Now he's telling us how to deal with our FN's people, what bills/laws we have to scrap, and what pipelines we have to approve. Is Trump already our ruler? 

Further to #2: if Trump is able to just call the shots here from DC, that makes him the de facto ruler, and Carney just the ruler de jure. Which begs the questions "Are we already the 51st state?", and "If we are, then why not just join the US, so that we at least get to vote on the next president?"
