Donald Trump is the biggest Loser
ironstone replied to godzilla's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Biden has been a big winner financially during his time in politics and he and his family are sure to make out like bandits when/if he takes office. But he might have the dubious distinction of being the first President to be removed because of his diminishing cognitive ability. He didn't accomplish much in almost fifty years in politics but he'll be remembered for being pushed out. -
Some irregularities nevertheless. https://www.projectveritas.com/ It can't hurt to closely examine any and all of these irregularities in order to protect the integrity of the voting system. What's really beyond retarded is the idea of Trump/Russia collusion that the Democrats ran with since 2016 without any real evidence. Perhaps Trump should have spied on the Biden campaign?

The attendance and enthusiasm at rallies was one indication of popularity. The other measure was and is polls. But you're obviously unaware of what the polls said back in 2016 when they indicated a likely landslide by Clinton. The polls for this election often had Biden out way ahead and he campaigned like he had it in the bag. This was much closer than most people would have expected and neither party ended up with everything they wanted. I think most of those opposed to Trump are 100% focused on his personality and likely know little or nothing about his actual policies and accomplishments. Now there's going to be a complete reversal in the type of media coverage as soon as Biden get's sworn in. The press will be fawning over every move the Harris/Biden administration makes. Expect a lot of executive orders to be coming out. A fair and square election? It seems there were quite a lot of irregularities with the mail in ballots. Most of the in person voting came from Republican supporters and the majority of mail-in ballots were for Democrats where the questionable activities allegedly happened. I said elsewhere on this site that I believe the Democrats will now encourage their supporters to only do mail-in ballots as it seems to give them the potential to wipe out huge leads as required. I'm curious why all States couldn't count their ballots as quickly as Florida.

Democracy Dies in Dems' Darkness

Here are some links that may help explain how this happened: https://www.projectveritas.com/news/update-pa-based-usps-whistleblower-richard-hopkins-comes-forward-and-agrees/ https://www.projectveritas.com/news/update-postal-service-inspectors-interview-erie-pa-usps-postmark/ https://www.projectveritas.com/news/las-vegas-mailman-agrees-to-pass-on-a-nice-handful-of-unclaimed-ballots-to/ https://www.projectveritas.com/news/michigan-usps-insider-delivers-testimony-of-shady-postmark-scheme-to/ Who knows just how widespread this may be? Everybody loses in the end with this kind of activity. You are right to be really curious about this DogOnPorch. -
I want our neighbors to the south to enjoy prosperity, liberty and to thrive in every positive way. Since Trump took office in 2016 something truly nefarious started and hasn't stopped. I don't know of any other democratically elected leader who has had to endure such a constant vicious barrage on a daily basis not to mention the hate directed against his family. It has been an ongoing coup from day one and I wonder how anyone could stand up to all this abuse without cracking.Whatever his faults are, I truly believe he deeply loves his country and he is a fighter through and through. You correctly pointed out how Trump rallies always drew huge crowds and were overflowing with enthusiasm in stark contrast to Biden events. The sizable lead Trump had in Pennsylvania got wiped out pretty quickly..in a state that has benefitted a lot from fracking. I think this should be challenged one way or another. Americans deserve to know if they can trust the integrity of their elections.

Trump has no chance to win this battle even though there clearly appeared to be a lot of suspicious things happening with the mail-in ballots, postmarks or no postmarks, ballot harvesting, dumped ballots etc. I have a feeling that from now on the Dems will encourage their supporters to go exclusively with the mail in ballots in future elections as it seems to give them the ability to overcome substantial leads as needed. Joe Biden will eventually be sworn in and of course his family will get to pull in some huge amounts of money for nothing more than introductions. Old Joe will soon realize the the clock will start winding down to the time when his own party removes him from office with the 25th Amendment to make way for radical Kamala Harris. This will be the new drama...will Joe go willingly or not? Do you think he can last a year, maybe two?

Democracy Dies in Dems' Darkness
ironstone replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I don't see much to object to with these "gods" other than Mitch McConnel's ties to China. Certainly much better than the lefty "gods". -
I do think it's highly unlikely Trump can pull a win out now but he was certainly correct in predicting that this would end in a mess. I listened to the brilliant Ben Shapiro on the way home tonight and he thinks Trump's team should absolutely take legal action to scrutinize the results. The media and most on the political left had predicted a landslide win and the Dems taking control of the Senate. When you think about the unrelenting assault/smear campaign against Donald Trump and every member of his family since before the 2016 election it's actually quite remarkable that he was able to accomplish what he did.The deck will always be heavily stacked against the Republicans in terms of getting fair coverage compared to the Democrats. In 2020 in the US, censorship actually did play a role in this election thanks to the Silicon Valley tech giants. That is normal in Socialist/Communist countries and sadly now too in Western democracies . The Wisconsin voting numbers sound fishy, and it's funny how it's always the Democrats that keep coming up with all those ballots as needed. https://www.investors.com/politics/editorials/u-s-has-3-5-million-more-registered-voters-than-live-adults-a-red-flag-for-electoral-fraud/ At least of the Republicans keep the Senate they may be able to hold off the of the crazy-Bernie policies like the Green New Deal and the like.

Will Joe Biden Declare Martial Law?
ironstone replied to betsy's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
It looks like Biden will have the opportunity to enact martial law if he chooses after the election results. Isn't it strange that imposing martial law may be possible in select cities to fight the Wuhan virus but it would never be considered to use it against the BLM/Antifa riots? -

Martial law doesn't really go well with democracy in my opinion. And clearly Trump supporters aren't the one's that have a problem accepting democracy. The 2016 election was won fairly by the Republican side but to this day it's the Democrats that refuse to accept the results. They are planning to go much further and will likely rig the system to favor their side in future elections. I don't know how Joe Biden personally feels about instituting martial law ,that question should be asked to his puppet masters. Scroll it up on the teleprompter! -

I'm curious about your opinion of the sizable BLM/ANTIFA riots . Large gatherings of people where the only purpose is to destroy things and cause havoc. Most on the political left are perfectly fine with these riots caused by anarchists in close proximity. Why are the Burn Loot Murder riots just fine but peaceful political rallies inherently dangerous? -
China's Fifth Column in Canada makes its feelings clear
ironstone replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
When I read things like this I think that the Canada as we know it will be totally unrecognizable in the not too distant future. How on earth could anyone think the North Korean invasion of the South was a just cause to fight for and that UN forces were the aggressors ? Brainwashing works as we see from those coming from Communist China. Those foot soldiers must be laughing at our multiculturalism ,and rightfully so. -
Liberals to greatly increase immigration in coming years.
ironstone replied to Argus's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Would you object to all of the provinces having control over their own immigration just as Quebec does? Birth rates are low in Canada so we have to boost our population largely with people who may not now or never share Canadian values? I want people to come to Canada that have the skills we need and are proficient in our official languages . This policy amounts to Liberals importing new voters for themselves. I also think there's something to the argument about taking the best people from poorer countries being harmful to the long term development of said countries. -
I'm trying to address your point that "Trump has been lining his pockets " since he's been in office courtesy of the Treasury. You put up some link that suggested he's taken over $8 million from the government for various things. I said that his overall net worth has declined since becoming President which apparently is rare . The link I put up had his net worth declining by $1 billion. $1 billion is a much greater sum than $8 million. At this time, Trump is not as wealthy as he was before he took office. Compare this to the Obama's they went from $1.3 million to over $40 million. How about the Clinton's getting extremely wealthy from pay to play as well?
-
Wow,now I'm really curious why the Democrats haven't impeached him for this theft. They go after him for years about the fake Russia collusion story and they ignore him stealing directly from the treasury? I was shaking my head while reading your link lol.
-
Can you show me any links that actually support what you said, namely that Trump has been lining his pockets daily and presumably increasing his net worth while doing so?
-
Please let us know when an abandoned laptop with this information turns up to verify what you claim.

It seems you're just flat out wrong just like so many on your side. Apparently Donald Trump's personal net worth has declined substantially since he took office in 2016. https://www.nbcnews.com/business/business-news/trump-has-lost-1-billion-personal-wealth-running-president-n916221 Compare that to his career politician opponent Joe Biden and his family who have made enormous amounts of money from the family name and selling access. All the while creating nothing tangible for the American people.

Hearing the name Bobby Orr always brings back great memories. He has always been a class act from day one.It takes a lot of courage for anyone to voice their support for Donald Trump but even more so for celebrities. We all know what kind of vicious backlash is now going to be directed at Orr but kudos to him for standing up!
