Is Leftism a kind of Religion?

And somewhat apt in this case mah.

It's quite possible @dialamah thinks you're calling the person a girl as an insult, not realizing the person really actually is a girl.  Most posters are guys so perhaps they thought you were deliberately calling a guy a 'girl' as an insult. Not everyone realizes she's an actual female.

Lol...Mr. Contrarian Sir.

It will be a cold day in hell before you "dismantle" anyone or anything...on purpose.

You show up in threads, both fist swinging, and then whine and lecture, with some rather warped thought patterns and wild accusations I might add, when someone hits you back.

If you can't play nice in the sandbox...sure as shit one of us will toss sand in ur eyes.

Here is 1 weak poster. Everytime someone argues with this one, this puppy likes posts. He even liked my posts when he was arguing with someone else.

I understand is hard to stand on two feet, some strongers than others, what can I tell you, troll?!

You still don't get it. I want you to come out, swear, threaten, bring it all out. Building an idea on trolls lkke you.

How many times do I have to tell you?

If I read something that I agree with, I'll give it a bump. I don't really care who says whatever. There's probably only a few folks on this app I haven't liked at one point or another. This...independence seems to confound you. Go figure...

Oh BTW...I swear as a matter of course. Just ask mah... ;)

At least you did not say you will place me in a box. Will be ready when you threaten to laugh some more.

You sure have a hang-up with that quote. I'm not sure what the whole post was, but I'm sure there was something there I liked. Meh...fixations are never healthy.

Have a few saved up for my own collections. Information is great to have, always.

What a stupid topic. If anything, MAGA is a religion because they have a God.

Now at least there's an interesting comment.

Not all of us are religious. I'm won't support any of 'em. Although I do believe there is a Supreme being...a source of all creation...a Gawd...

MAGA simply means Make America Great Again. I want the same for Canada. It's a call for really...really common sense. You know...enforce your national borders...don't surrender to terrorists...try not to fck the economy up...

That sort o' thing...

All the points above are lies of a troll.

Stop whining and just own it. A lot of the things that you say are stupid. That's not my fault.

Quote

1. Making fun of someone's English. I speak a few languages, sometimes when I type from a different browser, my grammar app does not become active. Still better than your pictures and manipulation.

If anything I'm making an excuse for you. The English language is nuanced and can be tricky at times, and a person like you, who doesn't have a good command of the language, can easily be tricked.

I've caught CTV lying and/or leading their viewers to make false assumptions before without even having to fact-check, just by listening to them expose themselves. I can guarantee that 95% of people with your limited reading comprehension were sucked in.

It's what CTV progs do for a living, and it even works on a lot of people who have English as their only language. Don't fret.

2. I don't care about the chat or internet, troll, here I want you to swear, threaten and show your low IQ and manipulation. Same with Antifa's manipulation.

? Drunk twit.

Speak so I can answer and people read who you fringes are.

Ummmmm, ok, sure...

Here's a poem called "Contrariot":

There is a small man from repolitics

who is quite unaware of how thick he is.

He gets drunk and talks trash

and pulls facts from his ass

so reading his posts is ridiculous! (that's why I usually have hm on ignore)

---> The scenario for the police WAS WHEN IN PUBLIC if one becomes violent in relation to me, a citizen.

Here, please, swear, everything you have. Will answer every time. Helping me daily.

I know I'm helping you.

I'm exposing you to facts, and those are non-existent within your small circles.

You're welcome, troll boiii.

Still waiting for you to post a single shred of data about covid.

What percentage of Canadian covid deaths in the first 8 months of last yearwere among the vaxed/unvaxed, troll boy?

You don't know? Of course you don't know. But that never stops you from running your stupid mouth, does it?

And do you know why covid deaths were 25% higher last year than in any other cvid year, despite the fcat that 85% of Canadians are vaxed?

And do you know why the MSM stopped talking about coved deaths last year? Of course not. You'll get back to me on that too, right stat boy?

?

I don't know why I put you on ignore now. Beating you like a rented mule is fun.

Yes, is very smart what Antifa does and is effective.

A student comes in, writes decent, language is everything and knows what to say to agitate.

How would you know if she writes well or not? Does she DM you in pidgin English, so that you can understand her?

The ones that resort to conspiracy theories, violence, swear words towards her, in my opinion, are helping far left forces. It validates everything she thinks of conservatives AND HELPS HER RECRUIT. Marketing is everything.

Yeah, it's a good idea for you to stop resorting to conspiracy theories, sandbox insults, and lies. In fact, maybe stop talking to her in general.

You make everyone that you debate with look like a genius.

Clicking like on people's posts isn't a fault.

The fact that he clicks like on your posts, on the rare occasion that you say something nearly intelligent, is just proof that he's a bigger person than you are.

Some of us can give the devil his due.

Don't worry your little pounding head over it though, if you were to click like on our posts every time we said something that was brilliant by comparison to your drivel, you'd have sore fingers.

True Scotsman for sure.  I identify as conservative but I believe Universities are an essential institution.

The exceptions don't define the ideology. The vast majority of conservatives are anti-education and anti-reality.

It varies, of course. Some conservatives want to end public education. Some conservatives want to fill the universities with right-wing lunatics posing as professors. But they all agree that children should be indoctrinated, not educated.

The vaccine was indeed legally enforced in Canada, For many if you didn't take it you faced punishment of losing your job, your right to travel, your right to gather for religious purposes, etc etc.

Even the gov't doesn't deny it - they and others claim that it was NECESSARY to enforce it on Canadians. And you can make that case but you can't claim it wasn't enforced.

WestCanMan's claim was that the government "forced everyone to take it." Which isn't true. Like with many other diseases, you had to be vaccinated against covid to participate in certain activities. It's the same in America.

Why did the <- left-winger mock the centrist for saying "both sides are the same"?

Because the left-winger realized that they've been playing chess while the centrist has been playing checkers.

Meanwhile, the centrist thought they were playing rock-paper-scissors! ?

---> It seems both right and left wing fringes are providing the traffic for today.

Thank you. ?

1. Then you have to accept that the vast majority of leftists [in America] think that granting transgender people access to bathrooms is a victory of "the left".  I don't think that.  I mean, I can accept that the definition of "woman" can change but the definition of "right" and "left" changing at this point is unsettling to me, not sure why.

2. I disagree with that, hence your premise is incorrect.

actually that's pretty much never been the case in Canada. It's always been held that people have the right to their own body. I mean, this is why our legal system isn't eager to pass laws allowing or preventing abortion. So in the past "Manditory" vaccinations have almost ALWAYS had the right to opt out without penalty. In some cases you had to sign that you understood how bad it was to do that (basically) but you could always opt out for 'religious or moral' reasons, meaning if you thought it was against your religion or you thought it was a bad idea.

This is about the first time the gov't has actually chosen to try to punish people for not having a vaccine especaily when other options were available.

Now again - you and in fact a large hunk of the population might well make the argument that while it was a violation it was a necessary one and acceptable in light of the threat to the general public. And that's a debate that can be had. But in Canada at least people were deliberately coerced into it. They weren't shy about it either, and the prime minister went on television and said that those who were vaccine hesitant were bad people who were likely bigots and mysoginists and that they were a waste of space and Canada would have to decide if they should be tolerated.

I'm sorry but when you deliberately try to hurt people and ruin their careers and turn their communities against them and limit their freedoms as punishment then it's "forcing people".  Now - some people could avoid the shot if they didn't want it without TOO much consequence but for most it was bad and if you didn't comply you paid a very high price which was punitive, not medically or science driven.

I got all my shots and boosters by choice, but i have to admit what they did to people was horrible and the division even in families that it caused was horrible. It's not even a slight exaggeration to say that canada was ripped apart in such a way that it may never really heal again.

1) It is. Leftism is about dispersing power throughout society, which includes the acceptance of minorities. This is why the Left has always supported civil rights movements, while the Right always opposes them. So yeah, social acceptance of trans people is a victory for the Left. Gay marriage was also a victory for the Left.

2) Like I said, the exceptions don't define the population or ideology.
