Your question raises a point that needs to be repeated. Israelis and Jews do not need the blessing of others to "exist" in Israel. It is like asking what gives Canadians the "right to exist" in Canada.

Hope that is clear. Hope it is clear as well, that most people know exactly where I stand on any conventional religion's take on gays and women. I have spoken openly that I reject the conventional or orthodox traditions of the past Islam Christianity and Judaism used to define women and gays.

The vast majority of Jews today like the vast majority of Christians, have moved on since the days of stoning gays or burning women as witches. Those who still use religion to put down women or gays we all challenge for the exact same reasons.

In Islam there are far more mainstream followers right now of an interpretation of the Koran that lends itself to defining women as inferiors and gays as infidel. Don't pretend otherwise. You are a classic example of one of its followers.

I have zero problem, zero with modern progressive Muslims who have rejected such thinking just as we Jews and Christians have.

Your false attempt to suggest I think Judaism is superior to Islam or that we have no bigots amongst us is laughable and its dishonest. Since I wrote this message Jacee gave me a message in another thread. I heard it loud and clear and take back the above comment. She in f act answered me in a way that more then has me say she understood the point I was saying and we are in agreement on the fact that the above is spewing hatred and represents no Muslim, no white supremacist, no one but himself and it doesn't matter who he now tries to pose as-its his comments that are challenged for being hateful and they hate not just women and gays and Jews, but Muslims and everyone else.
