I'm not the one saying there's a problem with it. The hypocrites are the ones who a) complain about others doing it when they're worse and b) say it's all about the right when the left is very clearly worse I'm fine with everyone doing it if that's what they want I insult those who are rude first as a rule but whatever. So no hypocrisy here.

News reports Emergency Rooms are failing Canadians
CdnFox replied to blackbird's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Then maybe don't fire them out of spite just because they have a different view of vaccines. Sorry - but the 'can't hire anyone' excuse went right out the window during covid -
Oh and uhhhh - there's almost half a million vetrans in Canada https://www.veterans.gc.ca/eng/about-vac/news-media/facts-figures/1-0 It'd be about a half million even with serving members. And that doesn't include police, reserves and other subgroups. If our forefathers fought the nazis the way your fighting today we'd all be speaking german. If they fought the way the trans do the russians would be speaking english
-
Sure - they werne't that many when they started tho. They won most of their rights when they were a quarter of that. And how many milltary people are there - both serving and retired? And how many of them have families who care about them? That's just the start. The trans people are kicking ass these days and there's ony 75,000 of them. What's your excuse there? Well if you're not, and you're obviously not, then why the hell would anyone else be? I guess you'll have to sit and wait for someone else to come along and fix your problems for you. But - that'd be your choice. Not canadas. Failures always have reasons why they fail, often before they fail. Winners never think about it. It's too bad you can't muster the same moral fibre and back bone as the gays and trans. Say what you like, those kids have balls. (even when they say they don't. )

Only to people promoting bigotry and racism. It's like calling first nations "savages". While perhaps technically accurate at the time the connotations associated with the term are not appropriate. Yeah sure, they were savages as the dictionary of the day would define it. But we don't say that and for good reason. Which ancestors? What do you think my ancestors did? You must have some idea what MY ancestors did to say that. Unless you're just being a racist bigot. Well you're sure trying your best to prove that tonite aren't you The first nations. You know - the ones who practiced slavery, warred with the other tribes and killed and wiped them out over territory and often just for fun, sold women like horses, Couldn't control their drinking, etc etc. But - we don't call them that. I believe i mentioned that earlier.

TUCKER CARLSON OUT AT FOX NEWS
CdnFox replied to Aristides's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Its kind of one or the other i think. It's not like a court case where you can layer charges so the jury can pick the one they want. They should have just gone with censure - they MIGHT have won that one but there's no chance an impeachment was going to succeed. -
Sure - we've got you as an example every day And for the same reason i know what stupid means, what pathetic means, what delusional means, what dancing monkey means, all kinds of things Poor girl - you get so worked up and it's so hilarious
-
No, then everyone leapt to your defense saying how much they actually admired you! Oh.... wait.....
-
Might have gone a tiny bit red from the laughing But i love how you have to try to make yourself feel better by pretending that i'm mad - i guess when you eff up and you've got no defense it's all you can do You must be a blackadder fan - every post you make you sound like Meltchett: "If nothing else works, a total pig-headed unwillingness to look facts in the face will see me through."LOLOL!
-
That's pretty much just you. Funny enough - for everyone else it's YOU who's the pompous jackass.

Ahem. Jan. 19, 2022 – The National Immigrant Justice Center (NIJC) reports that the Biden administration is routinely separating families through detention and deportation as part of its interior immigration enforcement practices. People still forced to wait in Mexico for their immigration hearings in the U.S. are subject to kidnappings, assault and murder, and Haitian families, including young babies, face mass expulsions back to a destabilized country. NIJC also reports that the Biden administration has moved to dismiss claims brought by separated families seeking compensation for the harm the policy has caused. https://www.splcenter.org/news/2022/03/23/family-separation-timeline#2022 So by "got rid of it" you mean 'is still doing it and it's a major problem."

LOL - is today opposite day? You didn't bother reason the rest. LOL - freudian slip i think You didn't read the rest because you can't stand reason ROFLMAO - well you sure outed yourself there You're hilarious as always The truth always gets under your skin and frustrates you

There's certainly more soldiers than trans. And the soldiers have families. So fix it. Sorry - but that's what every group has to do. i'm hearing a lot of excuses as to why you'll fail. As a soldier - is that normally how you tackle challenges? So quit with the pity party and get out there and make people care. Polling does show when people realize there's an issue with vets they respond positively to the vets. But i can't remember the last time i heard about a vet advocacy group. Or a soldier's advocacy. Last i remember anything was a decade or so ago when we were asked to chip in for boots and stuff on a firearms forum for deployed soldiers and many did Well based on how much i see the 'average' person fighting for their rights i'm going ot have to disagee. If you did, you'd be more inclined to fight for your rights. The rest of your post is the same stuff. There's no solution, we're all doomed, there's no point in trying, canada is terrible blah blah. I get that you're in pain. I get you don't like how our miserable gov'ts have treated you over the years. I get that you think your pain is somehow more than the guy i talked to the other day who's wife died because they have no er in their small town any more due to gov't eff ups and budget cuts, including trudeau and including the shortages caused by firing all the unvaxxed. HE was pretty broken up, i'm not sure what you went through that's worse but whatever. But at the end of the day if you feel that way then take action. Organize - BECOME a political force. Gun owners had to do that when they were attacked, there's a tiny population of trans people and look how they've done etc etc - get an org together and have it do a lot of public things and sign on people (doesn't have to be military) and tell political parties their candidates will get a pass or fail from that org, Get some newsies drunk and on your side - it's not hard. Get in the papers lots. I mean if you need a 'step by step' i can help you no problem. But if you want to come here and tell me how horrible my country is and how you think the country is worth nothing and how you'd sell it out for the king and all that good stuff? Sorry - that's beyond broken. Just get the feck out if you think that this country has no redeeming qualities or 'doesn't exist' as dougie says, He is broken. And apparently proud of it and thinks we're all scum for not being broken with him. And no, that's not ok, And you're NEVER going to sell how terrible it is that canada wasn't nice to you while you're backstabbing and slagging it, that's for sure

No matter what you mean the term 'colonizers' and 'settlers' have become pejorative. Again - it's like saying you were referring to those african Ni@@ers, not the us ones. I'm sure there were bad people on both sides - historically humans are not peaceful or nice for long anywhere.
-
The price tag. We're paying a hell of a lot of money and directly and indirectly for that canine coitus.

The thing is one 'name calling' is not attacking an individual and doesnt cause reputational harm to a person. The other one is. It's not a good decision. It's one thing to say 'i feel that trans people tend to be (derrogatory)." its also one thing to say "i feel that people who think trans people are (Derogatory) tend to be (derogatory). But when you say John Smith of 1234 anywhere ave is a racist bigot and we should all hate him... Well that's another thing. And this kind of decision will cause hatred to build up and that is going to boil over somewhere, i dont' care what the law says. You can't say that only trans people or those 'defending' them have rights and other people don't, or sooner or later the 'ohter people' lose respect for the law and start seeking their remedies outside it. And then the news papers are full of "where is this trans hatred and violence coming from!" (picture of man scratching his head).

Well that's a little like saying that Ni@@ers that were brought to america as slaves were pretty dumb and that's not racist. Wellllllll it kind of would be. First, It lacks context. They weren't really dumb, they were just products of their immediate environment. And in any case, the term ni@@er has become a pejorative term to derrogatorily refer to their race. Same thing. The colonizers of the past, especially in canada, were actually pretty nice to the first nations, and many of the mistakes made were made with the best intentions. The fact that hundreds of years later we view their actions through the lens of todays world doesn't change that. Sure - we would do things different if we were able to go back in time and stop those colonials from making mistakes. But - that doesn't mean they weren't nice. Sure - some were meaner than others - true no matter what group you're talking about. And the first nations weren't very nice by todays standards back then - practicing slavery and treating women as tradeable chattel just like a horse, and making war on their neighbors and often wiping out or enslaving entire tribes. Again - looking through today's lens they were aweful, but were they really? No, saying colonials were not good people or the like is racist given the subtext of today.

Well if i understand the character correctly, jesus would say that man should have a choice, and that it is this choice which determines if the man is righteous or not. So wouldnt' compelling the man to do 'the right thing' by law take away from that? I think jesus would want people to choose to donate or not on their own wouldn't he?
