  1. Yep. I liked how big tech and the mainstream media all banded together to silence the 3rd largest newspaper in the country because they ran a story that was negative to Joe Biden. They all called it disinformation and censored it two weeks before the election. Then after the election was over admitted that they were wrong and the story wasn’t Russian disinformation. I also liked how states violated their election laws to allow late voting, unverified signatures, and insecure absentee ballots.

  5. People in general do not create wealth; they destroy the wealth that is already there. They have the ability to convert a forest with all its inhabitants - tigers, peacocks, monkeys and all the rest into.....BitCoins (imaginary) and landfills (non-imaginary) garbage. What needs to be rethought is the Capitalist Model based on constant expansion and population growth.

  6. We don't need a whole stupid history. I didn't read it. Just a link is fine. I have read his banal musings, years and years ago. Nothing like some post-hindu abject nihilism to brighten your day. If only we could be as enlightened as he...

  7. You're late! It's the everyone-who has any wood products is the same as a clear-cutter argument. Even if most of us would rather pay more and go sparingly than be deluged with the cheapest crap available. It's a simple distinction between taking what we need from nature and indiscriminate exploitation of forests and natural wetlands. Which we are getting an overdose of here in Ontario, as if Libs aren't bad enough, our fat, gluttonous Conservative Premier and his advisers have keyed in on "development" as the only means to even make a theoretical case that Ontario will be able to pay back its ever-growing deficit spending --- so give every real estate and commercial developer a blank cheque to build whatever they want wherever they want to, and assume Mother Nature will somehow fix this mess (without finding new ways to kill us all).

  8. It is kind of odd that a few weeks after Biden bombs Syria, a Syrian refugee attacks and kills a dozen people.

  9. Brian Kemp signs sweeping elections bill into law https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/kemp-signs-sweeping-georgia-elections-bill-into-law Nice try Kemp, you Chi-Com plant. They at least allowed you to shut the barn door after the horses had run off did they? You're still not allowed to put controls on "mail-out" voting though. Or maybe you figure you'll be needing those to fix the midterms for yourself. Won't be enough. Nice try though.

  11. Below is a link to an article about Faisal Hussein, the Danforth shooter. His shooting sprees was touted as a gun control issue instead of an islamic terrorism issue. https://thenationaltelegraph.com/national/2mye9dp7si9cw0sutyzwibzgbkctcm?fbclid=IwAR1vWDwPnPOvfs4iO3iAGu5qL00lQ2mumxftqLGgX20NKj-fDa8wiKd1A4Q Our government and media aren't doing their part to keep Canadians safe. Their attack on law-abiding citizens is pathetic.

  12. An Indian wise man - Jiddu Krishnamurti once said of our modern dilemma: "becoming well adjusted to a sick society should not be considered a sign of good mental health!"

  13. I'm reminded now that the best example of how poorly capitalism identifies wealth is that a forest has no value under our system until someone chops down trees to make wood products or cuts them all down to sell as farmland. From that, it's not hard to figure out how our world has gotten to such a dismal place so quickly.

  16. Hunting and gathering societies lived subsistently and therefore very poor, until advanced agriculture came along. But everyone is still free to hunt, and plant food on their property.

  18. You should wear two masks and a plastic cover and keep social distancing and maybe even stay at home and shut the hell up. If you are that frightened of this scary virus you should not be out there trying to catch this China virus. Why not just do the world a favor and quarantine yourself for safety sake's. It would be much appreciated. So, did you do all those things mentioned above when SARS and H1N1 and all the other scary diseases that came along in the past few years? No, you did not. Why? Because nobody made a big deal about them. The corporate deep state globalists were now ready to make a big deal out of this China virus and silly ass people like you fell for it and ate it all up. The globalists even got your dear political leaders in on the act also by pretty much allowing them in taking all of our freedoms that we once took for granted away from us. Now, thanks to you we are pretty much all prisoners in our own country. Flying somewhere has become a nightmare today. FUN has been pretty much abolished. Maybe you should seriously think as to whether breathing is still good for your health. Maybe stop for awhile. Just saying.

  19. 1. This analogy implies that the dinosaurs created meteors. The system we are in is clearly not the final social configuration of humankind. A lot of people seem unhappy with it. We should talk about what the next system would look like.

  20. Because Judeo-Christianity brought higher principles such as a civilized, democratic society, with human rights to the west. One of the teachings of Christ and the Bible is to love thy neighbour and to have respect for the sanctity of life and for the individual's God-given rights. Bad historical events and criminal behavior by some within the west do not change this fact. This does not exist in the rest of the world. We are still living in the best part of the world, but we don't want to wreck it by turning it into a third world culture of civilization.

  22. Did you know the Vatican and their supporters in Croatia committed genocide against the Serbians during WW2 and killed 700,000 Eastern Orthodox people there. Priests took off their priestly clothing and joined the Ustashi. The military group who did it was called the Ustashi. This has been covered up and is not well known. If you want to read a book free online about it, Google "Vatican Holocaust" by Avro Manhattan. It is fully documented with names, photographs and details. We need less immigrants from countries which are hostile to western culture and more people from Europe and western countries, not because of skin colour, but because of different ideologies, religious beliefs, and lack of human rights belief.

  23. It REALLY needs to change. There is a dramatic difference between "investing" (what markets SHOULD be for - i.e. IPOs and POs) and simply gambling (buying existing equities or artificial instruments such as derivatives to speculate on their value). We have let the banksters move the movement of money from Main Street (funding that guy who MAKES the gizzmos) to simply trading speculative devices. This is what allows them to re-distribute trillion$$ that must be covered by inflating the money supply to cover their speculative gains. THAT is a direct liability to the taxpayer. Also, shifting the flow of money from investing to speculating means that the barriers to access to market capital to business becomes very high - thus Main Street is de-funded while Wall Street takes the cake and eats it too. We need to put people to work creating wealth, not re-distributing it. The welfare bum in the corner house is no different from the Wall Street whiz kid = neither creates any wealth at all, just re-distributes it. The difference that does exist is one costs the economy billions while the other costs trillions. We SHOULD have had all this shit on the table in '08, but by then Goldman Sucks literally owned government, so instead of being dashed on the rocks for their treachery they were rewarded with unlimited access to the taxpayers back pockets and given complete run of the legislative and regulatory process that once brought them under control after 1929.

  24. Or as RedState.com puts it: "If you’ve been keeping up with the current crisis at the border the last few weeks, you know that things are spiraling further and further out of control. Facilities are far exceeding capacity, illegal immigrant children are being kept past the legal threshold, the drug cartels are thriving with the new business, and now taxpayers are on the hook for millions to rent hotel rooms. In short, the situation has become a complete dumpster fire, to the extent it wasn’t already so a month ago. There is no hiding the seriousness of the situation anymore behind nakedly political rhetoric such as just calling it a “challenge.” The Biden administration is being forced to take ownership, even by the mainstream media, which is something I never thought I’d see." https://redstate.com/bonchie/2021/03/22/the-border-situation-has-entered-dumpster-fire-territory-and-not-a-mean-tweet-in-sight-n347999
