General safety is not what's being discussed, and you know it. We're talking about why ex-Muslims - apostates in your judgement - are not safe outside of Muslim-controlled countries. Yes, I've heard this same argument presented to explain why hijabs and burkas are a "choice". I'm an apostate from my own religion and while they do not prescribe literal death for me (I'm actually 100% confident they will not literally kill me, unlike Muslim apostates, so I don't hire bodyguards), they do shun you like you're dead. They tell people that that is my "choice" as well. So you're saying they're not safe anywhere, or........??? I dont' know where you got that I am against Islamic countries having government. Our difference, I would suggest, is what kind of government is best and I of course feel a secular government is best for humans, not one based on stone-age religious thinking. there is no need for the government to buy ANY new MRI, or cat scanners or anything else. the private sector can buy and operate all of the medical imaging equipment we need and in some provinces does just that. It is not socialized service delivery that we need, it is socialized medical insurance. In any other developed country they coexist happily.

Seems kind of odd Walmart would set prices with the price ending in "7," considering it would be rounded off to "5." If anything, one wonders why the prices are not rounded off to the nearest "8." Leaving the consumer to think prices are really cheaper than they are, when in fact since Canadian prices are rounded off to the nearest 5, it makes the product appear more expensive, considering a $4.97 item will be rounded off to $4.95 (sans taxes), as opposed to pricing an item at $4.98, and having it rounded off to $5.00

This is to make a person think the price is a result of some real calculation involving production and transportation costs, profit margin and what not, but no, now we can be sure all is pure guesswork and manipulation to extort to the highest amount of cash from our pockets. Not that I can do much about it, but when at the end of the shopping I go to the automated self-check out, where the voice of their Siri starts reading the prices in her mechanical voice and after each one keeps saying "and ninety seven cents" , I start thinking, why the heck did we not have a banknote like the one below to begin with and make calculations easier??? !!!

Global News then 4. CBC News - to substantiate further the reality that Canada is underestimating and underreporting its emissione due in good part to poor regulation of our oil industry. No I keep referring to it to underscore my reasons for linking to it. 1. That Tar Sands oil should be left in the ground because it's the worst CO2 laden oil on the planet. 2. That burning it will release an unconscionable amount of CO2 into Earth's atmosphere. 3. To challenge the notion that we're only accountable for processing emissions, emissions that in any case have been shown to be based on false accounting and lax regulation. The falsehood, deception and avoidance seem as deliberate and nefarious as it is in the production of weapons, deadly addictive drugs and other dangerous substances.

Dumping millions of workers illegally into the economy, who will drag down wages and working conditions and bring the unemployment up is not something to be respectful of. I don't respect any illegal immigrant. They're not worthy of anything like that. Dignity, of course, treat them humanely.
