  1. Oil exports out of Vancouver increased 500% after the federal government bought Alberta a pipeline. Where do you think this oil goes?
  2. Good. It’s definitely the reefer! 😂
  3. So the Cons have won 2 seats since this recount. Do the conservatives here still believe in the election conspiracies? https://globalnews.ca/news/11194570/canada-2025-federal-election-recounts/ The Conservative Party of Canada came out victorious following federal election recounts in two ridings in Eastern Canada, both of which the Opposition won by only a handful of votes. After a recount process that took nearly two weeks, Elections Canada announced Friday that Conservative Jonathan Rowe had defeated Liberal Anthony Germain in the rural Newfoundland riding of Terra Nova—The Peninsulas by just 12 votes.
  4. What qualifications is she missing?
  5. Housing and policing are both provincial jurisdictions. People blaming the Feds feels like more “Trudeau’s fault” nonsense.
  6. If they’re cheating, why wouldn’t they say the Libs won by 5,000 votes?
  7. Africa is where the human species began. So some some parts of Africa are the only parts of the world where this wouldn’t apply No, the British parliamentary system is the basis for our democracy. That was brought about because people were tired of being ruled by people who were supposedly chosen by God to rule over us. They’re probably thinking that no one should claim to be able to rule over another by birthright and being chosen by God. Don’t you agree?
  8. Absolutely correct. NDP have no money and no leader. Those 7 MPs want a paycheque for at least a couple years, probably longer. If the electorate thought the NDP were to blame for another election, they’d be even more decimated. This is a very secure minority.
  9. The final recount was reviewed by a judge and all parties. The matter is officially closed. Only the conspiratards will be beaking off about it.
  10. Canada’s ability to pay its debts (debt and deficit to GDP) looks pretty rosy compared to most of the G7. Why does everyone ignore our fiscal situation compared to other countries?
  11. This just in! Liberals take Saskatchewan and Manitoba!
  12. Then why would Canada ever agree to changing the borders? We just might have to rent a few cruise ships to get rid of the separatists.
  13. They also insisted that there was a conspiracy to bring in “Liberal voters”.
  14. No one cares about your lying rightwing racist talking points. You got that correct.
  15. This has to be the weirdest right-wing issue that they set their hair on fire over. A complete boogeyman.
  16. Isn’t this something you Trump fans should like about the guy?
  17. Why is the question moot? You scared to answer a hypothetical question?
  18. Some say lizard people walk among us and the world is flat. The lizard and flat earth people are as crazy as the WEF people, like yourself.
  19. Ask your fellow Christians who take money from the Canadian government to buy food for the great work they do in foreign aid. Maybe those are the REAL Christians? https://foodgrainsbank.ca/about-us/members/ Canadian Foodgrains Bank is a partnership of 15 church and church-based agencies working together to end global hunger. Together, our members represent nearly 30 Christian denominations made up of over 12,000 individual congregations across Canada. Each of our members has an account at the Foodgrains Bank that they can draw from to provide food assistance during emergencies around the world and to fund programs that support families and communities in their efforts to access more and better food in the long term.
  20. I don’t think you’re correct. https://foodgrainsbank.ca/about-us/members/ Yeah, the paper you linked shows why it’s a terrible idea to do this. I argue that Canadian political and especially economic objectives in Mongolia led to a mining-centred aid program that reflected Canadian priorities and interests, instead of one that prioritized the needs of Mongolians.
  21. Yeah, NGOs got the money to buy food. The food they bought came from farms closer to where it was needed, not as a subsidy to Canadian farmers.
