And I noticed that the vast majority of economic institutions say we're at extreme risk for recession in the next 6 months. Which means even if we dodge it our growth is going to be extremely anemic at best.

Regardless, regulations are subjective, some are good, some aren’t.  I don’t know what you mean by valuing institutions, and how that has anything to do with investment in Canada.  Keep making excuses for terrible policy though.  That’s made Canada and Canadians less prosperous.

Fun fact, as of right now for the first time in Canadian history older people over the age of 65 have a higher annual average income than young people under the age of 30.(35? can't remember)

In other words if you're a hard-working young person established in your career your earning less than a retired person on average. That is not because seniors are earning so much.

Add to the fact that they can never afford a home until they're well into their 50s as well as the fact that they can barely afford food which keeps going up each month by about 6% And it's easy to see why young people feel they're screwed

I went and took out $200 American from an American bank one time and it cost me $280. Bullshit to your 72 cents. Its almost 50 cents. Plus gas in the states is now down to below $3.00 a gallon. But here in Canada, our gallon of gas costs close to $7 - $8 a gallon. Imposing the metric system on Canadians is one reason we pay higher prices for our gas.
