Yes I sensed you are annoyed today. Sorry if I don't chime along to the same tune as you. It is annoying when I dumb it down, but could it be that you are not reading the entire posts again, and not thinking a bit longer before getting angry, and stuff? So in other words, it isn't dumb at all. Just you are not paying full attention, in your desire to lash out at us, chuds? Could be.

Believe whatever you like to believe I am saying. That way you can say "Look- there is the bad man. There is why we cannot stop climate change." Then give yourself a pat on the shoulder for the great job you did. After years of you having tons of fun with cars, and I'm sure all sorts of plastics and e-waste, even despite we already knew not to back in the eighties, you now want your kids not to. It's like, "Never smoke like me, son..." Blows smoke in kids face. Hey, whatever helps you sleep better at night.

Well I was part of the discussion with you. Was it retarded? That's certainly not nice to use a pejorative referring to those who are mentally or physically otherwise abled. Or was it pointing out what's retarded by someplace else, and you don't like it. Because it doesn't align with the climate change mantra from the main group. Someone's singing off key. They didn't harumph, when expected to harumph. Which you then call retarded. Well my oh my, no big shocker not there. Right, and I said because... Christian... is that it? What's your reaction to that word? Let me try it again. Christian... Christmas... Yeah that's what I thought.

How about grow some trees. I was ridiculed by carbon technology zealots here twenty years ago for suggesting this simple economical effective option. Now, people are screaming for it. By he way, how is that promise Trudeau made to plant 2 billion trees coming along? Not so good I believe. https://globalnews.ca/news/9638864/trudeau-liberals-two-billion-tree-planting-promise/ 'Nuther virtue signaller in the crowd. The king himself. I guess he has a lot of you people fooled, eh. .... Anyway back to defending self from ad hominem misinformed types who give ups to others who are also misinformed, then attack the posters. And never post any really relevant, on topic material. Let alone cite something...

And you are part of the crowd that likes to argue my personality, not my post content. We certainly need less of that. .... No, in fact I've had enough with you people. You virtue-signallers are the bigger part of the problem, in my opinion. Because by doing so, you convince yourselves you've actually done something, and that becomes enough. Meanwhile nothing was really done, but because the notion there was a thing satisfies the public, and we move on. Canada has not reduced one iota of greenhouse gas emission, liberal or conservative governments irregardless. Just carbon tax to pay for the excesses, and meaningless gestures like enforcing the removal of plastic grocery store bags. Even that useless endeavour ended up being ham-fisted in itself. Proving the uselessness of government taking action. See that's where you and I depart, you would give the nod to them, despite track record because you want the nanny state to take care of things. All so you can just sit back, relax and quaff your molsons. That is the end game for liberals. Doesn't matter whether a thing was done, provided they can shed their guilt. Don't want to know the ugly reality. Go pick me up another latte, at the Second Cup. Then come back here tell me how I am a climate change denier...

If I focus on what you imply, I would become ensnared in the fear campaign. I am beyond this. I do not challenge the notion that modern industrial-technological society is bad for the environment however. And there are a lot of wother things going on, some arguably worse, that are not even being looked at. The change required to stop these, requires us to change our very lifestyle to one of less comfort and less productivity. That flies in the face of western liberal progressive culture, where they say we must conquer nature. We have the right to take whatever we want. I do understand why they need to make it sound like a desperate emergency. Real reason is nothing was done by practically anyone in the last 30 years. Because they cannot stop the machinery. Instead they hope for a technological solution, that would enable us to continue using resources and power without limits. Don't bother me with garbage about conservative or liberal governments. Liberals have been in command with plenty of time to do something about it, and haven't either. So you keep trying to focus as well.

Senate moves to protect US from Trump

Oh but this isn't about Obama now. This is the part where you guys run around screaming that Trump is gonna pull the US out of NATO, right? -

Defense Ministers of NATO countries in 2006 agreed for their countries to commit at least 2% of their GDP on defense expenditure. This decision was made to ensure NATO’s military readiness. By 2014, only three allies were meeting this goal. That number is now up to seven. The change has been driven by calls from the United States urging allies to increase defense spending by country to meet NATO’s target. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/nato-military-spending-country-top-093007390.html#:~:text=NATO's 2% Defense Expenditure Goal&text=By 2014%2C only three allies, military spender in the world. -

Nice try fella but theres no point trying to cover up your political boner with fake opinions and lies. This happened years ago. I remember, I have a memory. All your article proves is that after Trump these slacker countries reverted back to giving less than their 2% gdp commitment. But not to worry, US still got lotsa money to fund wars. -
It sounds like what FP is saying is on topic to me. Far as I can tell. Or could it just be... that something else is bothering you? Perhaps you are not fully appreciating something is rotten in today's liberalism...
