  1. Analysis of the debate by well known pundits is actually much more interesting than the actual debate. Rush Limbaugh and Ben Shapiro dissected it pretty thoroughly . Bernie Sanders hasn't said much about Biden sort of distancing himself from the Green New Deal last night which gives some credence to the idea that he his kind have a lot of influence behind the scenes. Biden doesn't seem to know what he's for or against. Maybe an edge to Trump last night but it sure wasn't pretty. If Biden would look at his own website on that new fangled internet thing, it does indeed have the Green New Deal on there. https://joebiden.com/climate-plan/
  2. Tulsi Gabbard was the only one of the Dem candidates that was reasonable and moderate compared to the rest. And she is treated as an outcast...what does that say about the current state of the Democratic Party?
  3. This debate didn't change anything. Biden did better than I thought he would but from here on it will likely get even tougher on Trump from the moderators.
  4. It's raining so I'm losing my signal, thanks again Xplornet lol. Trump didn't get to go after Biden much yet for Hunter's lucrative activities.
  5. Both guys interrupt way too much.
  6. https://www.foxnews.com/politics/trump-third-party-inspect-ears-electronic-devices I was wondering about this ,if Biden would be using such a device since he won't have his teleprompter to depend on. These things are probably very difficult to spot without getting up close and personal. If Biden delays for a few seconds after being asked a question then questions will be raised. It would simply look like he's waiting to be told what to say .
  7. I wonder if that CNN reporter will be fired for mentioning inconvenient facts? Another quick search on CNN about Ilhan Omar, ballot harvesting or Project Veritas brings up nothing. Ballot harvesting Minnesota on Google brings up Fox News and a few other daily papers on page one.As you might expect, nothing from CNN,CBS,ABC,NBC and so on.This story does not fit their narrative.....so they don't report it. What do you suppose Joe Biden's greatest accomplishment is in the nearly half century he has been in politics?
  8. How many people willingly pay more in income taxes than they are legally obligated to pay? Would you rather pay no taxes or better yet get a tax return? All done legally within existing tax laws of course. I don't think this latest news, even if it's true will change the minds of Trump supporters or haters.
  9. Jill Biden has just issued a decree that the mere mention of Joe's long list of gaffes is now off limits! No doubt all major networks with the exception of FOX will cheerfully comply. Many of them are doozies .
  10. I'm being cynical, but how is that different from any other politician? I've said it before, one big difference between Trump and most politicians is that he openly says what's on his mind while others make their offensive comments behind closed doors.
  11. Donna Brazile, now a FOX contributor of all things. It will be interesting how Biden performs as these debates are 90 minutes. He won't have his teleprompter to rely on,and perhaps it's wishful thinking, but hopefully he won't get unfair help from any of the moderators. We already know his current campaign events are highly scripted affairs with questions and answers being hand fed to him. I would give Biden credit for showing up. Trump is a different kind of opponent, he's no "Cornpop".
  12. Just did a quick search on Google about the Ilhan Omar ballot harvesting story and didn't see anything about it on CNN,MSNBC,ABC,CBS etc. What a surprise! The media is making a big deal of Trump holing himself up in the White House and not accepting the election results if he loses. But little is said about Hillary Clinton telling Biden to not accept negative election results under any circumstances. No bias here right?
  13. With Trump I think people know what their getting. With Joe Biden, what are they going to get? Middle of the road Joe, who hasn't really accomplished much of note in almost half a century in politics? Are they going to get Bernie Sanders ,AOC and their kind as the real behind the scenes decision makers?
  14. If Biden is packing it in early on so many days during this campaign, can anyone deny that he would not be up to the job of President? More evidence that he would quickly step aside for Kamala Harris if he does win. Even Trump's biggest detractors would have to admit that he does have tons of energy compared to Biden. We all get old but some age much better than others. As for the poll numbers, are they all that different from 2016? In that year, there was a huge sign many people missed, myself included. The huge amount of enthusiasm at Trump events. Biden campaign events are like mortuaries by comparison. There seems to be a lot of that same enthusiam in his events right now and we know there is a block of voters that are simply afraid to admit they plan to vote for Trump.
  15. CNN is about 99% part of the entertainment industry and 1% actual journalism. Maybe I'm being generous with 1%. It's all done in the name of attracting viewers and pushing false narratives. Chris Cuomo basically admitted it when he was being recorded by Cohen.
  16. China would be funneling money to every side wouldn't they? They do want to cover all the bases.I do think it's very clear they would prefer to have Biden(soon to be replaced by Harris) in the White House.
  17. In a perfect common sense world, we should at least be steadily weaning ourselves off this relationship with China but that's not going to happen. It is worrisome just how far the tentacles of the Chinese Communist Party are reaching into Canadian politics,in all parties. At the end of the day, Justin Trudeau was and is a fan of the Communist Chinese.
  18. Even though Biden still appears to be leading overall in the polls, I think the election will still be closer than people think. Clinton was also leading in 2016 in most polls. The Dems of course do have a very good chance at winning but the aftermath would be very bad for the country. There likely wouldn't be any mass rioting ,looting and burning as we currently see from the Left. But the Dems will likely go ahead and stack the deck permanently in their favour by stacking the Supreme Court and doing away with the electoral college.I know many on here still point out that Clinton won the popular vote but that's not how the election works. It wouldn't be fair if California and New York basically decided every election in perpetuity. The present system has served the USA very well until the "unthinkable" happened with Trump defeating Clinton.
  19. The Republicans have a very deep bench compared to the Democrats. Off the top of my head I can't think of any reasonable candidates on the Democratic side. If there are any, then they might be able to fill into a minivan. The rest are catering to the radicals(Antifa etc). Who in their right mind would be happy about how far the Dems have moved to the Left?
  20. Yes good point lol.
  21. Trudeau is like the Canadian version of AOC except he's in total control. He's going all-out left now it appears. Pragmatism is out the window with this government.
  22. I don't think anyone can honestly deny that Biden's team is heavily protecting him from any and all possibilities of tough questions. If he actually does plan to be in live debates with Trump his staffers must be terrified at the prospect of what will come out of his mouth. He does tend to flip-flop as well on big issues like his support for fracking. At some point he should come out in the open and leave the teleprompter behind. Why doesn't he take question? I mean unscripted questions?
  23. I know a lot of people posting on here really hate Trump and of course he has his faults. But for those on the Biden side, do you have any concerns about his mental and cognitive state right now?He often looks lost without the use of a teleprompter and sometimes he's clearly confused even while reading from one. His campaign events are carefully controlled and scripted and questions are hand-fed to him. If he wins in November, does anyone seriously think he can serve two full terms? I think most of you truly want the US to get a reasonably good and competent government. My concern with Biden is mainly about who is behind him pulling the strings. There is without question a very radical component within the Democratic party now,AOC and the Squad ,Bernie Sanders etc.The Democrats have moved pretty far to the left and that should be obvious to everyone.
  24. https://www.msn.com/en-ca/news/canada/lilley-another-trudeau-mistake-that-cost-canada-big-on-covid-19/ar-BB18WuX8?li=AAggNb9 This appears to be another huge mistake/failure by the Trudeau Liberals.Brian Lilley's article is very interesting and it seems nobody is willing to give straight answers.
  25. A pity so many people are totally blinded by hatred and unwilling to recognize or give some credit for any positive accomplishments.
