    I don't think anyone in Ontario would put up with another Shutdown. Certainly restaurants couldn't survive another round of Take-Out only options. Trying to limit social gatherings is a good goal because it appears that's where all the positive cases are coming from.

    He's just laying the ground work for a reason to contest his impending L. The thing is, most Battleground states that'll provide him the L do absentee balloting the way he approves. The ones that do it the way he disapproves of are already pretty Blue.

    Trump did exactly what he wanted. He had no plans on having a debate. He was just going to talk over Biden and then play victim when Biden lashed back. It's the whole narrative about fighting with a pig in the mud, but the pig likes it. So then what's the point of any future debates? Because it's clear Trump doesn't really want to debate, he just wants to have a televised internet comments section with Biden. I also don't really see how behaving like that broadens his appeal?

    That Libertarian view is a reasonable one. But then the government can tell you not to bother come to a hospital should you get sick. But then let's say you recover without medical intervention but infect scores of other people because you just don't give a shit? Libertarianism can have reasonable view, but it also can come off as Selfish AF.

But feel free to support someone that's admitted he gets along better with Brutal dictators instead of democratically elected leaders.

    It's the US that pays more on the military than all other allies combined. Perhaps if Trump really wanted to tamp down on wars in the world, he'd have cut defence spending.

    I like how Trump doesn't do any Debate prep. Who needs to prepare when you don't plan on presenting any verifiable facts?

      Trump doesn't do any Debate prep? Who told you that? Speaking of not "presenting any verifiable facts," I mean. You might try the practice what you preach technique and do a little research to verify your claims if you're suggesting you know how much debate prep Trump does.

      Trump's said he doesn't really need much prep because the media is giving him practice attacking him with bogus claims and challenging questions everyday but he's not saying he doesn't to any prep. In fact he brought Gulliani and Christie with him to a presser on the weekend and introduced them as his prep team. 

      In fact here's the press secretary explaining the prep he's been doing in detail:

    Trump has insulated himself with people that only believe what he tells them. So for those people, there's no bad news that can effect them. They'll believe he didn't purposely downplay the virus when he's on tape saying, specifically, that he likes to do that. But for others it may tarnish his successful business man persona. He's actually a rather shitty businessman.
