Complete and total bullshit, and you know it. Trump left just 2500 troops in the country by the time that Biden took over. Trump is the one that cut the Afghan government out of negotiations, abandoned them and surrendered the country back to the Taliban. Just as Trump abandoned the Kurds.

So not only did Biden not do what you claim, the abandonment of allies also wasn't unprecedented. Trump had done it just just a year before.

Did Obama do it? The US was plagued by rioting and racial violence when Obama was president. His foreign policy failures gave rise to a massive genocidal islamic caliphate. The Russia-Ukraine war started when he was president. NoKo was acting like a silverback gorilla when Obama was president.  

Sure, Obama and Biden didn't fire a bunch of people, but they sure as hell should have.
