  1. HI Bill, If you take the time to read you will see that American Financial Group was started by seed capital of Noriega whose secretary, translator, and personal banker (Teresita Tapia) married the President of AFG (Edward Chism) who worked 20+ years for the U,S. Justice Department before taking $43 million from Canadian investors and spending only 8 months in prison for it. See link 1 link 2 You really should read the entire 11 page Reiken report (The Canadian Private Investigator) which is an exhibit with this Law Society complaint against one of the lawyers that sold Gorcyca down the river http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpressand paye attention to what he says about honest RCMP officials and recordings. The FBI also consluded that Noriega was both a client and partner of AFG the day they were busted in error by the SEC, which learned too late that AFG was a government front company. But once they issued their news release about the bust, it was too late. Everyone in Washington was sweating bullets and looking for plausible deniability. The cover-up kicked in. Imagine serving only 8 months prison time for an $87 million fraud? Friends of the Bush family always seem to end up in jail - at least for a few months. Read what Gorcyca wrote about Alberto Duque, another friend of Jeb Bush (owner of City National Bank)
  2. If he was 10 or 20 years younger, I would be suspicious, but not at age 79. But let's see...
  3. What I hear is that it had to do with sales of a new underwater missile launcher to either Russia or China that the U.S. wanted to stop. I think you may recall that Schreiber sold arms not just airbus airliners. That extradition derailed his arms sales for 8 years eh? The point is that courts are used as weapons and props of government and corrupt officials who need to hide their shady dealings. Innocent people are criminalized and bankrupted in the process and then smeared so the public won't believe them.
  4. You might have a different, less cavalier attitude, if it was one of your family members murdered just for being a witness, or if you were one of the 139 Affinity Capital investors who lost $43 million only to keep the lid on the American Financial Group scandal that links Jeb Bush to drug smuggling in Canada and Harper's help to keep it secret for Bush - and $3 million. http://2006bruce.blogspot.ca
  5. Keep in mind the majority on this forum are fiercely loyal conservatives who defend even the wrong-doings and crimes of their leaders at almost any cost. So your answers here may not be 100% objective.
  6. Get of your ass and go look at the courthouse archives if you think the document scans posted on blogs are fake. I made the journey to Oscgoode Hall and verified that the evidence on file matched the scans posted on the blogs you refer to. I aslo saw many references to audio and video tape exhibits but with the notation "Removed for administrative purposes".
  7. I love how you glance and don't read court files, the report of P.I. Ed Reiken, (exhibit in this law society complaint http:bruce'slawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com) the 2006 letter to Harper from Gorcyca, http://20006bruce.blogspot.caand the history and news clippings and sworn statements at http;//whyunclesamhatesbruce.blogspot.ca This forum is not a courtroom where witnesses can be questioned under oath and documents compelled to be produced by court order. What took place is historical and at least a hundred honest police and court employees know it to be true. People have been murdered, threatened, and court files of Terry Nelson and Harper pal Mike Huxtable sealed to hide the corruption. Canadian families have been bankrupted with the American Financial Group cover-up, and reputations falsely ruined to Harper and friends out of jail. Book manuscripts do not get seized for no reason by a government that is supposed to be a democracy. You choose to conveniently remain in denial. The DEA reference was to demonstrate how easily these schemes become reality but people have a hard time believing that that their elected officials could be profiting from narcotics smuggling and sales. One question I put out there directly... Is Harper or ANY former PM above the law or immune from criminal prosecution for past acts that caused people to die, be falsely jailed, fales extradited, or terrorized on Canadian soil?
  8. Also, a most senior RCMP official in Ontario is on record as saying "Gorcyca was direct and truthful with his information which dove-tailed with our own".
  9. Some of you clearly cannot read or are too lazy to do so. The two eyewitnesses to the crimes described were rushed out of Canada by Harper before any MP could muster up a formal investigation. There are indeed honest DEA and honest RCMP who if subpoenaed in a court of law or Parlimentary investigation, confirm the allegations. Some of you hope by ignoring the facts they will just fade away. Not likely when 139 Canadians were swindled out of $43 million and $1 Billion of cocaine was allowed on Canadian soil. Forget the specific crimes for a moment and look at the broader picture... This comes down to CENSORSHIP and freedom of speech. Two whistleblowers come to Canada to alert Canadians to massive corruption being imposed on Canada (maybe even on Harper - there is a small possibility he he was blackmailed and the $3million was a "thank you" campaign contribution.) By criminalizing the witnesses - even resorting to a fake extradition, Harper basically said CENSORSHIP IS OUR NEW POLICY FOR CANADA. I think most Canadians would reject this yet the media stays mum. BTW... it is matter of police records that both corrupt FBI agent Terry Nelson and Harper's pal Mike Huxtable were arrested with 4 tons of cocaine in 1997 in Weyburn, Saskatchewan and two mounties vehemently protested the cover-up and were transferred to remote outposts as punishment. An investigative reporter named Gary Webb who first reported the shady dealings South of the boarder in Montana was found shot TWICE in the head with a "suicide note" that was typed. Furthermore, MP Paul Szabo was given video and audio recordings as were the RCMP and FBI according to Canadian court files. So yes, dear sir... these things did take place, but nobody seems to have the balls to start a proceeding or Parliamentary investigation. It is a sad day when someone is not allowed to testify on their own behalf in Canada, had a lawyer who after visited by 4 U.S. federal agents and makes a trip to Panama suddenly tells the court "I seem to have somehow misplaced those items", and then has to cooperate with honest DEA and RCMP from the safety of China after their family home in Mississauga is shot up twice in one month. I once again suggest you stop glancing and start reading. There is ample evidence, recordngs, witnesses, and police files to make a case against Harper, Rob Nicholson, and Michael Huxtable (if he is still alive) Two Canadians have been murdered thus far and more than five Americans were snuffed all within a two year time period and all witnesses to the above matters. Did you read the letters from Ottawa Reporter Paul McKay and the 7 page letter sent to the FBI Director Mueller and the 11 page investigative report of Canadian PI Ed Reiken? If you did, you would not doubt the above scenario for a second. Start here and read http://bruceslawsocietycomplaint.wordpress.com and pay attention to the exhibits and dates. Then read the two chapters leaked from the seized bookmanuscripts at worldlawdirect.com, and finally the letter Gorcyca wrote to Harper when he was drinking in 2006 http://2006bruce.blogspot.ca. Here's the link to the two chapters leaked by "Nico". http://www.worldlawdirect.com/forum/off-topic-messages/91146-uncle-sam-seized-book-manuscripts-protect-jeb-bush.html I hardly think anyone posting on this forum knows more than RCMP, FBI, and DEA agents - especially a 20 year veteran FBI supervisor (Ted Gunderson) and a 30 year DEA director (now retired Dennis Dayle) P.S. As for the reference to Mulroney... he did not orchestrate a fake extradition to silence/discredit/remove a witness from Canada - Harper did. See http://www.opnlttr.com/letter/pm-stephen-harper-violated-law-human-rights-treaty-8-times-fake-extradition-bruce-gorcyca
  10. Give him time. He is just warming up and learning the ropes. He may be young but don't underestimate the young man. I suspect he will hold his own against any verbal opponent within the next 2 years.
  11. Another mess created by American foreign policy that we have to pay for, yet I have to sympathize for the Syrian refugees. They are homeless by no fault of their own, and helping them with humanitarian support is the right thing to do.Maybe a temporary home with guaranteed repatriation might be the way to go? Hopefully CSIS will CAREFULLY screen every refugee whose feet touch Canadian soil before they actually do.
  12. Considering the stink made about Senator Duffy and Rob Ford and Karlheinz Schreiber, I am a bit shocked that Canadian investigative reporters won't dig into massive drug smuggling and money laundering Harper allowed to take place on our soil - especially since the bulk of the black profits went to the yanks. Aside from the $3 million made by Harper, only Levesque and Nesbitt Burns (and the bikers who handled the nation-wide distribution) made the big bucks. But the end users of all this cocaine and heroin included our high school and uni students. Are we supposed to let Stephen just ride off into the sunset with a fat pension for deliberately ignoring and allowing the posioning of our kids - especially at the expense of Canadian investors? RE: http://AmericanFinancialGroupFraud.wordpress.com Harper did far more than just "look the other way". He made sure that two eye witnesses were rushed out of Canada by using his Justice and Immigration Ministries as political weapons. With these two guys in Canada Harper risks spending the balance of his life in prison, that is why Gorcyca and Ingvaldsen simply had to go. The media toyed with Rob Ford until the video turned up. There has, according to court records and sworn private investigator's report been both audio and video tapes about this huge drug ring for years. Why is the Canadian media afraid to make those tapes public or track down a copy of these seized book manuscripts; http://www.worldlawdirect.com/forum/off-topic-messages/91146-uncle-sam-seized-book-manuscripts-protect-jeb-bush.html Hrper went out of his way to approve a fake extradiiion of a former federal agent to keep his own ass out of jail. If the media will not hold our pols accountable on the big down and dirty stuff most foul, why bother with Rob Ford's drug addiction? Why does Canada, just like America punish whistle blowers instead of help them. We are becoming the 51st state and our media is asleep at the switch, or somehow standing to gin from all the corruption they deliberately ignore??? http://www.veteranstodayforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=1229
  13. You nailed it friend. This story is especially abhorable because it reveals WHY RECREATIONAL DRUGS HAVE NOT BEEN, AND WILL NOT BE LEGALIZED - The North American narcotics indusrty underwent a hostile takeover in the 1990s and the Bush mob uses the CIA and NSA to rund their errands so to speak. Even if Harper objected to what Ingvaldsen and Gorcyca revealed to him ($1B of cocaine smuggling into Canada quarterly), The NSA has a collection of "Harper's Secrets" that Jeb only needs to dangle over his head for less than a minute to obtain submission and cooperation. If he did it for the money, Harper was an idiot to sell his soul and what was left of his integrity for only $3 million. BTW... I found this earlier today: More linkage to U.S.government participation & passive approval of 160,000 tons of cocaine coming into Canada over 10 year span @ $18,000 per kilo profit for Team Bush. Maybe the $3 million paid to Harper was just 1 of many installment payments? "In my 30-year history in the Drug Enforcement Administration and related agencies, the major targets of my investigations almost invariably turned out to be working for the CIA." Dennis Dayle, former chief of an elite DEA enforcement unit. http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=20001 Louis Sapi, David Lewis, Brian McWilliams and all the Affinity Capital investors of Toronto have grounds for a $300,000,000 dollar law suit against the U.S. Justice Department for causing their losses with a cover-up of the AFG money laundering. See http://americanfinancialgroupfraud.wordpress.com I wonder if it was this DEA supervisor who visited with Gorcyca in China and admitted... "We had a Wall Street task force closing in on the money laundering end of things that would confirm what you, Benitez, and Ingvaldsen explained. As XXXXXX told you, all that evidence was lost when WTC7 building was taken out. Now we have to count on Finta and you guys, but since they made you three and Tatum convicted felons, all we have that is legally bullet-proof is Finta and those phone bills you gave to XXXXXXX. Luckily, they cannot explain away those recordings". You know, parliament went after Mulroney for a lot less serious stuff. Harper warrants a far deeper probe. Ironically Gorcyca and Schreiber were apparently cellmates and friends according to Nico who says Gorcyca wrote the final chapter of his book about "The real reason Schreiber was targeted" and suggests "it really had nothing to do with taxes"
