You think changing DNA in seeds and then growing them in dirt, like every other apple in the world, is equal to “growing food in a lab”? But, even if it was, what’s gross about growing food in a lab?

Why would placing/modifying genes make something gross but breeding/cloning something to choose for certain genes is not?

Norway’s economy is less dependent on oil than Canada’s. If that’s why you’re asking if it’s sustainable , then I would say it is more sustainable than Canada.
