  1. well, the Neo Nazi governments will have their own Environmental programs no doubt get rid of all the leftists, so the Master Race can frolic in a pristine wilderness free of degeneracy electric cars on the Autobahns, electric trains on their way to Auschwitz

  2. People don't understand that their purpose in a democracy is primarily to research and think. People, instead, think that they're party lawyers.

  3. Yup the universities are unfortunately full of gullible, callow blow hards. Many don’t understand how they are being manipulated by corporations and world bodies through stakeholder capitalism. The Nazis had enormous support from university students, who tend towards totalitarian purity. The Hitler Youth and the Taliban are testimonies to such misplaced zeal. My guess is that if we end up with social credit scores that determine how much universal basic income we’re allowed and how much we’re allowed to express ourselves, it will be because of the young ideologues who can’t wait to give up hard currency for digital currency and let the WEF and other world bodies reign supreme. They’ll brag to the baristas at Starbucks about how tech savvy they are compared to their retrograde Boomer parents. Then one day, perhaps when their parents are dead, they’ll say the wrong thing on their political group chat and no longer have access to funds. Other people will steer clear of the untouchable with the low social credit score. But of course they won’t be able to sell off their clothes or furniture for cash in Kijiji to buy food because all currency will be digital — oh, and no one will hire them.

  4. Can you think of any other so-called western country, for example Canada, the UK, Finland, Sweden etc, where there would be serious claims about questioning the legitimacy of elections?

I am not hard-wired to disagree with everyone on the left I am not hard-wired to agree with everyone on the right I am not that tribalistic you pretend that I am to dismiss anytime I agree with the right or anytime I disagree with the left as me merely being a team player so you don't have think about my position much at all

  8. It's political science, meaning you're hard-wired to disagree with every single thing any lefty says about anything - it's what you are.

  9. nah that was Stalin and the Soviets and that's not a good thing this anti-human framework you are working under is why the environmental movement is failing so hard not pro-environment, just anti-human and until you ditch that Malthusian baggage, environmentalism is going to be a hard sell

  11. 1. A little, but as we neared the end of the 20th century the reality of the situation was starting to resonate. 2. I'm sure you could find an article in the mid 20th century that mentioned it. More importantly, the scientifically literature was accumulating evidence from much earlier than mainstream news discovered it. 3. Of course, but not since far in the past. 4. People seem to think that the forces that allow free internet, free television and free markets are trying to turn us to Communism. I don't think they know what that means.

  14. keep in mind Zeitgeist this is a self proclaimed eco-fascist talking he is perfectly comfortable with tyrannical government measures to achieve his eco-utopia because he creates a false dichotomy where the end of life on earth is the only alternative to his bullshit totalitarian agenda as that is the only way he can think to sell this anti-human Malthusian nonsense

  15. Nothing "wilful." I have never heard of "the great reset" except here. I asked a legitimate question. If you would explain then your credibility would improve. Teasing with a valid explanation can be accepted but insulting is your gets you nowhere.

  18. I just think climate change is being used as an excuse to impose excessive controls over the population much the same way that Covid was an excuse for increased government controls. The truth is that our combustion engines pollute far less than they used to and they will soon be regulated out of existence. Fear narratives are the fuel totalitarians use to justify government overreach: Covid! Climate change! Putin! White supremacy! My biggest worries today have nothing to do with that hype. I worry about losing our constitutional rights, economic prosperity, equality, and our meritocracy. I’m not nearly as worried about the impacts of the crises our government and government-funded media stoke as the impacts of our government’s “solutions”. That’s the real story, the underlying new policies and approaches that have changed how our society functions in recent years. People have been put through a ringer of policies that have damaged them socially, emotionally, intellectually, physiologically, and economically in ways we still don’t fully grasp. Our current government tries to maintain and extend controls where possible. The dysfunction is getting harder to ignore, whether it’s trying to board a flight at an airport or budget your money to buy fuel, food, or a home. At least right now we’re allowed to visit people and see their faces indoors, but I don’t count on much anymore. We’ve seen what government can impose on citizens and there’s plenty of so-called “crises” that governments can draw upon to assume more power and control.

  19. You are right but it's not being required to wear a mask during a worldwide pandemic you should be worried about. It's having to wear one to go down town to protect you from the particulates coming out of millions of vehicle exhausts. There's not much point worrying about which is the best kind of boot to have on your neck when the world is on fire all around you. It's the same fear of admitting the truth that leads to denial but its not Communism or Fascism you need to be in fear of. So I think we agree on the fundamentals too but disagree about the priorities.

  20. the government being used against the governed diminishes trust in the government if that happened less often that would significantly enhance trust in the government you want more trust in government? then stop supporting it being used against your political opposition to compel them to make choices that suit your preferences against their will or you're part of the problem the more people that stop being part of that problem the more people will trust the government the more people keep being part of that problem the less people will trust the government and rightly so the most trustworthy governments have the most trustworthy electorates the most trustworthy electorates have the most trustworthy governments the least trustworthy governments have the least trustworthy electorates the least trustworthy electorates have the least trustworthy governments it's not rocket science

  21. Nah, it's just a lot easier to get up your noses these days is all. You're all WAY more sensitive than the old days. Does that mean you're getting more conservative too?

  22. There's nothing new about what's going on, folks are simply sick to death and fed up with conservatives and getting more militant about it. You figured people would just submit and stay out of sight and mind? There's an idea that comes from the same olde breed of conservatives that have been kicking and screaming since lefties fled the trees to get away from all the fuss and din. It's just too bad we couldn't have left them screeching away up in the trees. Maybe we can we send you back.

  23. Communism is the dictatorship of the proletariat for the common benefit of all members. It's doubtful the Soviet Union was ever really communist. Stalin was a dictatorship of one. Stalin. Trudeau deserves criticism for many things but comparing him to those two or calling Canada a communist country is just over the top nonsense that gets the contempt it deserves and will unfortunately keep the CPC in the wilderness.

  28. I don't view Hardner & Eyeball as being in the same class as those others Hardner & Eyeball are old school Liberal & NDP I just don't think they realize that those two parties have been captured by something evil and I am not a Conservative the Conservatives have been captured by the same evil none the less, I have a lot of time for Hardner & Eyeball because at the end of the day, I think they have good faith I think they are naive, and perhaps misguided but I don't think they are evil, I don't think they have been captured as younger leftists have been

  29. Theirs are not "opinions" theirs are policies and will be done. Yours are the "opinions". I never said I trust them. I just showed you the error of your way and thinking and perceptions. Fact is, "governments and their cronies" set policies, procedures and, processes and it is the way it is. You don't need to agree or even follow. All it means is that you will sit , by yourself, cloistered and unable to move about like the rest of them. Oh, you been there, done that? Well keep on complaining, no one with any authority is listening or cares. .

  30. So what? Popular votes aren't worth a hill of beans in Canada - Conservatives know it and are apparently no more inclined to do anything about it than the Liberals. They need to behave like Liberals IOW. Lol! Don't worry the NDP won't be getting my vote either.

  34. With social media, we now have the gift of a tool that allows us to confer with people across wide backgrounds, and geographies. I have learned much from people all across the spectrum. This feature comes due to ease of access to large groups of people. The downside is that it invites people who initiate discussions that are not meant to be productive or collaborative: they don't follow the rules of discourse that have been developed over centuries. dialamah it's not for us to censor opinions, but we must choose to cut off those who argue in bad faith frmo the big discussion. People who call the major parties of liberal democracies 'communist' are neither clever nor shocking - they are here to listen to the sounds of their own voices. Let them alone. On the other hand it has been pointed out that poking trolls makes them emit a pleasant squealing sound sometimes. I haven't found that so much, but go ahead and spend your recreational time as you wish.
