There was a long-term trade deal with India for uranium for $2.6 billion. Over 9 years. And there was an "agreement" to increase our trade with India to $70 billion by 2030. The agreement was called CEPA and it has not been ratified. The $100 million was for up to 200 full scholarships for Indian students in Canada. It covers tuition, living expenses and research stipends.
