  3. Trump vs CNN, MSNBC etc. Several years ago - around 2017 - I was in a restaurant in Reykjavik, alone at a table, beside a table with two NewYorkers, loudly talking about Trump. ===== Return to the origin of your Constitution: State's Right. Ultimately, this is how Canada has remained united. Quebec's sovereignty is respected. And this explains the collapse of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire and the catastrophic start of the Great War of 1914. ===== My advice to Americans: Let each State decide how to apply the various regulations/laws that progressive Democrats seem to want to apply to all Americans.

  4. As it turns out, every single person that pushed the Steele Dossier as facts, was pushing Russian disinformation. Congratulations. ? The main source of the Steele Dossier was arrested and indicted today by the Biden Justice Department Anyone who believed this bull plop is an utter fool, used like a puppet by the mainstream media. You people know who you are. Perhaps it’s time to do a little soul searching and some understanding of confirmation bias.

  5. Oh right CBC is already fully funded by the government. This handout is for everyone else. Fully state run journalism. ... ”Look over there!”

  6. "Buying off media" generally refers to the new media fund, not funding for the CBC. You're welcome.

  9. News story from BC: Mak Parhar, a flat-earther and Covid-denier, died yesterday. He was feeling sick with Covid symptoms, but said it wasn't Covid because Covid doesn't exist. Nonetheless, he took Ivermectin - which begs the question, why would a person who doesn't believe in Covid take a medication that is touted as a cure for Covid? Anyway, his death will be investigated by a coroner to determine if he died from Covid, Ivermectin, or something else entirely. I suppose, in the spirit in which anti-vaxers dismiss the death of seniors "because they're old and were going to die anyway", I could dismiss Parhar's death because "he was clearly an idiot and too stupid to live."

  10. I did answer, see my second sentence. .... This could be the best possible world, but by the same argument it could also be the worst possible world, since there is no worse alternative. Does that make sense? Wrong, error, false equivalency. Division by zero. You can't get to Mars using fractions, and stuff. This might be the only possible world because the framework that makes reality cannot exist any other way, but within this world there are many variations. The closer you look at things, the more these variations can be seen. At great distances they do not exist anymore. The rules of this world are inconsistent over a certain distance or time. Therefore a man has a right to complain.

  12. It wasn't just a newspaper bailout, Trudeau also gave the CBC a $675M raise within a month of becoming PM. No one knows where the $61M went just before the election. The PM says that he can give tens of millions of dollars of taxpayer money to any media outlets that he wants to, in complete secrecy, and our media thought that was just fine. Globe had no choice but break the SNC story, it wouldn't have remained secret forever. Minority gov't? The PM s an entirely corrupt and divisive loser but he keeps getting elected because his scandals are considered to be OK by our MSM. They put in 100X as much effort covering the Duffygate non-scandal and the collusion witch-hunt in the US than they did all of Trudeau's actual scandals put together, and they only covered Trudeau's scandals with damage control in mind.

  14. End all restrictions immediately. Vulnerable people protect yourselves. We have to absorb this disease and move on because it’s not going away. There is no universal immunity. Leave it to individuals to protect themselves and move on.

  15. Well very few in scotland heard anything Trudeau said. The only American that would talk to Trudeau was Micheal Bloomberg. And 3 other countries that really mean nothing. We are ignored by the world, nobody cares what Canada thinks.

  16. Time to raise the flag. Natives need to smarten up. There is a lot of goodwill out there, which is evaporating the more they keep the constant demanding.

  18. Bingo! Distracting and diverting to scary antivaxxers while the world has reopened (without quotes), new effective treatments are being discovered and introduced and life is returning to normal (elsewhere). Always a smart and useful strategy, with a $400K annual compensation (without slightest relation to the result).
