two people get married nothing is created. The two people are exactly the same as they were before and they existed before. Nothing new is created. When several colonies come together with different histories and different parent countries and they form a new entity, that entity is at that moment created It cannot. Something cannot be both new and old. That's literally a contradiction. Something that was just created cannot be a continuation of something that already existed. You could say it was born of those things or you can say that it is descended from those things but it is not a continuation of the same thing When a baby is born it is not a continuation of its parents You cannot have a continuity of origin. That is literally a contradiction in terms In an absolute and literally every sense. Canada did not exist in any form or shape prior to its confederation. It has never had slavery. The people that created it also never had slavery as individuals. Nor were any of the people that were associated with the previous:Ies allowed to have slaves when it was created Canada has never had slavery. That is absolutely 100% true in every single sense of the word
  16. I don't make up any crap about you and Believe me when I say that I'm not the only person laughing at you right now Sorry this didn't go your way kiddo but everything I said was true and having a temper tantrum about it isn't like you. You complained and cried about the fact that America's allies aren't helping and suggested that they never do anything. I pointed out that you're wrong and that the allies have done quite a bit and you should be grateful Simple enough. That doesn't seem to suit your agenda today and you're having a weird kissy kid about it and it would be great if you would stop that, we see more than enough from the left America has been blessed with wonderful allies. But you can't treat them like shit and expect them to come running when you start a war
  17. They don't have a thing that actually supports what you're saying. If they do point it out, there's nothing there That's how you lose about 90% of your arguments. All you do is highlight copy and paste without actually reading or understanding anything And that's why you can't provide any science to back up your claims. Global warming will not result in a reduction in population. Nor will it result in massive amounts of refugees. These are just lies you like to tell yourself to support your weird little fantasies
  18. LOL that's what you're reduced to at this point? Ok well there you go
  19. Sure it does. It points out that you're wrong. Spiders don't engage in that activity and they are in fact animals and one of the species currently on the planet. Again the point is you're trying to claim that animals behave this way and therefore humans are ethical behaving the same way. The majority of animal species do not have homosexuality. And in fact in the number of species where they have to observed what they believe might be homosexual behavior it actually often turns out not to be the case. There is no doubt that there is a certain amount of homosexual behavior that can genuinely be said to be homosexual in a large number of animal species. But no, not every species on the planet So there you go They don't in fact. As I pointed out case by case. They either don't address your statement at all or else they don't prove or disprove it one way or another Sorry, but the science you provided, and most of it wasn't science, doesn't particularly support your Statement at all
  20. I'm starting to sound like X flyer, just repeating but now nonsense because it makes you feel better. Was that the look you were going for? Because that's the look you're getting
  21. Awww muffin, you feeing bad that this isn't going your way and projecting your emotions on others again? LOL I made my point. Your somewhat whiny complaint that somehow the allies and Canada haven't been there for you is nuts. The world has given more to the US than it gave to the world when it comes to that. Pretty simple point And accurate. And if you feel you're so hard done by then stop. No more world policing, no more access to bases no more access to ports, stay at home. Vance would probably agree with that actually.
  22. Actually I'm quite right and you literally posted the proof of it. The first one doesn't say that people of transgender nature's commit suicide more often at all. Says they think about it but I literally said that's exactly what the studies show that they think about it. They don't do it Your second piece isn't actually science. It's an opinionated editorial style article that is the opinion of one person but not actually researched. They simply misinterpret other people's work to their advantage. There's no science involved . And again it claims that people think about suicide but doesn't actually show any evidence that they commit suicide Your final one doesn't actually look at the study. Fortunately i took the time to find it. Transgender Identity and Suicide Attempts and Mortality in Denmark | Public Health | JAMA | JAMA Network Suicides are higher but actually DEATHS FROM ALL SOURCES is higher as well and by almost the same amount. That would indicate there are factors that affect them that have nohting to do with being transgender. There is NO information in that study that suggests they committed suicide more often BECAUSE they are transgender, just as there's no explanation given for why they were killed by other causes more often than 'regular' people. Sorry, it's just not useful. There's no evidence there that being transgender had anything to do with it, and it's too small a sample to be meaningful. You can take any small group and possibly have a number that's very different than the national average, but they didn't even correct for age. You either have to do a very large study involving many thousands in a shorter time frame or look at specific age related populations within the same geographic area or otherwise correct the study so it's apples to apples. About the only thing that actual research seems to agree on is that transgender people have a higher likelihood of thinking about suicide, but that is due to depression and stress resulting from their condition and it's the same even in supportive families. Goes down a bit if they have transition surgery but is still very high. But there is almost no evidence that this actually results in substantially more successful suicides. So, apparently you don't know what science is. The science doesn't support your claims. It DOES say they have serious mental health issues and are often very depressed but it suggests it's the gender dysphoria that is the primary culprit. Sorry kiddo. I know you want me to be a terrible murderer so you can feel better about yourself but that's just not the case. (also i don't actually dislike transgeneder people at all )
