  1. Don't vote for Biden! There was a Democrat that was part of the KKK last century!!!!
  2. This Sunday, the most watched TV News Show in the US will broadcast Trump having a temper tantrum because he doesn't like being asked about COVID-19. That'll wipe out any potential good that'll come from this debate.

Should be alright, provided Biden has a drool-bucket. Off camera of course...

People must be getting tired of the news on Covid.  As for Biden - somebody was asking what funeral home artist  does his make-up.  Lol.   That's low....but funny.

  3. 14 States, all ones that voted for Trump in 2016, set COVID-19 Hospitalization records today. . . but no one cares about it.

An uptick in Hospitalization speaks in contrary to the narrative that everyone that gets it recovers without issue. The more hospitalizations the more deaths, as a result.

Alos, in most public places, Smoking is banned because you can get lung cancer from others.

COVID-19 is very contagious so it's not good enough to tell people to decide for themselves.

Sure it is. Got Covid-19? Stay the fuck home...

      You, not me.

What if you don't have a job with Sick Days?

  4. I'm unsure what votes Trump expects to win by making fun of Anthony Fauci. And the juvenile nature in which he makes fun of his throwing arm speaks to his character. This from the guy who's never threw out a first pitch during his term because he's too scared he'd throw it in the dirt.
  5. Missed the point. Trump called her a Monster. Who's the real Monster here?
  6. I don't know how a person can sound more desperate. Against the backdrop, you have an amazing ad like this from the Lincoln Project.
  7. Giuliani admits that he took his Hunter Biden Laptop story to the NY Post because they wouldn't try to vet it.

  8. You know Trump is in deep trouble when he has to campaign in Georgia.

  9. You always know you're on the winning side of a debate when you're justifying the use of the N-Word.
  10. Biden's Town Hall beat Trump's in the Ratings. Hit Trump right where it matters to him.

Not really comparable.  ABC advertised their town hall.  NBC’s was a last minute scheduling.  Nice try though.

Everybody was aware both were on. Trump had the advantage of also being on MSNBC and CNBC.

  11. Trump can't remember if he took a COVID-19 test the day of the debate. But Biden is the Senile one.

He also said "Fourth Terms" instead of Fourth Year.

Again either Senile or sadistic?  you decide.

A day before the debate, and a day before you "find out" that your Aide has COVID-19.

They're purposely being obtuse because it's obvious they put people at risk at multiple public gatherings and the debate.

Trump does it all the time. "I don't know much about X person", "I probably owe the banks $400 million". "I probably got tested, I don't remember".

Note he said his doctors know, yet his doctors refuse to answer the question. I wonder why?

"Note he said his doctors know, yet his doctors refuse to answer the question. I wonder why?"

The answer is far too easy and obvious for cultists to understand.

Guys, there’s plenty of things to criticize Trump about.  You don’t have to reach for things.

  12. Clearly Trump and his followers should boycott Twitter and Facebook. That would be the ethical thing to do :)

      Be honest:

      Quote

The campaign formally requested that CNN retract the poll and publish a "full, fair, and conspicuous retraction, apology, and clarification to correct its misleading conclusions."

And they're right to request it. It's a ridiculous poll.

      Seems inline with current polling.

      From the article:

To the extent we have received legal threats from political leaders in the past, they have typically come from countries like Venezuela or other regimes where there is little or no respect for a free and independent media.

Imagine that!  Trump following the example of dictators!

  13. 20 US States have more COVID-19 deaths than the Province of Ontario. If Ontario was a State it'd be the 5th largest by population.

      bush_cheney2004

Ontario is not a state, and has far lower population density.

  14. Does "Protecting the Vulnerable" mean everyone with Co-Morbidities? So if you have Type 2 Diabetes or a Heart Condition you should be locked in your home? Have the people behind the Barrington Declaration done the calculations on how much Vulnerable people contribute to the economy.

The approach to protect those who are truly vulnerable makes more sense. For evidence look at the attitude toward shutdowns coming out now. Statements by WHO, which I posted about.

By now, many months into this we should have pretty good data to support who the vulnerable are, and who they are not.

Another interesting comparator is Germany. Complete opposite side of the spectrum. The Germans were probably the most strict in the implementation of a forced quarantine on their people.

Germany is now seeing the same large upswing in infections as most other first-world countries. They show 6000 cases today. Deaths are on the rise too, similar to other nations. You can draw conclusions from that about the return value of these expensive and inadequate safety practices.

Most places in the developed world are seeing a Second Wave. It was predictable.

Note the US never finished their first wave.

  15. So you're open to the idea that Arizona, Texas and Georgia are most certainly moving in the direction of not being lay ups for Republicans.
  16. Note, National Polling was largely accurate in 2016, so was House polling in 2018.
  17. Ask Trump. He's eager to label states Red or Blue when they fit his narrative.
  18. I've admitted the Dems were beaten in key states, likely because of hubris. Doesn't mean it will happen this year.
  19. OK, then votes from Obama. Or at least people who stayed home. I suspect history won't repeat itself.
  20. No, the border is closed. And it'll probably remain closed until the US get a POTUS that takes Covid seriously. The US must be hurting for all that Healthcare Tourism they benefit from while refusing to provide all their own citizen's healthcare.
  21. I've admitted this several times. Dems took the Rust Belt for granted. That's why Trump won. They knew they could target areas in Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania to take votes from Hillary. She assumed she'd get those voters. The Dems aren't taking those states for granted and have huge leads in all three states. Added to that Arizona, Ohio, Texas, North Carolina are also in play now. Biden could get 400 EC Votes.
  22. If Barrett can't commit to whether she'd overturn Roe v Wade, why should Biden commit to packing the court?

A fair, reputable judge cannot and will not make any decisions without listening to the presented arguments in a litigation.  Lol.   That would be like a SC judge saying, he'll overturn the guilty verdict on a criminal BEFORE THE HEARING  by the Supreme Court!

Biden is not a judge.  He is not bound by the same rule as a judge.

Furthermore.....the question is being asked because of BIDEN'S BIG MOUTH!

Biden made the claim - he made a statement talking about it.  He used it as a threat!   THEREFORE - he should answer and make it clear if indeed, that's what he intends to do!

In an Age where Mitch McConnell would have hearings on Obama's judicial nominees.

  23. Kay. Polling in State-by-State races weren't nearly as detailed as they are this time. That was the clear fault in 2016. Hillary did win the popular vote. So polling was correct, it was just irrelevant because Trump was able to win 3 states by a fraction of a percent. Another thing to consider is the other candidates. This year they should play less a role.
  24. National Polling in 2016 was largely accurate. Hillary within the margin of error. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/monkey-cage/wp/2016/12/05/which-was-the-most-accurate-national-poll-in-the-2016-presidential-election/ It was statewide polling that mattered. And State-wide polling matters now. Trump has pulled advertising in many battleground states. He's losing or very close to Biden in several states he won. Some by the smallest margins and some by big leads like with Iowa, Georgia, North Carolina and even Texas. Polling never showed the Liberals were far ahead. They were always neck and neck . https://policyoptions.irpp.org/magazines/november-2019/how-did-the-polls-fare-in-election-2019/ Like with the EC, the national poll doesn't matter. At least in Canada the contests aren't winner take all, they're separate ridings. It's harder to poll individual ridings than entire provinces or regions. The Liberals won where it mattered, the Toronto Suburbs. That's the most important electoral bloc in Canada.
  25. Don't support banning Plastic Bags. I re-use grocery plastic bags as garbage bags. This will just force me to pay more for the same product labelled as a kitchen catcher garbage bag instead of grocery bag. Grocery Bags are very re-usable. I still try to use clothes bags or boxes as much as possible. For the rest of the stuff on the list. GOOD! Plastic Stir Sticks and Straws just end up going into the Landfill. Take-Out Containers should be biodegradable. I keep those black plastic containers around as back up tupperware, but they're much more annoying to clean and dry as well in the Dishwasher. I saw part of the Press Conference. The goal is to ban things where alternatives exist. So I'm not sure how this will cost jobs.
