  1. I know many new homes can have EV charging stations at home and some EV's are plug-in. Yes the plug-in one's can charge while you sleep but at a very slow rate. This link says a Level 1 charger gives 5 miles per hour. Unfortunately for me my daily commute is almost 200km. How Long Does It Take to Charge an Electric Car? | CARFAX How do progressives want to produce electricity besides wind turbines and solar panels? Are there any concerns about all that lithium coming from China? How does clean energy tech help the environment? - Deseret News
  2. Yes I just noticed that too when you mentioned that Peter McKay was behind the older C-36. It seems that Senate and Commons bills are limited in numbers 1-200 so the same number bill will show up every so many years but be totally different in intent.
  3. This is the Bill C-36 I am referring to. With Bill C-36, Trudeau Government Launches Dangerous New Assault On Your Freedom Of Expression - Spencer Fernando Bill C-36 Proposes $50K Fines For Hate Speech In Canada - Narcity
  4. When Trudeau does release his platform I can guarantee you that it will not contain everything that he plans to do. He will most certainly implement more legislation like C-36 and C-10 that will infringe on Canadian's rights.
  5. If the Conservatives happen to be still holding a lead just a few days before the election, expect to see vicious attacks by the other Parties and the media as well as calls for strategic voting again.
  6. I can't help but notice on that CBC poll that they won't mention the PPC and just lump them in with "other". Some other very recent polls I've seen has them ahead of the Greens.
  7. DNC deputy chair Keith Ellison signals support for Antifa | Fox News DNC Deputy Chairman Keith Ellison Proudly Endorses Antifa by Katie Pavlich (townhall.com) Biden Says Antifa Is ‘An Idea, Not An Organization’ during Presidential Debate (yahoo.com) Democrats Whitewash Antifa Rioters as 'Peaceful Protesters' – PJ Media CNN dedicated a segment to praising Antifa, brushing off their violence with "yes, people get hurt, property gets damaged, things get confusing." Um, what? | Not the Bee I guess the fact that you're starting with the insults by calling me a fascist indicates you're not interested in a civil discussion and/or you're quite angry behind your keyboard. I get the sense you're pretty hostile to anyone that dares to question you and your beliefs. For the record, I despise Nazis, Communists, fascists, antifa, other terrorist groups. Probably lot's more that could go on that list.
  8. I think history shows that socialists and communists have been persecutors way more than persecuted. Actually one does not really persecute against those with a love of authoritarianism(socialists, communists)as stand up to them.
  9. Antifa loves the Democrats. Many Democrats are rather supportive of Antifa and the tactics they use. As to your other post that Trump is trying to steal the election, that's a huge stretch. Does he dispute it? Of course and and he has the right to his opinion just as Hillary Clinton and Al Gore and many Democrats have disputed election results.
  10. Using your own grammar against you I agree.
  11. You keep talking about fascism but you don't know what it is. For the record, the fascists are firmly on your side.
  12. Beaver do you dispute what's stated in the link I posted? Namely that the Democrats have a rather long history of disputing election results? And not just the Democrats but their allies in the MSM? And what Fascist attempt to destroy democracy? FBI Admits There is No Evidence of Any Insurrection Plot by Trump Supporters at Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol Demonstration | RealPoliticalNews.com | realpoliticalnews.com
  13. I disagree with you but you do have the right to voice your opinion. Progressives usually avoid spirited debate and instead resort to the tried and true tactic of accusing opponents of racism. What is racism today? Apparently just about everything according to the left. Trump’s 30-Year Record of Rejecting Racism and Promoting Equality - Page 2 of 2 - Truth And Action By the way, banning flights from the country which unleashed Covid on the world isn't racist, it's just common sense.
  14. A question for Biden supporters here: Has Joe Biden met or exceeded your expectations? Has he not met your expectations? I don't like Biden at all but to date he is pretty much what I expected him to be. He doesn't seem to have much of a grasp on anything. He's a disaster without a teleprompter and slightly less so with one at hand. His constant exaggerations are kind of amusing but scary at the same time since he's the actual President.
  15. The Democrats’ Guide to Losing Gracefully - Ann Coulter Are you remotely aware that the Democrats have a rather long history of disputing election results? If you are, you likely don't have a problem with it do you?
  16. It is scary but absolutely true that the Dems are likely to have somebody even worse than Biden in 2024 as we all know Joe won't be around until then. It will definately be someone who is hard-core woke. With a few exceptions, like Tulsi Gabbard, their side is pathetic. Think the squad getting closer to the White House.
  17. It's clear you have a deep hatred of Trump. But can you point to any evidence that suggests that Biden isn't incompetent? What has he accomplished in 50 years in politics? Making his family wealthy doesn't really count either. If you were paying attention to the 2020 campaign you would have noticed it was the Democrats who played and continue to play identity politics. Crying racism at everyone and everything has grown tiresome.
  18. Whatever the polls say we shouldn't forget that Liberal support is always concentrated where it matters most. I'm resigned to a very likely Liberal majority but I will always get out and vote. Even if your Party of choice isn't going to win there is still the per vote subsidy to think about. They can survive to fight another day. Parliament shouldn't be a woke echo chamber.
  19. It would be funny if the Conservatives would be allowed to run that on tv!
  20. All 10 suspects in human trafficking investigation have been released on bail | Lethbridge News Now No surprise that all are out on bail already. But very shocking that a doctor is apparently involved.
  21. I don't think Joe Biden is personally woke but he is most certainly totally controlled by woke advisors. Biden's lengthy career in politics always revolved around accumulating wealth for him and his family. The US will continue to grow weaker under the Biden/Harris "leadership" and China will fill the void to the detriment of the rest of the world. When Biden speaks, does anyone actually believe he's the leader of the free world?
  22. Some of you that are older may remember the Bizarre show from way back.
  23. The CBC wants to hear from people but it appears they want "people of colour" to be asking the questions. Leaders' Debate Form 2021 | CBC News Those are great questions from the above comments but none of the leaders have any intention of giving clear and concise answers to any questions. None of these guys plan to reign in the current trend of massive overspending anytime in the near future and that should matter to everyone. Buying votes with free stuff, it worked in the last US election.
  24. 20 years from now no salmon? I'm pretty sure the climate alarmists in the US like AOC to name just one have stated we have only 12 years or so unless drastic action is taken. And according to you this drastic action is not happening. Ocasio-Cortez: 'World will end in 12 years' if climate change not addressed | TheHill I wouldn't be surprised if many of the forest fires are deliberate by radical climate activists. This is not to say I don't take pollution seriously but when so called developing nations like China or India are let off the hook I can only shake my head. China and India with nuclear weapons and space programs no less. There are serious issues to deal with but the world will be in existence much longer than 20 years from now.
  25. If you have an interaction with someone that is clearly a man then you'll refer to that person as sir. If you have an interaction with someone that is clearly female then you'll address her as such. With the progressive mindset taking over now even these common interactions are a minefield. Do all progressives use the preferred and ever increasing gender pronouns as they are told? Hey is race as fluid as gender? Think Rachel Dolezal.
