It's not unheard of for soldiers and officers in the US army to receive posthumous promotions. Think of how big a deal that is, and what it says about how much they are respected. 

The fact that they stripped Walz of his former rank, not just for the purpose of his pension, but publicly as well, tells you how little they think of Tim "anti-veteran" Walz. They could have kept his drop in rank quiet if they wanted to.

The law doesn’t say where or how the products are to be distributed, just that they should be available at no charge. You guys made up the “boys bathroom” thing.

You are the one on here crying about the facts. It is not mere paperwork shuffling. He was promoted conditionally, failed to meet the conditions. Yet he still brags about being something he never officially finished his obligations to being. 

Clearly the Harris campaign understands this is wrong too.
