IF the disqualified candidates disagree, they can challenge the decision IN COURT. Nothing "theoretical" about it. The language of the Constitution is clear, even if the criteria for determining "insurrection" is not specified. There are DEFINITIONS, and Trump CLEARLY FITS THEM. Quote
