  1. China's not your biggest, is Mexico and Canada. Esp. if combined under the banner of USMCA. Sad to disappoint, Chyna Boi
  2. You are free to build your house on a flood plain. Is good flat land, and cheap. Just don't come cryin to me when you float away...
  3. And did not work, because it was based on a lie that making China wealthy would make them our friends. That was a bald-faced lie that made western capitalist elites more rich, while they could not care less about the obvious eventual outcome we have today. "Do not trust the yellow man, he hath no soul." -Ancient American wisdom.
  4. I feel happy about it and will definitely be watching. That is, if the greedy media companies in Canada allow it to be seen here on public television.
  5. I read the link. Didn't see where the book says Canada should disassociate with the UN or NATO. Can you show that? China was never suddenly viewed as the enemy. China has always been the enemy.
  6. Maybe I am reading his analysis in a different way than you. When I think about globalism, China is the first country that comes to mind, as it benefits enormously and may soon become the number one economy in the world. The book criticizes Canada's relationship with China, even beyond trade. I am sure the Chinese would disagree with it, and would agree with him about the book. You are free to pick which side you're on.
  7. China benefits from the dissolution of our global alliance? You're out to lunch.
  8. Good idea. You could ignite the methane... that would change it into less harmful CO2, plus energy.
  9. Guess people shouldn'ta built communities there then. Like my pappy used to say, "A lack of forethought, preparation and planning on your part does not constitute an emergency response on my part."
  10. Tim Horton's culture.

Am in a Timmies I've never been in before. Shocked at the overall feelings of a certain animosity.

Staff are all brown men and women, clientelle all older white folks, guys with baseball hats and long beards. After sitting here for a coffee it's clear there's a problem.

Can overhear the conversations at the tables, is not encouraging.

Behind the counter, they are not very nice either. No one smiles.  I saw a few times they didn't get the orders right. Didn't apologize.

Guy was giventhe wrong donuts. He says out loud which ines hewants. She still didn't understand and gave the wrong donuts. When he tried one last time to point it out, was told he was given the ones he pointed at. He and his girl politely left the store.

Plus they sneeze real loud and don't cover up.

    Im a gtf outta here

I said I was never in that particular Timmies before. The other one I go to all the time still has nice old ladies working in it. People who actually smile when they give you your order.

Won't be long however. From what I gather, the franchise in this town has been bought up by just one family who are from India, I think. They immediately started hiring "their own kind", as is quite obvious upon entry to one of these establishments.

But hey, these people are not racist in their hiring practices, or anything.

It's all built on a false claimed need for hundreds of thousands of immigrants needed in Canada each year.  They need cheap food restaurants to feed them.  Entry level jobs for money.  Cheap housing rush-built to house them.  And subsidy money paid to those who aren't working, paid for by debt added to Canada's bill.

All nonsense thanks to Trudeau.  Way to go liberal voters, scarf down those $20 fast food meals.

  11. The real revolution will not be televised
  12. You are not alone in seeing what the world has become ............................................. Merry kiss me arse, all ye politicos! ☃️??
  13. Fine. Then I shall delete your quote.
  14. Here's another good one for your day:

"Winnipeg makes history by performing Canada's national anthem in Punjabi for the first time in the NHL."

The absurdity of wokesters knows no end.

Hamas says "Thank you" to Canada's Trudeau government

    Some choice highlights:

“Israel is a country that has no place on our land. We must remove that country, because it constitutes a security, military and political catastrophe to the Arab and Islamic nation and must be finished.”

"Thank you Canada for your support."

  16. You've simply forgetten that good, auld, adage my pappy used to say. "When in forums, remember to wear your boots, laddie. Wear your booooottttsss".
  17. Good one. Here's the Reuters link. FBI finds scant evidence U.S. Capitol attack was coordinated Last I heard most of these people were charged with the odious federal offence of trespassing...
  18. Is actually just expressing my doubt that the feds can pull it off. As with health care, insurance companies and litigation rule the day. Hence why they have administrative bloat, and why the more money we pour in does not equate to useful outcomes at the front line. Dental care is a good idea and should be part of a civilized society. How we do that is what is being questioned, not whether it's good or not. Enjoy your day, chuckles. ?
  19. .... But hey, whatever works for you people. Keep voting in WEF agenda-driven liberal governments. Keep sending billions to keep wars going in far away lands. You may die of undetected terminal illness, but you'll have nice teeth.
  20. It's been getting worse since Covid, but was already on the brink of collapse before then. Most people don't realize how ineffective and broken the health care system is. There is a shortage of medical professionals, but no shortage of hospital administrators (whom are paid top dollar) and government bureaucrats. This is becoming more and more prevalent: Medical clinic set to close due to physician shortage Walk-in clinics have also disappears in my town. This impacts us in many ways, especially as the ER becomes the only place for thousands of Canadians to get health care. Then we hear the administrators cry "We are overwhelmed", and government chivatos respond by telling YOU to stay home.
  21. Yeah that's what I thought. Next...
  22. What weapons did he send?
  23. I guess you know where you are going.
  24. Sure we are. Not like you though, eh? Didn't mean to make you cry though fella. What a reaction. I know you didn't say conservative, but I say that's what you wanted to say and what your problem really is. Why don't you just admit it? That makes life easier. Someone to blame, so you people don't have to look in the mirror.
  25. So after complaining about conservative 'anti-science' types and then being countered that the problem really arises out of western liberalism and unrelenting quest for progress, we get "pointing fingers doesn't change things." I see. Check.
