That said, I think the left and right are filled with loons who base many of their opinions on some naive assumptions, though not all of them are loons.  Erin O'Toole and Michael Chong aren't loons, for instance.

On the contrary. There are many good reasons to vote for the conservatives. Of course there is plenty of reasons why many Canadians are in rage and have a negative feelings. Just look as to what the lieberals have done to Canada in the past ten years. Corruption, a .60 cent dollar, high inflation, high food costs, crime is rampant, attacks on our rights and freedoms, More taxes, more government. What more can be said for starters. If you want more of the same, then vote lieberals, If you want less of the same, then vote conservatives. 

The problem with people like you is that you listen way too much to the CBC which has always been anti-conservative, pro-lieberal. But what else can we expect from an outfit like the CBC that survives on the government teat. Not that Global and CTV are any better. They are also being subsidized by the Canadian taxpayer's. What chance do the conservatives have with having three tv stations stacked up against the conservatives. 3 against one is not fair. Disgusting indeed. 👎

Because I can name several changes that left4rds are making that make the world more dark and dangerous: 

1. forcing young, healthy adults to take experimental medications which they don't need
2. dividing citizens into two groups based on false medical (political) determinations and then providing one group with a gesundheitspass so that they can ostracize the other
3. letting violent re-offending criminals out onto the streets who end up harming other innocents
4. bringing in hundreds of thousands more people than we have created shelter for, making it inevitable that hundreds of thousands of people here end up homeless
5. spinning fabrications of mass-murders of children by Canadian citizens, not bothering to even investigate them for years while the accusations are inciting violence and destruction within our communities, and racial division is growing, and then lying about the level of evidence that is finally gathered (as in Rosemary 'Lying b1tch' Barton's recent statement about the existence of unmarked mass-graves

Your a perfect example of why the left and right side can not have a conversation, everything boils down to a screaming fest,with your hair on fire..... with nothing ever getting done, the story of Canada and the left....All one has to do is look into the liberals past 8 plus years, what is it we as a nation got done...other than our huge debt, and a few social programs...

He said no carbon tax, came up with a new carbon tax.  Said he'd balance the budget and came out with a budget that trudeau could have written. Said he'd support gun owners, spent 3 days flip flopping.  And a bunch of other things. 

The guy was right up the liberal alley and that's the simple truth.
