All a non-answer to my question. Why should ruling be a birthright? What if the governed people want a different head of state? Shouldn’t they be allowed to choose on democratically? What happens if the crown is the would-be dictator?

Absolutely. I don’t want people funding terrorism. If someone is funding Hamas, don’t you want that stopped?

Neither group should be allowed to block traffic. Clearly, the truckers were on a different scale happening for weeks on end while the pro-Palestinian protestors are not nearly as disruptive. Rules should be applied equally though. I don’t agree with either group! lol Every right has limits. Nope. Protesting has limits though.

Of course it was. The leaders are all on trial and will be convicted. I have no sympathy for people who fund illegal activities like the occupation of Ottawa, or Hamas.

I support the legal seizure of any criminal’s bank account. I also support the seizure of bank accounts of people who fund illegal operations like the truckers or Hamas. And I don’t think pro-Palestinian protestors should block traffic.

I’m not talking about vaccines and the reason for protest. Did you support them blocking the city streets?

If the head of state wields all this power, shouldn’t they be chosen by the people they govern? How is a birthright to rule a good thing? What if Canadians don’t like Chucky and want a new head of state? Why is that?

OK. I thought you asked if we agree that it was hate speech and how that could be enforced if it was. If the question is “is it free speech” then the answer is yes. Obviously in America it is.

Is opposing someone's bodily autonomy immoral? I would say yes, it is. We extend bodily autonomy past death, so of course someone who is living should be able to choose for themselves whether they wish to remain pregnant based on current medical ethics.

If we agree that lying about someone and damaging their reputation is slander, where can it be prohibited? This same thing is determined by the courts all the time. Legislation is passed and the courts interpret it.

It’s actually quite easy and done all the time in cases of slander and libel. Why would hate speech be any different than those limits on speech?

Atomwaffen Division (AWD) is an international neo-Nazi terror group, originating out of the United States. The group has expanded to the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, and elsewhere. The group calls for acts of violence against racial, religious, and ethnic groups, police, and bureaucrats, to prompt the collapse of society. Atomwaffen Division is also known as the "National Socialist Resistance Front". The Active Club Network are decentralized cells of white supremacy and neo-Nazi groups, which are active in many U.S. states, with multiple chapters in other nations, including Canada. The network was created in January 2021 and it promotes mixed martial arts to fight against what it asserts is a system that is targeting the white race, as well as a "warrior spirit" to prepare for a forthcoming race war. The Terrorgram Collective is a group of Telegram channels that share neo-fascist ideology and that produce and share manuals on how to carry out racially-motivated violence. Terrorgram channels have been linked to the Atomwaffen Division and other neo-Nazi and far right groups. So you were wrong to refer to skin colour as the issue? You are talking in circles.
