  1. Hi @Greg - this goes out to you because it is your forum. The GUIDELINES https://repolitics.com/forums/guidelines/ have several references to No Rolling, Personal Attacks, Insults... show respect and be polite So can you explain how an utterly retarded post such a RedDog's survives being reported ? What exactly do you want out of this forum seriously ? Are you happy with the low quality of posters who have gravitated here to post garbage or does it upset you in any way ? I am seriously confused by your rules at this point.

  2. I don’t know if they’ll charge him or not. Remember, this could all have stopped if he just turned over the documents when they asked, and it could have stopped with their seizure. It was Trump who publicized the search and it was Trump who filed for a special master. For all we know, maybe DOJ just wanted the docs quietly returned and nothing more. OTOH, mishandling classified documents usually winds up with criminal prosecution. The fact that he was a President should not make things any different. I think a good example is David Petraeus, who shared classified information with an active US military officer, and no-one else. He was still found guilty of a felony and lost his clearance.

  3. Oh and your kid grooming days are coming to an end little Proggies. Don't like it? Choke on it.

  4. Oh and speaking of how the results of these lawsuits often change the media story I'll bet your media forgot to tell you about this one: Judge Roy Moore Vindicated, Wins $8.2 Million Defamation Lawsuit

  5. This thread is riddled with conclusions based on accusations from some lefty outlet posted as fact and too often involving somebody who doesn't even matter. And Beave should be pissed at you. You've really crippled him for what he might try to post in the future. Beave knows, even if you don't, that the next time he posts one of these meaningless slurs from far left media I'll be telling him how even his fellow Progs, like Rebound, are disgusted with him for doing that. Smooth move Ex Lax.

  6. To be honest with you, the hard line might be no better than the soft liberal one, when you look at the results. But in this particular case, the one that this thread is about, the dude with 59 convictions shouldn’t have been released. The law dictated his sentencing and the parole board’s actions. It’s not the board’s fault when laws and judges dictate their actions, at least to a point. The larger picture of First Nations issues, can be solved. This summer I heard several First Nations speakers share what is on their hearts. I was amazed to hear such courage and leadership. They shared the horrors of their childhood years, and I would trust leaders such as those, if they were tasked with finding solutions. Our politicians do not have the moral fortitude to come up with meaningful solutions.

  7. Your Boy, Beave set the rules to this game. You were pretty impressed when Beave was posting stories on nobodies with a Republican connection based on a slur from say the Daily Beast. What's changed? The rules? Very well, inform Beave.

  8. Well in none of those VERY RARE (and also mostly old) cases did the Canadian LG or GG call Buckingham palace for direction. Which proves that even if an office of GG/LG is required we don’t need to it to be associated with the British monarchy

  9. America is already great. And putting a fascist in charge won’t make us greater, it will destroy us. He lost by 4 million votes, then he lost by 7 million votes and staged a riot to try to stay in power. Now he has lawyers trying to impose new rules to allow state legislatures to overturn any presidential election results they want. There is nothing good about subverting the vote.

  10. Speaking of Democrat Pervs, Beave. Here's another example of why your guys want to cancel the word "Groomer:" Top Arizona Democrat sued over secret sex chat rooms for kids…

  11. Well nobody seemed to be taking you seriously. I was fine with that. Every once in awhile somebody (like me for example) would drop in to mock then leave. Now you have a couple collaborators or possibly 1 on a VPN. Who knows. They sound like clones but whatever...the 2 or 3 of you seem to be attracting actual attention. So now I'm willing to play. Go ahead then. It's your turn. Bury the page with all these 'only Republicans are dirty' stories you say you've got. I'll try to keep up. See if I can't match you with the Dirty Dem stories we keep hearing. Then what have you got, I wonder? Your usual nothing, I think.

  12. Sweden got involved in the Thirty Years War. Since then, Sweden has stood by while France invaded Germany, and Germany invaded France. How civilised of the Swedes: stand by while Canadians and Australians die to fight these Germans. Norway? Not part of the EU. Own currency. Limited immigration - who wants to live in a cold place? Alberta without equalisation. === Norway has the advantage of ocean access.

  13. Can you point to an example? Chretien appointed GG went along with Harper on proroguing parliament. In practice they defer to parliament and never dare weird power precisely because they are unelected

  14. Nah...why bother. I was going to leave this one alone but what the Hell. If Beave wants to post a troll thread, this looks like a job for counter trolls. Let's start with this one from a couple of days ago: https://heavy.com/news/robert-telles-jeff-german-murder/ The Democrat murdered a journalist for negative reporting against Democrat Telles. OK and what was that last one Beave posted? Something about a Republican pervert or something? Very well...remember Ed Buck? Go ahead Beave. Impress us. Give us another one. If you're going to insist on playing this game I might well beat you at it. Might be fun.

  15. Of course slavery was cruel and evil but whites were not the only participants in it. There is always more blame laid on the West for slavery but the left seems to forget the enormous effort of those who fought so hard to end the practice. The British and Americans(mostly Republicans).

  16. Satire from The Borowitz Report Putin Says He Is Losing War in Ukraine Because F.B.I. Seized Stuff He Needed MOSCOW (The Borowitz Report)—Amid reports that the Russian front has collapsed near Kharkiv, Vladimir Putin complained that the only reason he is losing the war in Ukraine is that the F.B.I. recently seized stuff he needed. “I’m not going to go into detail, but there were things I needed, very important things, that the F.B.I. has confiscated that should have been sent to me,” the Russian President said. “If I had those things right now, I wouldn’t be getting my ass kicked all over Kharkiv.” The fact that materials intended for him are in the hands of the F.B.I. has made him question “whether America is really a democracy,” he said. “I think if you pay for something—and I mean pay in cash—it should be sent to you,” he said. “Hopefully the special master will straighten all this out.” https://www.newyorker.com/humor/borowitz-report/putin-says-he-is-losing-war-in-ukraine-because-fbi-seized-stuff-he-needed ?

  17. No he won't because only you butt stubborn deniers think Climate change and environmental issues are a partisan issue. You've staked your claim to that ignorance. Bullshit. Only Quebec and native territories have any claim to nationhood. Nobody else has a distinct ethnicity, culture or language. To the Commonwealth countries 'celebrating' the death of a colonialist': QE2 was the one who presided over your de-colonization you effing half wits. Kicked Rhodesia out of the Commonwealth, supported ant-apartheid efforts in S Africa... duhh!

  18. I’ve been trying to find anything on the French study, it’s amazing how things get wiped off the internet. I’m pretty sure the answer to your question is over 90%, but I can’t find it now… Here’s another study, similar results: https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fmed.2021.668995/full Our monocentric study shows that the rate of daily smokers is significantly lower amongst the patients with symptomatic COVID-19 compared to the French population. This was regardless of the patients' admission status. The SIRs of daily smokers in the outpatients and inpatients groups were identical at 0.24 [0.12–0.48] and 0.24 [0.14–0.40], respectively, which is 76% lower than that of the French population (after adjusting for age and gender).

  19. How much do you imagine we pay for the monarchy? In the UK it's long established that the monarchy pays for itself multiple times over through increased tourism. In Canada all we pay for is the GG's salary. More to the point, if you were a conservative you would realize the importance of uniting a people through the history, traditions and institutions of a nation. But you're not really a Canadian conservative. You're a desperate Trumpist who sees himself as an American, worships the man, and despises the country he's in. In an interview Stephen Harper once had, when he was prime minister, on the subject of the Crown, he said that, “like most Canadians, I was largely indifferent to the Crown.” But then he went on to say that since he held high office, he had come to see its remarkable value. Even more importantly, he added in a somewhat dark aside, “I have looked closely at the alternatives and they scare me.”

  21. You would’ve been a cheerleader for residential schools in the 19th and early to mid-20th century. Educating illiterate people for free was considered a tremendous social good at the time by almost everyone. Since it was impossible to build thousands of schools in remote locations with few people, the students took up residence for an education away from home. People pay a lot to send their kids to boarding school. Yes bad apples committed abuse and there was abuse at all schools. I’m sure without parents nearby it was worse, and the cultural/linguistic suppression was wrong by our standards but considered civilizing by most people at the time. What value is there in trying to pin residential schools on one person, especially since those generations are long gone? It was a much harsher world for all. It’s your simplistic moralizing lack of perspective that leads to misjudgement and things like residential schools.

  22. Then WHY would you DEFEND anything HE SAYS? My evaluations of Trump's credibility are based solely on HIS contradictory words. He OFTEN contradicts HIMSELF within weeks or even days.

  23. This is what happens when you divide people into hundreds of groups, and then pit all of them against each other. And then show preface for some groups over others, What this country needs is strong leadership that unites us, under one flag, one purpose, until then Canadians will do what is best for themselves and their small groups..

  24. Just curious why is this story the straw that made you realize just how reckless the liberals have been with spending. I mean in just the pandemic years he spent well over 650 bil dollars, not to mention his yearly deficits over 8 years i don't know about you but that got my attention pretty early. Not sure where they got their figure of the age public service worker making more than 100 k or more, unless they are talking about those working directly with the government in Ottawa. I worked for them for 34 years in the military and 5 years as a civilian worker, and made not even close to those numbers and most years not even 1/2 of that. In any case those workers do pay taxes as well, and in the military's case with a lot less rights than the average Canadian and they make a lot less than average of 100 k a year... Anyways i glad you have come to this conclusion now rather than later, i wish more people would see it for what it is.

  25. Protectionism (or fear of reprisal) is a major reason crime is bad on "reservations". The RCMP cannot get information from the community to assist in solving crimes so, the crime often stays unsolved.

  26. I don't troll and do try to have a decent conversation, even with those that I don't agree with or those that do not agree with me. That is what conversation is all about. But, if I get insulted or demeaned by retort, I will retaliate. And honestly, if the retorts become absurd, I do like to egg on some of the posters here. Some are so gullible and righteous, it is not a challenge to get them to explode:)

  27. Right ? It's a pile on of people just repeating buzzwords like "Democrat Marxists" "Wokism" Zero context, zero analysis and generally unprincipled low-intellect contributions... This is why Trudeau will win a 4th term - people can't offer an alternative that rises above name calling...

  29. Yes are you retarded I’m accusing conservatives of saying black people are criminals. As was exactly the case with Trayvonn Martin. Conservatives always try to imply that Black people are criminals and that criminals are mostly black people. Whenever a police officer kills a black person without justification the conservatives always take the cops side and claim the black person deserved it. Damn near 100% of the time

  30. Her mob smashed a window despite the cops on the other side already having guns drawn. She tried to jump through it and the predictable happened. If you’re like your fellow right wingers you do base your morality on skin colour. They don’t say black people deserve to he shot, they say dangerous criminals deserve to he shot…then look for any excuse to claim the black person was a dangerous criminal.
