  2. How much media attention did the conservative floor crosser get, then the retirement of another Conservative members....but barely a mention about over 8 plus liberal cabinet members leaving, or being sent out to pasture. Not that they will be missed, but the liberal crowd is pretty quite...

  3. If you were truly interested in these stats, you would have noticed, as I did, that provinces stopped publishing this data set when the numbers started going the wrong way. Here's a screenshot of the last Manitoba stats that I have saved. I was keeping track of Alberta and Manitoba, as those are provinces I have loved ones in. The data is there. They just don't want you to have it.

  4. Nothing on the cbc front page this morning. CBC News - Latest Canada, World, Entertainment and Business News There is a story about a minister quitting ZELENSKI'S cabinet in the ukraine but not a word about canada's But it must be on the 'canada' page right? Canada - CBC News Nope. Not a peep. THere IS a story about the CPC getting a new campaign manager titled "But how much has really changed?". THat was announced about a week ago and they're still writing hit pieces about that. Nothing about him quitting, nothing about anyone else quitting or considering it, no articles about possible fractures in the liberal party, nothing. Less than 24 hours and they've turned the page. They went after the CPC for a week and change. The cbc is beyond bias, they're a complete media wing for the libs. They cover up and repress negative stories and focus constantly on positive ones for the libs while attacking their opposition. They put out the bare minimum so they can PRETEND to cover stuff "oh i think we did a story on it somewhere, we didn't ignore it", but it's a tiny fraction of what they do if the story is negative to the CPC.

  6. The community note just shames the crap out of her. She bemoans electricity prices and then blames Trump while showing a chart that proves her party was in charge when people started falling behind on electricity bills. And there are people that seriously considered this woman for President. She is a flipping moròn.

  7. Sounds good. I'd want to see a proper vetting process that involves constituents having a chance to pick the best representative. LMAO! I'd be more than happy to go up against you in a public forum where our fellow citizens could evaluate our fitness for duty.

  11. No, a Citizen's Assembly should be eminently democratic. Coupled with a professional technocracy and referenda we'd be the most advanced human society in the known universe. You gotta think bigger man. Life's to short. You only know that because you're a loon.

  12. Again I say, one of the best reasons for deep transparency and accountability is to help undermine the truly ridiculous claims about corruption that all to often becomes associated and implicated with the sort of conspiracies one expects to find in the National Enquirer and on Goddesse's hard drive. There's probably no bigger hurdle to making things better than crying wolf at every turn when it's just really an occasional coyote causing problems. At risk of sounding like an authoritarian dare I say we might be a lot more governable and easier for politicians to relate to if we weren't forever looking at them with such deep suspicion. When we give them shit to work with that's probably what we can expect in return. LMAO! Yer a fricken loon dude.

  13. I just don't support your lame assed solutions and suggestions. An x on a ballot every 4-5 years to combat the breadth and depth of corruption you're up in arms about is like gargling bleach to cure COVID. Completely useless.

  14. Nope we need to open up the Constitution so governments can't perennially get away with this nonsense. Legislation won't ever cut it I'm afraid. $10 says you'll be against that too.

  15. It seems pretty clear to me we'll have to open up the Constitution to reform. I'd have it worded by an assembly of citizens picked at random like a jury. Of course Conservatives have proven to be pretty useless at opening up the Constitution but...that's no excuse for not trying again. I'd say they can't unless there's someone keeping an eye on them who can observe, record and report back to us that its all above board. And that's why we need to enshrine transparency and accountability in the Constitution - so that the only way slimeballs can make our governments opaque and unaccountable again is to open the Constitution for that specific purpose. FIFY, you forgot to put your silly shit eating smiley face where it usually goes.

  18. Perhaps you haven't noticed, but they are not the ones who have been in power for the last 11 years, which have been the absolute worst years for full-scale government corruption. The Liberals have been in power and you keep voting for them. Or the NDP who props them up. You continually vote against any party that wants to put forth accountability legislation. The irony of you saying conservatives only vote along partisan lines while admitting you only vote along partisan lines..... Do you ever actually think about what you're saying? LOL

  19. What I don't get are channels that take we'll-be-back-in-a-moment breaks every 10 minutes. No commercial, just some boring music loop that never changes. Are they off taking a pee or something? TV like so much else has taken a dive, especially given the cost. The thought of cutting the cord certainly crosses my mind. On a similar note I'm pretty sure the next phone I get won't be a smart one. The last phone I bought about 4 years ago was $800 and I see they're up around $1200 now.

  20. Published FOIP requests and stats from Health Canada's mish-mash of info. Canada had one of the worst reporting systems in the world. Other countries had far better data sets - Japan and Czechoslovakia, for just 2. Have you looked at the Czech data? It's quite damning. Yes, those are the numbers that matter. There's a myriad of studies with data sets that show the vaccinated get covid way more than the unvaccinated. I discussed the Cleveland Study with a cohort of 50,000 extensively in the Trickle thread. Why do you think no one in any of the alphabet entities wants to do a vax vs. unvaxxed study? And you guys reject all independent studies of data sets, which do show increased hospitalizations and deaths for vaxxed people. The studies also show that the jabs damage immune systems, so vaxxed people are also dying at higher rates of pretty much everything. Infections that were no big deal before covid, now people are dying from them becuase the jabs have damaged their immune systems and what goes on the death certificate? Not death from immune damage from covid jabs, that's for sure. But that is exactly what is happening. You are the one claiming the jabs are safe and effective. The onus is on YOU to prove they are. And remember, the stakes and responsibility are higher because they were being forced on perfectly healthy people who faced extremely small risk of dying from covid. It's the same with the childhood vaccines. No one but RFK wants to do a true vaxxed vs. unvaxxed study, which I assume you are against those studies being done, so why demand them from us? You haven't demanded them from the alphabet entities and you demonize the people who have demanded them. Your aguements make no sense.

  23. CDC has changed its website RE: vaccines and autism: Autism and Vaccines | Vaccine Safety | CDC Key points The claim "vaccines do not cause autism" is not an evidence-based claim because studies have not ruled out the possibility that infant vaccines cause autism. Studies supporting a link have been ignored by health authorities. HHS has launched a comprehensive assessment of the causes of autism, including investigations on plausible biologic mechanisms and potential causal links. I don't think most people realize how little evidence there is for "vaccines DON'T cause autism" and how much evidence there is for "vaccines are the prime suspect for autism". RFK Jr. and many other groups have asked for proper studies to be done for decades. Fauci threatened to sue RFK Jr some years ago over the claim and when RFK said Fine, sue me, then the studies you claim that don't show links to autism will have to be presented in court, and Fauci backed down because there are no such studies. IMO, the claim that vaccines don't cause autism, is the same as the claims originally made about the covid jabs - 100% safe and 95% effective. And we know how that turned out. They were lying for $$. No matter which way you lean, surely we can all agree that it should be studied, which it will be now. Real studies, true placebo studies, real RCTs.

  25. The problem is when people have problems which get progressively worse while they wait. How many people have died waiting in line? Not just at emergency rooms but waiting to see a specialist? When faced with a sixteen-month wait for a consultation a couple of years ago I called up a place in Montreal and got an appointment for 3 days later, went in, talked to the surgeon, and got a quick treatment in his clinic. I would have had to wait a year and a half in pain/discomfort under our system. The big problem, though, is lack of doctors and nurses. But that is entirely the fault of government. They control how many people are admitted to medical and nursing schools and how many coop/residency positions are made available to complete their training. And while they have grudgingly increased those numbers in the last year, there's been little priority to it and the increases aren't large. Has it occurred to people that the only parts of our medical system that function well are those not controlled by government? No one has trouble getting a physiotherapy appointment or getting in to see a chiropractor. No one has to wait a year to see a dentist or an optometrist.

  26. If you're going to cherry-pick the bad, you should also cherry-pick the good. I'm seeing a cardiologist tomorrow after a 15 month wait for a non-urgent issue. That's too long. But when my colleague had a mild heart attack he was tended to immediately and saw a cardiologist the next morning. I'm ok with being put on hold so people with critical problems can be cared for. Every country's medical system is under severe strain, not just ours. That's just the way it is, and if anyone has a real solution, step forward and win the Nobel prize for medicine. After my doctor retired in 2020 I just got a new one in 2024. But during those 4 years I got excellent care at walk-in clinics. Just had to wait in line for an hour or two.

  27. This is one of many schemes. Did you notice carney increased the 12 BILLION dollar budget for 'consultants' who do work the gov't employees are supposed to be ablet to do and DOUBLED it in the budget? And did you wonder why we're funding obscure 'charities' like funds to 'guarantee diversity in farming in vietnam for lesbians and trans people'?' like - how many trans farmers do you think vietnam has? These charities and consultancies will have him on their board of director after he retires and he will have to do nothing and they will all pay him a couple hundred thousand dollars a year each.. He was already doing this after he left the bank of England. Do you know how many board of directors of Charities he was on? Over 500. And that's just from his contacts with the bank of England So if they all pay him even 100 grand a year He's a pretty rich little boy. And that is peanuts compared to what will happen when he steps down from prime minister. Again, not illegal. After he leaves office anyone who wants to can hire him. While he's in office he can hire whatever consultancy wants. Did you notice that he just hired his friends to take over key positions in the government? He just hired a buddy he used to work with on associates with who is a banker to be head of procurement for the military. The guy never served a day in the military ever but now he's going to be in charge of buying equipment. He was hired for $800,000 a year plus expenses and benefits. And he will spend the money where carney says he should and wine and dine all of the right people to make sure a bunch of people owe favors when they get out. All this was necessary apparently because nobody in our military knows how to buy anything. It would have been impossible to select new gear with only military experts making the choices 🙄🙄🙄 Trudeau is living high on the hog getting millions and millions of dollars for doing nothing, freeland is making out like a bandit and should soon be able to afford to reactivate her disney plus account, and carney is working to make both of them look like paupers in comparison. Meanwhile most canadians worry about having enough food and a roof. I'm not kidding in the slightest, the liberals have turned canada into a giant money printing machine.

  29. Notice how you dishonestly change the words there... You can find numerous reports on him "conceding" the election. So what if he thinks he didn't lose? The point here was that he conceded and left. And what if Aliens invade? Not buying into your silly fear-mongering is not defending him. Pointing out that you are pushing false information is just that.

  30. So when in that clip did he admit he lost the election? He still says he won to this day. And what if he cries the sky is falling again but has the FBI, secret service, DC police, and military behind him after 4 years of getting rid of everyone who opposes him? Not like this hasn't been done a hundred times before in countless countries. Not everyone, just the naive braindead sheep who support him and believe his con-job nonsense. That could end up including most of the police, FBI, secret service, and military members. Not many Kamala fans among them, and they aren't exactly Rhodes Scholars. Keep defending that autocratic goon though...

  31. This has to be one of the more simpleton assessments I have seen. The F-35 has been in service since 2015 and is slated to be one of the most common fighter aircraft in use globally in the next decade. Picking one completely unrelated failure in technology to compare it against is not a logical argument.

The sad part about it is that you just do not know when to quit, LOSER. You just cannot stop coming back here and keep repeating the same old LOSER shit all the time, commie. PP is no loser. The problem that PP has with the Canadian voters here in Canada is that there are just way too many lieberal commie LOSERS like you in Canada that keeps voting for a LOSER lieberal party. Why, you still cannot produce anything that your beloved Marx Carnage or commie Turdeau has done for Canada that has made Canada great. It is your hero's mentioned above that are the real LOSERS here in Canada. The only thing that the lieberals are good at is stealing taxpayers tax dollars and putting those tax dollars in their pockets. Just curious? Do you have money invested in Brook field? Because your hero Marx Carnage has plenty of money invested with Brookfield. It is said that by the time Marx Carnage leaves politics and ends up going back to Europe, as he has said that he wants to do, Carnage could end up becoming a billionaire and all at Canadian taxpayer's expense. Bet that you did not know that, now do you now, my little commie troll LOSER? 🤮

Sounds like those running Norway have things under control. So, small country, ridiculously small population, low debt, plenty of resources to produce hydroelectric power. Fantastic living standards I'll bet. But it's also one of the world's largest exporters of oil and gas. Surprise... surprise. So what's wrong with us being a bit like Norway?
