  1. These stories are all over the internet, but this is your obvious schtick. This is why you always want cites and why I choose to not give them. The other 2 cites were CTV. There are plenty more, I chose canadian ones, because if I chose US articles, you'd complain about that. You're weak, why not try to discuss issues. Here is an excerpt from the Global News BC article; Plett specifically referenced the case of Christopher Hambrook, a Toronto man who posed as a transgender woman named “Jessica” to access two women’s shelters, where he sexually assaulted women. He has since been declared a dangerous offender.
  2. Last year, an Edmonton transgender student's wish to use the girl's washroom at her Catholic elementary school pushed the issue of gender inclusive policies into the spotlight. The seven-year-old girl was originally told she had to use a single-stall washroom at the school. But the principal relented after a public outcry. Everyone has the right to define their own gender identity. Trans people should be recognized and treated as the gender they live in, whether or not they have undergone surgery, or their identity documents are up to date. Trans people should have access to washrooms, change rooms and other gender specific services and facilities based on their lived gender identity. TORONTO, March 4, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A biological man claiming to be ‘transgender’ so as to gain access to and prey on women at two Toronto shelters was jailed “indefinitely” last week after being declared by a judge a “dangerous offender.” Pro-family leaders are pointing out that this is exactly the type of incident they warned of as the Ontario government passed its “gender identity” bill, dubbed the “bathroom bill,” in 2012.
  3. Oh man, the black community sure missed out on that loophole.
  4. First off, I tried being nice to you when you were hiding behind the "criminal" aspect of incest when in reality, you don't accept the incestuals simply because you think it's disgusting. Secondly, do you actually know the end goal of this transgender issue? Up until yesterday you didn't, maybe you still don't.
  5. You know, when I hear the terms "washroom issue", or "bathroom issue" all i'm hearing is someone who really doesn't understand the scope of the issue. It makes me wonder if people are looking into the issue or simply reading the headline, the headline that is being force fed to you. I'd think you would know that the terms "bathroom bill" or "bathroom law" are an effort by the left to downplay the issue as much as possible - make it seem silly.
  6. Ever notice that these celebrities that hate Trump all talk of moving to Canada, why don't they ever threaten to move to Mexico?
  7. Well, there are many of you, and I've been arguing BC Chick with the intention that she knew their goals, how embarrassing to realize that she had no clue. You're obviously aware that they're seeking change room and shower access right? You know they're looking to compete in sports as their gender of choice and that on field trips they want to be placed in sleeping quarters with the gender of their choice right? They want access to women only gym's and saunas? You also understand that to be transgender, you don't need meds, surgery, doctors note, you don't have to dress or look like the opposite gender, you don't even have to be gay? You don't even have to transgender - to be transgender, you just have question your own sexuality. You don't have to remain transgender, you can actually switch back and forth without notice, And of course you know that someone who claims to be transgender can NEVER be questioned? Right?
  8. If they were, that would be good. But, they don't want any bathroom/change room or shower that makes them seem different. Schools have offered them their own bathroom and offered to allow them the use of the teacher's shower, pools suggest that they use the family change rooms and other facilities have offered up disability amenities - they don't want any of that. This isn't about making the practical choice - never was. This is what is so frustrating - you people don't know what they're really asking and you don't know (because it has never been defined) what a transgender person even is.
  9. Good grief, does every defense have to come down to KKK or the Nazis? Anyway, letting blacks into formerly "white only" establishments didn't actually affect anybody, and before we get into gay marriage, no, that didn't affect anybody either. This situation does have a direct affect on the wellbeing of others. Why can't the transgender community be happy using the family or disabled facilities?
  10. You do understand that this issue is about not simply bathrooms...right? You do know that? We still live in a society that accepts...no, wants businesses that segregate against men such as Curves and other women only fitness places. You honestly think these women who don't want men even seeing them workout, want to all of the sudden have them in the shower? You think teenage girls and college students are comfortable with that? C'mon? You know that can't be true! This issue certainly affects everybody in society, not simply transgendered people. There should be a referendum to see what people really think. My guess is you'd be surprised.
  11. OK, BC_Chick, You won't come forward with a straight answer, so I'll let you off the hook. You don't like incest, you think it's disgusting. Even with the reproduction issue off the table, you still think it's disgusting - and I probably agree. Do I think you're bigoted for feeling this way? No, you are simply a person with a line as to what is acceptable sexual behaviour. Same as the rest of us, or most of us. When the day comes that we're forced to feel a certain way about the incestuals - and it will come, I know you'll be with us. So, why are we shouted down as bigoted for not being accepting of the transgender situation? The only difference between you and I is the where the line is drawn. I don't have anything against transgendered people just as I assume you don't have anything against Incestuals as people - it's a matter of being forced to accept something or a law that is just simply over the line. Same as beastiality or pedophelia. I'm against the transgendered thing mainly because of the effects it'll certainly have on the community as a whole. I'm not a bigot, nor am I a hater, I wish them no ill will, i'm just not prepared to compromise the comfort level of at least 51% of the population for the comfort level of .03% of the population.
  12. Well, formerly I've always prescribed to the idea that "normal" ranges fairly close to average...or typical. However, since joining this group, I've been inundated with liberals telling me that such things as homosexuality and now transgender is normal. If such small percentages of minorities are now considered normal, then I'd have to list incest with the term "normal" as well. I know the rule, if everything is normal, then nothing is. If you can accept transgender as normal...and therefore acceptable, surely you look at incest with the same open-mindedness. Maybe we're keying on the wrong word though, I prefer to ask you why you'd use the word "disgusting". It seems that wether these people engage in criminal behaviour or not, you're still using the word "disgusting"...why?
  13. Well, if .03% of the population (transgenders) can be listed as normal, I guess anything acceptable by society should be considered normal.
  14. I disagree with your "criminal" aspect, mainly because we don't jail mothers who drink, smoke or do drugs while pregnant. But, I am glad that you believe incest (other than reproduction) is normal. That's a start!
  15. You're only answer is; Incest is disgusting. There are no real victims of incest - at least not any more than those children born with FAS or the babies of drug users. And, if done with care (as I mentioned before) then incestual people don't or won't even have children. We accept homosexuals knowing that they won't produce, but might choose adoption. Same can be true if brothers and sisters marry and choose adoption (or alternatives) instead of child bearing. Incest is still taboo, because well...people like you just think it's disgusting. Movies and TV are still able to laugh and make jokes about incest, and in fact many liberals in the world as well as in the forum make jokes and trash the incestuals and their rights. I've seen people here and even news pundits on CNN and MSNBC suggest and laugh calling Trump supports hillbillies and inbreds. People that think this way are bigots and they choose to hang their bigotry on some 19th century thinking about inbreds, but it's a new world now. I know, all you liberals have fear and hatred for the incestual, but you'll have to accept that they have rights too. If you claim that you're not a bigot, then you'll have to admit that incest is normal and you support it. Right?
  16. Just answer the question! Or, is this another one that you know any answer makes you wrong - again?
  17. What about contraception, homosexuality, sterilization of incestual people? Would it still seem disgusting? And, so what about birth defects anyway, the topic is way overblown and besides, are special needs people not people? Are they not worthy of love? So what if they have some small deficiency? Are you against people that have special needs children? Face it, incestual people have every right to live as they want. Do you agree?
  18. So, now "on second thought", you're ok with incest? Great! Alright, now that incest is OK, what about pediphilia? I mean, if we are ok with letting pre-teen kids choose their sexuality, are we really in a position to tell them that they can't have sex before a certain age?
  19. What is your view on incest?
  20. Ive seen the story of Bill Clinton taking at least 26 flights with that pedophile dude on the "Lolita Express" (if that name doesn't give anything away) pop up on Facebook's trending section, but it quickly disappeared. If the story is yet hidden from the public, you people should read it.
  21. I do believe a male bodied person can compete as whatever their chosen gender may be. I can't wait to see female college sports in about 7-10 years.
  22. Probably the convention. My money on Gingrich, but I also think it depends on what Trump needs to secure certain areas.
  23. http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2016/05/16/transgender-bathroom-rule-matter-dignity-obama-says/84460430/ You see, the term "bathroom issue" or "bathroom bill" is an attempt to cover the more serious concerns - that being change rooms and showers. If you aren't aware that the issue encompasses locker rooms and showers, it's obviously worked on some people. Everytime you hear someone oppose and claim that they don't want their daughter sharing a changeroom with a "male bodied" person, the response is usually, "it's just a bathroom", but it's not. It's much more than that, and the liberals want to downplay the shower/changeroom aspect. We accept fitness gyms that are female only because many women want that privacy to workout and do their thing without male bodied people in the area, now that idea will have to change also. I said earlier that I'm getting beyond the point of caring. We've seen issues arise in Seattle and New York where swim teams made up of young girls are faced with male bodied people in their changerooms and the result is; the other person had full run of the change area while the teams of young girls chose to cram into the smaller "family room". You can find the cite for yourself if you don't believe it. Now, being the gender that I personally identify with, this is only good for me. I do wonder why young women and people with young children want to learn their lessons the hard way though.
  24. Brilliant! Is that what you think were talking about?
