1. Suspend/Shut down left wing media for spewing propaganda against the sitting president of the United States. Monitor for crazies 2. Rapid build of structures that can house many loonies awaiting a psych evaluation 3. Prioritize left wing politicians and crazies for involuntary hospitalization in the looney bin. Do not allow them out until properly medicated or no longer a threat to public safety 4. Voluntary deprogramming for millenials and Gen Z who were unfortunate targets of Obama's extremist education policies.3 points

........... winning is moot .............. that would be gravy. No, it's more of a warning to others ........... a demonstration of his power ........ the weaponization-in-chief directive to the DOJ, Todd Blanche. Todd isn't even confirmed ........ the carpet is still wet from the blow job he gave his boss fer fk's sake. Next up is Cash.............. either confirmed in his job thru some patronizing act or (likely) fired.2 points

That's not the role of media 'news'. "News' is reported as it is. 'Comments' on newsworthy items are a persons editorial/opinion pieces. You can find those on X and Facebook. Besides the jokes about your favourite couple.... why so upset? I thought it was funny as hell.2 points

Yeah, meaning it was not a roast, nor a roast where the participants were voluntarily there... to be roasted, like you were trying to argue. But keep hiding like the pathetic little coward you are. Says the two-faced coward hiding...2 points

Liberal Trigger warning In typical liberal fashion, liberals have started to point fingers at everyone else besides themselves...pretty easy to drum up hatred for Trump, which has been the Carney message for everything....instead of taking a step back and finding the root of problem which was Justin policies....go figure and instead of reversing them...and turning Canada into the power house it could be...why do that is the question, maybe he Carney still believes they are the best policies....and we thought he was an economist... Michael Higgins: Carney continues to blame Trump for problems the Liberals created1 point

Jimmy Kimmel did a skit where he pretended to be at the WH Correspondents' Dinner, and made this comment: "Look at Melania, so beautiful. Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow" CBC's only comment about Kimmel's atrocious filth was: CBC: "Trump has repeatedly urged broadcasters to remove comedy or news programs he dislikes or that have been critical of him, and has pressed regulators to take action to revoke the licences of broadcasters he says treat him unfairly." Firstly, the CBC couldn't find the decency to comment on how distasteful Kimmel's comment was. Then they glossed over the story about the shooter in the WH with this one simple sentence: "Trump and the first lady were rushed out of the dinner on Saturday after a shooting in the lobby of the Washington Hilton where the event was taking place." They made no mention at all of the shooter's hatful ideology, or where it obviously came from. If a shooter went into the WH while Obama was president and then his GOP-playbook manifesto was revealed, the CBC would be talking about it at length for the next 6 months. Thirdly, Trump wasn't whining for no reason, and he wasn't just talking about himself. His strongest criticism of Kimmel prior to this was back when Jimmy Weasel was making jokes about Charlie Kirk being murdered. Last, but not least, Trump has successfully network news for blatantly lying. He won approximately $35M from ABC back when they edited out Kamala's botched interview question and swapped in a coherent response from her which was made from a mashup of her other comments during the interview. The CBC absolutely does not have a "news" channel, and it's another stab in the heart of democracy every time they get to call themselves that. In fairness to CBC, here's what other cult-leaders posted, and what Google Search pulls up in a search for Kimmel's comment: FWIW, here is Melania's eloquent reply: "Kimmel’s hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. His monologue about my family isn’t comedy- his words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America. People like Kimmel shouldn’t have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate."1 point

Todd is Trump's acting DOJ chief ............ Blanche is also the new weaponizer-in-chief of the Department of Justice. (DOJ) ........ Pam was fired for not being corrupt enough and/or acting quickly enough in expediting Trump'd up charges. Comey could confirm this, of course. He was also instrumental in getting Giselle Maxwell deluxe accommodations for the remainder of her 3 year (less) sentence - pardon pending. Morally bankrupt, elbows and knees man.1 point

What fact? that he's rectifying wrongs that your side committed? Remember, YOUR side committed lawfare (Leticia james running with the promise to nail him to a tree): YOUR side has tried to assassinate the man THREE different times in a little over a year. What the f*ck are you crying about? That he pushes back? Go cry me a river.1 point

I posted about this in the Trickle thread a long time ago. Morens/Fauci emails were subpoenaed and showed they were conspiring to cover up Fauci involvement in the lab leak. He funded the gain of function experiments with Baric and then both of them published an article in the NEJM calling the lab leak a "conspiracy theory". Maybe Fauci will be next.1 point

........Germany annexed the Sudetenland arguing that a large portion of the population was German. Chamberlain (PM) returned to London (1938) with a Peace Agreement (Munich) - 'Peace in our Time' - a forlorn hope as a year later with Germany's invasion of Poland, WWII began. The door did not hit Chamberlain on the a$$ as Churchill took the reigns widely recognized as the greatest leader of the 20th century. The point is, geo-conquest ambitions led to a global conflagrations, we are still feeling the reverberations. (Ukraine, China, Russia) Putin pulled a Sudeten-move in Ukraine (Donbas). There are no large portions of Kanada that claim U.S. allegiance - more French or Chinese. 😁1 point

Trump has proven he has far too much faith in the use of warfare in place of diplomacy. The JPCOA took 20 months to negotiate and Trump has given up after 20 hours, so I guess he has to go back to BOMBING and genocide because he has nothing better to offer.1 point

Your CLEARLY heavily partisan skewed perspective based on FOS LIES propaganda is FAR FROM a fair and viable plan. You've been informed of the LACK of SPLC FUNDING of of hate groups, but it has burrowed it;s way into your pitiful mind and has been prove impossible to extract. That is what happens when your MAGA head is lodged so far up der leader Trump's ass.1 point

WTF? Of course it was a roast. Every year the WH Correspondents dinner hires a comedian to host and roast the attendees. Trump is a thin-skinned little biotch, so he broke with tradition and nixed the comic. The orange turd just cannot take a joke. So Kimmel staged the roast in absentia, with full roast format, including reaction shots. He made jokes that you didn't find funny? Why? They weren't about minorities, or women or the handicapped or victims of tragedy? Is that more your speed? It certainly is Trump's. The dullard can only punch down with schoolyard taunts. For shameless hate mongers, MAGA are such a bunch of cry babies.1 point

It's a great idea but we'll, as your article states.... Norway's Wealth Management: Norway’s Sovereign Wealth Fund, the largest globally, is primarily funded through taxes on profits from the country's oil and gas industry, which can reach as high as 78%. For starters there are deep ideological divisions when it comes to taxing the profits of the 1%. I've been given to understand there are millions of Canadians who are offended and even sickened at the idea. Norway's model would also only work if it was applied provincially. Do you honestly believe Alberta would stand for this?1 point

1. Truth Social and Rebel News will be the only media sources of news. How good is that! 2. Already have one. It's called the White House. 3. Spoken like a person who is medicated and has avoided hospitalization thus far. 4. I'm not American so can't speak to Obama vs. Trump education policies with any first hand knowledge . Quick search shows; Obama's education policies focused on raising academic standards, increasing accountability, and enhancing college access/affordability. Key initiatives included the $4 billion Race to the Top program, promoting the Common Core State Standards, expanding charter schools, improving STEM education, and replacing private bank-based student loans with direct federal loans, while expanding Pell Grants. Trump's education policies focus on universal school choice, dismantling the federal Department of Education, promoting "patriotic education," and restricting diversity initiatives (DEI) in schools. Key initiatives include expanding tax-deductible 529 accounts, restructuring accreditation, and curbing LGBTQ+ rights in schools, while pushing to divert taxpayer funds to private/religious education. I'm guessing it was Obama's focus on improving the education system and raising academic standards that made him so radical, or is it Trump's 'patriotic education' (whatever that is) restricting DEI and curbing LGBTQ peoples rights that make Obama look so bad?1 point

As soon as Carney got his majority, I knew things were going to move fast. He's been building the cage around Canadians for years, without them even suspecting it. When the door clangs and key turns, it'll be too late. Liberal pom-pom wavers will be stuttering "What's going on?? How could we have known??" 🤡 We're already deep in Venezuela territory now.1 point

Absolutely the same group that is complaining today about immigration would be the same group complaining if we intentionally brought our economy to its knees with no workers to support business and services we depend on. I also get where people are coming from, and happen to one of those persons who thought we went way too far with the immigration numbers coming out of covid. I'll disagree though on the impacts to the economy.... Our birth rates have been declining for the past 15 years and we're an aging population who have been and are exiting the workforce. By 2030 we're going to lose approximately 9 million baby boomers from the workforce which is going to have a big impact on our economy if we don't have people to fill those job losses to support both corporate and personal tax revenues and keep inflation in line. A business can't function without people and the government is dependent on tax revenues, and will be even more so as we age and require more health care and the costs associated with that. We see it today, and I think our aging population is only going to create more financial and economic challenges for us before too long.1 point

Nope. Which is why you couldn't come up with any .Shootings where somebody just goes out and starts shooting people, which is what most people think of when they're talking about mass shootings, are called 'rampage' shootings and represent only about 2% of the national databases mass shooting numbers Here's some actual research Comparison of rampage and non-rampage mass shootings in the U.S.: A 5-year demographic analysis - ScienceDirect And mass shootings only represent something like one percent of shooting deaths. So obviously people on guns for more than one reason, and seeing as yours is broken down by specific reason it's reasonable to assume that most of the rest are primarily for entertainment instead of hunting. I have no doubt that many people who own guns either for hunting or for entertainment also would say that they would use them for home defense should they need arise but that's not why they bought them. And? It's not even so much that I disagree with you, I mean obviously in Canada we have say storage laws and I generally approve of that. But the problem is that you're getting to this conclusion through just honesty. You haven't demonstrated that there is any such need, you've been slightly dishonest about the facts and figures that you've given to say that there's a problem, nor have you offered any indication as to how any changes would actually impact the bottom line. And the problem that gun owners in the states legitimately have is that they watch things like that and they think you've got motives that aren't being driven by logic or reason but rather by ideology. And they're not interested in your ideology. I wouldn't be either That's not actually irony. I believe that people should have the right to drive a car with the proper training and licensing, that doesn't mean that if I get run over tomorrow it's irony. People accept that with freedoms, certain level of risk. We could catch more bad guys if Cops were allowed to search us or listen to our conversations or walk into our house at any time without warrant. But there's problems with that. Freedom it means that there is a certain level of risk. They would be less car accidents if nobody was allowed to own a car and everybody was forced to take public transportation. But is that a world you want to live in. What comes next? Safe storage laws tend to prevent accidents, they don't actually do much for Crime. I still think they're worth it for that and don't see why guns shouldn't be locked up if they're not in use or in your possession. If you want to carry one for self-defense put it on your belt where you can get at it and deny it to others in a proper holster. But everybody knows that people like you and the democrats will never be satisfied with reasonable laws. You're not coming at this from a point of view of being fair and reasonable you just don't like guns. So why on earth would republicans in the states listen to democrats or come to the table to discuss these so-called reasonable regulations knowing damn well that they're just one step closer to losing their firearms?1 point
