Canadians love social programs, sometimes I think that the newer generations really think they are entitled to them, like a birthright, and yet when asked if they are willing to pay for them they suddenly rethink the whole idea. it is this thinking that is shaping politicians and their thinking. Love, like or he'll do, they are still supporting a guy that is really lacking in leadership, job knowledge, problem-solving, initiative, charisma, honesty, integrity did I miss anything... And while it is OK for some Pte or corporal to not have any of these traits, we are talking about the leader of our nation, the man or woman that represents every Canadian on the planet, well I guess we are not that picky... it kind of points toward our lack of caring in politics in general or lack of our character where we see these lack of traits as the new normal " they'll do" attitude.

In order for me to be able to go and visit my wife who now is living in a care home, and who now has dementia, I was forced to get fully vaccinated in order to go visit my sick wife. There was no other choice for me but to get fully vaccinated or not be able to visit and see my wife in the care home in person anymore. What our Marxist government political leaders have done to we the people is truly a crime against humanity. They knew from the very beginning that this covid nonsense was all just that? Nonsense and lies. Sadly for me, those batasrds will never pay the price for their covid crimes for what they have done towards myself and my wife. ?

Politicians will promise you the moon and deliver very little, hence why I think very few people trust any politician regardless of party. But at the same time, I don't think everyone has figured that out yet, we continue to vote for the guy that promises the most, and every election reality hits, and promises are washed off the board. either we are not smart enough to grasp this concept or we are extremely gullible. Do you often vote for a guy that you can't stand or like, or is Justin the man with the best platform? how do you explain his continued support?

That was pure stupidity. Do you understand that some people have worked at their jobs for a decade or more? Have pensions there? Lots of holidays? They put their noses to the grindstone for a lot of years and now they have it easier, make more money, etc, and they have to give it all up just because they don't want to take a vaccine with known, harmful side effects? And what about people like nurses who lost their jobs and obviously won't find more work in that field - if you can be turfed for not having the vax then you can definitely be refused a job for not having the vax. They said that the vaccines would work, then that we'd just get a bit sick, then they said that we might end up in hospital but not ICU, then ICU but not dead, then it was just normal that thousands of 2x and 3x jabbed people die in a 3 month span. How far do we have to move the goalposts in order to consider the jab a vaccine success story? Enough already. I think it's pretty clear the division amongst conservatives is caused by sensitivity and resistance to the perception that the opposite is occurring - the parallels to the conservative experience in the US are clear but Canadian conservatives just aren't as populist or as willing to embrace the horror as their kin to the south are. The timing of the direction that challenges to Roe vs Wade appear to be taking in the US couldn't be worse for the Conservative leadership race.

Really? OK...show me where the US Constitution touches on abortion. The fact is, abortions were very far and few between...if they existed at all...during the time of the Constitution. Thus as a topic that is not granted to the federal government, it goes to the states. Now...you can agree or disagree with the act of abortion, but the Constitution did not deal with it. I don't see a way to make this decision without pissing off a huge swath of Americans. But for discussion's sake, lets say Roe V Wade is NOT overturned and the federal laws are made such that an abortion after the 3rd trimester becomes illegal. Then what? Would Libbies be satisfied? Probably not huh? No...states like California would break the law and allow on-demand at any time...even AFTER the birth...to kill the baby. Something I think they're already doing. And then there's the question of "My body. My decision". Oh really? OK...its my body and I decide what vaccines go into it and what vaccines do not. Nobody can discriminate against me for that decision because...after all..."My body. My decision"...right? No matter how this comes out, the leak has damaged the SCOTUS. Whoever is responsible, needs to be disbarred and tossed to the curb. And finally...my opinion. I think abortion must be available to women who are raped, when the fetus is found to be seriously defective, or when the mother's life is in danger. I also think that abortions after 3 months should only happen in the most extreme cases. It would not bother me at all should that become law. However...as we've seen time and again...people will push the envelope to sickening points. Thus should Roe be upheald, I would like to see doctors and women who break the 3 month rule, charged and jailed.
