That's a lie. Now now. I think she meant diabetes. That could be true.

China's unrelenting influence campaign in Canada
CdnFox replied to I am Groot's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Oh You! i forgot how strongly you feel compelled to lie on behalf of your dear leader and party It's obvious Chong didn't know, it's obvious why he wouldn't know and it's obvious that its' very easy to hide where donation money is coming from. Those are simple facts. Sorry if the truth is inconvenient for you and your party of choice. It is disappointing to see you'd rather lie about something like this tho. This shouldn't be a partisan issue but obviously you feel it is. Well that's liberals for you. -
Can you BELIEVE that absolute DONKEY crap?!!?! Instead of looking into it he's going to travel to 'disillusioned communities' and tell them they shouldn't worry about it!!! This is really beyond insane. The fact that the public is not up in arms over this and demanding trudeau's head is just horrific.

Are you saying you're finding it enlightening not to have any logical reason for your positions there? I don't really find it enlightening - i was pretty sure already you didn't have any logical reason for it. People will continue to get sick and be impoverished because the liberals and you chose to support something that's not working and yet sucked up the available cash. Then there will be a backlash. ANd people won't care about it any more. No, the cost of food is more about carbon taxes. Which is rather the point.

No he wasn't. And this has been explained. At this point you're getting awfully close to just blatantly lying at this point -
China's unrelenting influence campaign in Canada
CdnFox replied to I am Groot's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
No, that's not true. The names of the donors who gave the money may be listed but there is often very little verification of that and there woudl be NO way to know if someone funneled money through a fake or real person. Which is what happened with many campaigns. That's a dishonest statement at this point. That was explained to you -
ummm - your graph proves him right. After 2015 it did fall quite a bit. And aside from a small blip back up in 2020 - we know it' fallen again since. Did you intend to prove him right ? Or did you just not read it.

Mass absences break out at London schools as Pride flag flies
CdnFox replied to CdnFox's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Of course it is. The left does it all the time! -
Whoops! I broke her again such a fragile little girl

Just to clarify - you think that transgender issues are ONLY wanting to dress like the other sex? You think that people who are experiencing gender dysphoria ONLY want the right to wear clothing associate with the opposite sex and nothing more? I think you need to educate yourself on the issues a bit more there missy.

You mean like how you call jews nazis? Or say conservatives are 'lesser people'? LIke that you mean? The right tends to downplay the illness, not the person.
-
Lol - of course. And lets not forget that how it sounds in your head may not be the same as how it sounds in someone elses, an inherent weakness to this form of communication. And i think you do a pretty reasonable job. Certainly it's a laudible enough position to take. Well i suspect we'd disagree on the severity rather than substance of that But - nonetheless i think points worth discussing do pop up.

Well how about we start with the FBI's top lawyer? https://thehill.com/opinion/white-house/430881-fbis-top-lawyer-believed-hillary-clinton-should-face-charges-but-was/ https://neonnettle.com/news/6784-lisa-page-doj-blocked-fbi-from-charging-hillary-clinton-with-gross-negligence- https://redstate.com/elizabeth-vaughn/2019/02/21/fbis-former-top-lawyer-james-baker-thought-hillary-clinton-faced-charges-end-n101595 So until they were forced to drop it by the DOJ - that would be the SAME people clinton ran across the tarmac to talk to, all the FBI lawyers thought she should be charged. Hmmmm. I've seen many other lawyers weigh in on it and they were all of the same opinion. But it's STRANGE how YOU never have any CITES to back up YOUR OPINION LOL - sorry kiddo you lose this one The FBI are right wing conspiracy lawyers? He explained the DOJ told him not to. And lawyers agree that was a highly questionable decision.

Nope. This is LITERALLY you trying to shoehorn a term you think is emotionally charged into fitting into something it doesn't because your arguments lack logic or reason and therefore rely on emotion.
-
Yeah, ok that was funny Sure - but they use it differently and one generally uses it to accentuate a real point while the other uses it AS their point, and that's where we run into problems. If i say "I've told you a million times..." i'm highlighting that i've told you an excessive amount. I'm not really saying it really was a million times. But when the left claims that there is a 'transgender genocide' - they're actually pushing the idea that there REALLY IS. " THey're not saying it's genocide-like or ish. Or exaggerating to highlight the severity of the situation. The right does a little of that from time to time but with the left it's pretty constant. THey base their issues on emotion entirely so they need everything to be framed in a hyper emotional context. I mean - she's still trying to convince you there really is a genocide.
-
First off its an illness. We want to cure illnesses. Claiming that it's genocide is like talking about the 'genocide of cancer' because people get treated for that. Second -there's no genocide in the slighest here. It doesnt' match the definition in the slightest.
-
Welll... not really. https://nypost.com/2023/05/19/how-obama-officials-fbi-squashed-any-investigation-into-hillary-clinton/ And as i noted - the final report was that hillary definitely committed a serious crime. But - that they wren't going to file charges because reasons. And the legal community has long held the logic of those reasons were wrong. The crime was not one that requires mens rea to be found guilty.

Thats kind of insulting. (BAZINGA!!! ) Discussions often get heated. People react in different ways. Some people simply put anyone who disagrees with them effectively on ignroe and only talk to people of like mind or that they think they can 'outthink". Others attempt to turn the other cheek and ignore the insults and reply back as best they can to the argument (With varying degrees of success). I would imagine you see yourself in that category. Others still prefer the more time honorned way of treating bullies - you slap my face i break your nose. That can be very effective. Obviously my prefered method. When people such as you disagree with me but do so with a level of respect i try my best to return it. When someone picks a fight they usually get slapped around and then spend months constantly whining about it. But theres not that many who just go out of their way to randomly attack people without there being a history there. Certainly randeom10 can make abrasive posts, and once in a while they're a little troll-ish from the get go without provocation - but to be honest most are like this. Someone just decided to attack him out of the blue (apperently there's some emotional damage there) and so of course his replies will be abrasive.
-
But it SOUNDS cool. It's important to remember that most of the left's arguments are about 85 percent based on emotional appeal rather than fact. So they shoe horn eveything into emotionally charged langugage. Everything has to be racist, everyone has to be a nazi, any word spoken against trans is genocide, etc etc. It's the modern day version of the priest from canterbury tails or the american west's "Snake oil" peddler.
