Collect/Harvest votes = voter fraud. Very hard to prove. I have laid it out in other threads how you would do this and not rely on probabilities and subjectivity. To prove this.. you have to have every single ballot and connect it back to the voter. Not as easy as you think. I have worked cases in unemployment insurance where we go through every single claim... 65,000 of them and verify every single detail (name, address, ssn, ein, wages, taxes paid) and it took 2 years.. Millions of votes, this would be a monstrous undertaking.

we do it all the time in Canada. It's not as hard as you think. A layered approach tends to get it done. we used to have questions  about fraud but it's been a lot of years since it came up. A small amount is detected and investigated every election and it's never significant but the system is tight enough that everyone accepts that it would be very hard to do it with any scale such that it would influence the election and not be detected.

Just because you show the ID does not mean that the ballot has the name, address, SSN, etc of the voter on it. Just because you have a volunteer check off a box is not enough for 100% accuracy.

It is almost impossible to fake enough IDs and registrations to allow enough fake people to vote at an election such that it would make a difference without being detected. you're talking about thousands of id's in most cases. 

Like i said, we do it in Canada. Surely if we can figure it out the US can as well?

The Dems are going to collect ballots the same way we in Canada collect census forms.

I have compared this idea - a US vote/ballot and a Canadian census form. Very similar. Both are complicated with many questions.

Now, imagine if I could pay people to help you complete your form.....
